07/04/2026: Very disappointed. I booked a prestige room for €200 with a "king-size bed" (on Booking.com) and ended up with two single beds pushed together. No fridge due to "environmental concerns," and besides, the fridge was very hot and dirty. No bottled water in the rooms, towels too small, it took a long time for the hot water to arrive, quite a bit of dust, and no kettle even though herbal tea and tea were on the courtesy tray. The only positive point was the friendliness of the staff.

03/04/2026: A very good experience at this hotel. After my stay, I realized a week later that I had left my jacket in my room. I contacted them immediately, and they checked and confirmed it was there. They then sent it to me via Chronopost. A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, responsiveness, and professionalism. The welcome was truly fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant, which is very good and offers generous portions.

10/03/2026: A very good location on the square with a nice terrace. Waiter was pleasant. A bigger selection of main courses would have been nice. I got the Trio Byblos, 3 flatbreads, one with each of lamb shawerma, chicken shawerma, and kefta. The breads were a little dry and there was very little sauce on them, so while the flavors were good, they were rather dry and not so easy to eat. No side dish with this so got the hatata barra which could have done with some flavoring as they were not particularly seasoned. The trio, potatoes, glass of beer and a glass of wine came to 39€ which is a bit steep for 1 person. Overall pleasant, but at that price is not the best value for money.

06/04/2026: A long hair in my waffle, zero hygiene, and he wants me to prove where the hair is when I just spat it out. Waiting 30 minutes for a waffle!

05/04/2026: We had a fantastic time at the Florida. We were warmly welcomed and served by Sandra, who was very professional and responsive to her customers. We have absolutely no complaints. A top-notch experience; we'll gladly return.

11/11/2025: Only one vegetarian option is available. There's little to no wait. The atmosphere isn't very inviting; it's better to get takeout. And if you order takeout, you get a 10% discount.

06/12/2025: I received a very warm welcome from the chef, Youssef, who offered helpful advice on Lebanese cuisine, and then from the owner, who was very kind and accommodating. The portions were generous and delicious. I discovered a variety of Lebanese dishes while enjoying background oriental music. In our group, we savored grilled meats, salmon steaks, red mullet, vegetables, and a selection of sauces.

24/11/2025: Echoing previous reviews, I was equally appalled by the poor quality of both the food and the setting—a roadside diner in a state of disrepair. Supposedly Lebanese, this Sunday, November 7, 2025. Lunch was exactly as described by previous reviewers: unworthy of a low-end canteen. To this, I must add that the manager stole my bank card PIN and, without my knowledge, charged me no less than €500, in addition to the €50 he shamefully charged for the dreadful meal. Following ongoing amicable negotiations, and after having blocked my bank card, I am filing a complaint for fraud and theft by extortion.

28/03/2026: A pleasant surprise at Les Trois Continents restaurant in Toulouse. I particularly enjoyed the grilled prawn tapas, which were flavorful and perfectly seasoned. Our waiter, Julien, was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The decor, with its exotic influences, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's the perfect place to share a meal with friends over delicious food and drinks. I highly recommend it.

03/02/2026: Disappointing food: heavy and uninspired, chicken skewers sometimes barely warm, and a meager (and seemingly mass-produced) dessert. A charming patio in the middle of the place, but off-limits. We won't be back.

31/03/2026: I ordered a double cheeseburger with a double cheeseburger on the side, and both arrived without bacon. I only got one sauce with the fries, as if the ketchup and mayonnaise prices have plummeted to match the price of gas so you can save money... I work in fast food, and frankly, you could train your employees better. Orders from Uber Eats often arrive cold, even if it's not your fault, so make sure the rest of the food is decent. All that was missing was for the delivery driver to spill the drink, and it would have been a complete disaster! 😂 I'm giving it one star so I don't give it zero. (I called the restaurant three times, and got no response.)

25/03/2026: Scam! I paid €13 for a best-of meal with potatoes, which were supposed to be medium-sized potatoes, but they ended up in the container with the small fries. When I asked the staff, they told me it was normal for them to put the medium-sized portion in the small container. I also had to ask for one of the items because it was missing.

26/12/2025: I'm absolutely delighted with this lemon Yule log. Its flavor is exquisite, the texture perfectly moist, and the flavors are beautifully balanced. It looks stunning on my Christmas table! What's more, the saleswoman is incredibly charming, despite the Christmas rush. I'm going to try other flavors, but I already highly recommend the lemon version, and this lovely shop with its wide selection!

04/02/2025: A truly bizarre experience. A meal with colleagues; some were able to eat in, but I wasn't so lucky. After waiting for over an hour and a half, I left with my pizza to go because I didn't have time to eat it. You shouldn't accept a reservation for eight people if you can't provide the service... And let's not even talk about the food: a tartiflette pizza with a tomato sauce layer and six fries on it—why?! To make up for the lack of potatoes, I suppose... I won't be back.
