03/07/2026: While in Paris, we had the pleasure of discovering this bar, and it was love at first sight! The atmosphere is excellent, friendly, and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The manager is exceptional: incredibly kind and helpful, he made our visit truly enjoyable. A warm welcome and great energy—we'll gladly return next time we're in Paris! (The Bordeaux locals 🍷)

05/08/2026: I have no complaints about the store itself: it's a Carrefour, you can find what you need there. However, the checkout service really needs improvement. No greeting, not a word during the entire transaction, no goodbye. The cashier spent the whole time chatting with her colleague, without paying the slightest attention to the customers. The job of a cashier also involves a minimum of interaction with customers. If there's no human contact, you might as well use the self-checkout next time. A simple hello and goodbye costs nothing and completely changes the experience.

01/08/2026: A good store where I've shopped for several years and am generally happy. My only complaint is the lack of organic products, particularly frozen fruits and vegetables, which seems essential given the warnings issued by various organizations regarding the effects of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides used in conventional agriculture on the health of consumers. Beyond organic products, the overall selection also seems to be steadily shrinking. Don't just think about profit, but also about your customers' health. Update August 1st: Four months after my initial review, the selection of organic frozen fruits and vegetables has unfortunately not expanded. For example, there are no organic onions, carrots, garlic, peppers, or mushrooms—essential products. As a long-time customer, I remember these items being available a few years ago. I would love to continue doing all my shopping with you, but since the government has decided to allow the use of pesticides banned in the rest of the EU, and being concerned about my health, I think I'll have to look for a store with a better selection of organic frozen foods, perhaps Picard, which is just a few minutes away. To end on a positive note, though: the staff are mostly friendly and helpful.

23/07/2026: We’ve been there for launch. I used to have lunch with colleagues in the past, and it’s way better now. They’ve changed almost everything, the decoration, foods, presentation… the enhancement really added value

The woman who served me was incredibly professional: very attentive, kind, smiling, and truly dedicated to her work. She made this simple experience particularly enjoyable. Honestly, she deserves all the praise in the world! It would be great to see more people like her in this type of establishment. A big thank you to her!

08/06/2026: This is my first time, and it's been a fantastic experience. I even discovered the loyalty program I could use, so I downloaded it and have been going back at least once a week ever since to collect points. I highly recommend it; go for it without hesitation.

17/09/2026: I've been calling since 12:45 to order, but they're not taking any more orders even though it says they close at 1:30. Imagine if at 12:45 you can't order delivery anymore! What time are we supposed to eat? This is completely unprofessional; they're not going to make much money like this.
