13/06/2026: I was very disappointed by this restaurant. The dining room was very noisy and the service incredibly slow. With our 10-year-old child, we couldn't even get a table at the same time. The menu descriptions were more appealing than the actual dishes. A real shame.

30/08/2026: The place to know in Toulouse!! The waitress was very welcoming and smiling throughout the entire service. A real treat for our taste buds with the all-you-can-eat option. Charcuterie, foie gras, and wood-fired grilled meats... everything was excellent!!! Go without hesitation... you won't be disappointed!! We hope to return on our next trip to Toulouse. 😊

15/07/2026: Sorry, but this restaurant is a terrible tourist trap. The all-you-can-eat option is loaded with low-quality charcuterie and inedible foie gras. The meat dishes are poorly seared. The desserts are bland. I'm done with them.

08/09/2026: Escribo esta opinión en español porque en francés no encontraré las palabras que me ayuden a expresar mi descontento hacia este INSÓLITO sitio, donde a la puerta te esperan un par de gorilas por seguridad que te exigirán entrar CON UNA PAREJA, y no en cambio permitir disfrutar de tu soledad en caso de querer entrar solo a este miserable establecimiento, en el cual es primera vez que me he sentido realmente discriminado durante una apasible noche de la bella Toulouse. Por dicho motivo, justifico esta calificación.

04/09/2026: New ownership 😮‍💨, they'll need to quickly rethink their approach because the service was deplorable, despite the dedicated waitresses. The food was a complete disaster, very slow (1.5 hours between courses on a weekday lunchtime) and not good. The owners are completely out of touch. The place itself is nice, it's a shame, they'll need to turn things around quickly.

For a truly immersive experience, start with a cold Chilean beer, followed by a Pisco Sour, and then try the beef impenada dipped in El Pevré. Next up is the excellent traditional Pastel de Choclo, and finish with a lemon sorbet flavored with Pisco Sour. 😋😋😋 Delicious! 💖

27/03/2026: A wonderful experience at Katana in Toulouse. I loved the salmon and avocado sushi; it was remarkably fresh and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Julien, was attentive and very professional throughout the meal. The minimalist decor, inspired by traditional Japan, creates a calm and elegant atmosphere. Every detail is carefully considered, making the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for lovers of refined Japanese cuisine.
