16/07/2026: Avoid this place at all costs. The worst naan I've ever eaten. I ordered the marinated chicken, and it was like rubber. You clearly know you cooked it a day ago, and I'm lucky if it was even a day ago. The bread was completely burnt, black inside. And there was hardly any sauce. It's hard to imagine anything worse. You think you're saving money, but you're losing customers.

08/07/2026: One of the best kebabs I've ever tasted! The meat is excellent, the portions are generous, and the flavors are spot on. The service is also very pleasant. A real treat, I highly recommend it!

02/06/2026: The food was a disaster. We ate dry, tasteless food on a Tuesday night. Half the items on the basic menu didn't even exist. Don't go there!!

07/07/2026: The location is perfect, offering welcome shade in the late afternoon during this heatwave, which is ideal. The service is excellent and friendly. The tapas are delicious, especially the charcuterie and cheese platters.

11/07/2025: We placed an order at the Drive Thru for home delivery. The message announced a delivery, even though it hadn't been made. Two days later, our order was refilled, but many of the items we paid for were missing, such as "1 kilo of salmon, meat, etc." We were devastated, and despite the "correction," we were devastated again.

10/07/2025: I've been a customer of this store for years, and I'll be going to E.LECLERD from now on. I just had a rude person at the checkout. Deplorable!

27/07/2026: The crepes were okay, but today the service was appalling. We felt unwelcome and like we were bothering the person who served us. Yet we had politely approached the counter to ask if we could be seated...

27/07/2026: I've never seen such terrible service! A 30-minute wait just to order. Both waitresses were in the kitchen, ignoring all the other customers and sighing in exasperation. I had the nerve to ask if I could order, to which I was met with the response: "I'm coming," followed by a groan, a more than audible sigh, and a raised hand in a tense gesture, as if to say, "I can't take it anymore." The other waitress was on her phone and didn't even look at the other customers. Not a smile, nothing. I'm shocked. The crepes were only passable. Avoid at all costs!

25/05/2026: The ice creams offered by this artisan are very refreshing. I recommend them during periods of intense heat. The vanilla scoop was excellent, but I was less impressed with the matcha.

23/05/2026: Fantastic experience at Sushi Avenue in Muret! The service is incredibly fast and the staff are amazingly welcoming and friendly. The sushi was delicious, just the way we like it. I highly recommend it.

03/07/2026: Excellent store, ideally located near the metro and bus lines. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I particularly appreciated the warm welcome and kindness of a young Black employee in the deli department. She took the time to leave her section to accompany me to the products I was looking for and help me find my way around some of the aisles. I found this gesture very thoughtful. A big thank you to her for her help and professionalism!

02/06/2026: Very bad experience at this Domino's Pizza. (This isn't the first time; I've had to throw away cold pizzas.) ————— June 2, 2026 I placed an order for pickup between 7:15 and 7:30 PM. My order wasn't delivered until 7:55 PM, about 25 minutes late. Despite this wait, I received no apology or explanation. The service was equally disappointing. When I arrived at the counter, there was no greeting, no polite greeting, not even an explanation of the situation. The first thing I was asked was, "Card or cash?" After paying by card, I simply asked for hot sauce, and I clearly got the impression that this request bothered the employee. The most surprising thing happened next. Once in my car, I took a picture of the store to illustrate a future Google review. Shortly after, I received a call from the store's number on my personal number, which I had only provided for the purpose of placing my order. During this call (which I recorded), I explained that the photo was intended to accompany a Google review. The response I received was: "That's the least of my worries," followed by "I don't care." Between the delay, the complete lack of welcome, the unprofessional attitude at the counter, and this particularly inappropriate phone call, this experience was very disappointing. I understand that a business can have busy periods, but the bare minimum is respect and courtesy towards customers. Unacceptable.

07/02/2026: This restaurant survives only because it is convenient. The food is prepared well, but is of low quality. I had breakfast and dinner there many times, but I was disappointed every time. And unfortunately, it is also very expensive. 20 € for a starter salad and a beer is abusive. The service was also quite poor. Most employees are friendly, but they don't pay attention to customers, so I had to go fetch them at the counter many times.

05/07/2026: I recently returned to this restaurant, which I hadn't visited for two years, and was disappointed by the quality, even though it used to be excellent. ✅ The welcome was pleasant, with a smile and friendly service; no complaints there. ✅ The atmosphere was above average, and the setting is still very pleasant. 👎 The service was where things fell apart. We were seated at the same time as other customers, but our table was 30 minutes behind the others. 👎 There was no water on the table when we arrived, even though it was 33 degrees Celsius on the terrace. 👎 The food: €18 for a sausage and cold mashed potatoes (a communication problem between the kitchen and the service staff). The sausage portion was generous, but not excellent for someone from Toulouse used to such a great restaurant. The mashed potatoes were... well, let's just say they were unusable. ✅ The service was pleasant. I think the quality of the establishment is geared more towards tourists intrigued by local specialties than regular customers.

11/05/2026: The service was very slow and unpleasant. 30 minutes for a sandwich is outrageous. They didn't even bother to make the customers wait. If I hadn't paid, I would have left.

06/06/2026: How can I express such disappointment! It had been a year since I'd been back. New owner, no more reason to spend money at El Canaille. First off, they were out of tuna for my Black Edition, which never happened before. So I ordered the Cheesecanaille, my second favorite. Between 5 and 7 people were waiting, and I was served in 5 minutes. Unheard of, especially since before there were only two of them working. The young man, all alone, accomplished a feat, well... Three times fewer ingredients in the sandwich, which arrived cut in half like you'd get from Subway, two measly anchovies, the cheese practically nonexistent. A sandwich like this used to make you think twice before ordering anything else; this one felt like I'd just eaten an appetizer, or even a finger food. I used to spend at least €40 on my own. I had a sandwich and a glass of wine, and that was it—six bites and six minutes, it was over. Plus, having only three young people for company with rap blasting in the room was just awful. I'll miss the days when there was a real sense of community and a good atmosphere with Olivier.
