07/02/2026: Terrible experience. We ordered two pizzas by phone and received a very cold reception. One was a goat cheese pizza, and the second, admittedly, had a slight mix-up: a Scandinavian pizza was ordered, but this was quickly and clearly corrected to a Savoyard pizza. We arrived to find a Scandinavian and a Savoyard pizza waiting for us. The owner wouldn't budge, offered no apology, and we were "forced" to leave with those two pizzas. Then, to add insult to injury, when it came time to pay, he refused to accept our restaurant voucher card without explanation, even though we had used it last time. In short, questionable practices, a lack of self-reflection, no apology, and therefore an unpleasant experience. We won't be returning. The pizzas are good, but not exceptional, so I'm adding a star for that.

22/07/2026: We were delighted with our experience at Dynastie Balma! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. A huge thank you to Loanne, who gave us an exceptional welcome and demonstrated great professionalism throughout our meal. For us, it's simply the best all-you-can-eat restaurant in Toulouse and the surrounding area. The selection may be a little more limited than in some other establishments, but the quality of the food is simply incredible. It's better to prioritize quality over quantity, and that's exactly what Dynastie Balma offers. I recommend this restaurant 200%! I'm not exaggerating at all: if you're looking for an all-you-can-eat buffet with fresh products, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere, you can go there without hesitation. 19/07/2026: A classic McDonald's, the decor is nice. As for the dining area... I arrived at 5:30 PM and the trash hadn't been emptied; there was garbage everywhere, it was really unpleasant with the smell... Otherwise, the staff is friendly, thankfully.

19/07/2026: Finally, a restaurant that offers many advantages... first and foremost, the ability to pay with CONNECT holiday vouchers. It was the first to update its payment methods. The staff is incredibly welcoming. The burger, exceptionally, didn't arrive in a "loose" mess... it was perfectly made! The cappuccino I exchanged for my loyalty points was properly filled. In short... I thought I was dreaming. But no, this restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and service! Well done, keep up the good work.

28/06/2026: I ordered a margarita and a Nutella/banana turnover. The pastry was very thin, tasteless, and cardboard-like because it was undercooked and burnt in places. The filling kept falling off the pastry. Very disappointed, I won't be back.

23/07/2026: Don't believe what you see on social media; it's nothing like what we saw in the videos. Customers aren't respected in this restaurant (I ordered four Thieboudienne dishes, and in the end, it was just a small portion of chicken with rice and no vegetables—I was shocked). The aloco was garbage, the bissap was full of syrup, and they were rude to boot. No thanks.

28/05/2026: I got food poisoning after buying a chicken and egg sandwich on May 28th that didn't look fresh at all, and the fridge must not have been turned on.

12/07/2026: I went there today, Sunday, July 12th, for a coffee for my birthday. I was in a hurry and was served in 15 minutes, even though the café was empty. I was insulted by the waiter and threatened by the owner. I'm filing a complaint today for harassment, intimidation, and threats. Thanks, Florida! Even 25 years ago, when I was a student, we were treated like thugs. Nothing's changed. This bar is a place to avoid. The service is mediocre, the hygiene is questionable, and I've gotten sick several times after eating salads. In short, keep walking and explore the backstreets of the Capitole district to find nicer bars. I would also like to inform you that a health inspection and a DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) inspection will take place before the start of the school year.

12/07/2026: We were a group of eight. Everyone ordered and paid using the QR code on the table. Some orders arrived quickly, others not at all. I had ordered a gourmet coffee, paid online, and received immediate payment confirmation. After waiting an hour without being served, a friend went to the counter to report the missing orders. It was only after this complaint that we were finally served. A few minutes later, a server came to ask us to pay. We calmly explained that everything had already been paid for online and showed him our receipts. We obviously weren't going to pay a second time. He then left. About half an hour later, he returned, visibly annoyed, complaining that some members of our group had already left. This was perfectly normal: everyone had paid online. He then came over to me with a receipt for a "gourmet coffee" for €11.50. I showed him my payment receipt for the same amount. He asked me to zoom in to check the date and time, which I did. Then he asked me why the invoice only showed the amount paid and not the order details... as if I were the one generating the invoices! I still opened a second email containing the order details. He even wanted to take a picture of my screen, then asked the others to do the same. At this point, it was becoming frankly annoying. We felt like we were being treated like fraudsters even though we had all paid. It's not the customer's responsibility to justify the restaurant's organizational errors. If orders had to be re-entered because those placed via QR code weren't processed, that's not our responsibility. If the QR code ordering system isn't reliable, it's better to remove it rather than make the customers bear the consequences. Once a customer presents a valid proof of payment, the discussion should end there.

07/06/2026: Last night, during the St. Cyprien festival, I asked for a glass of water after buying a plate of food, and they rudely told me NO, that if I wanted water I had to buy it.

17/05/2026: A wonderful discovery in Toulouse: the little Chilean bistro “El Rincón Chileno”. 🇨🇱✨ I highly recommend the machas parmesan, the ceviche, and the churrasco with papas fritas… a true taste of Chile, generous and authentic. And of course, you can't miss a good piscola and a delicious torta de manjar to finish off the meal. Héctor, the owner, is a very pleasant and engaging man. If you have the chance to chat with him, take the time: we travel through stories and encounters too. As a Chilean, I warmly recommend this typical little bistro, full of soul and conviviality. And keep an eye out for the cultural activities offered: Chilean culture lives within its walls.

21/04/2026: A frosty and unpleasant welcome, a dog tied up on a one-meter leash and left in front of the counter, a Margherita pizza with pork ham, a 40-minute wait for a single pizza (I was the only customer in the restaurant), frozen pizza dough as hard as a rock, dishonest employees who yell at you after taking the wrong order. I never leave bad reviews. Avoid at all costs.

21/06/2026: Hello, I came with my family on Friday evening and we were very disappointed. I ordered chicken pasta which was really not very good: far too much cream and very little flavor. The wait was also far too long. I hadn't been back for four years and, honestly, there are many things that need improvement. The shisha area is mixed in with the dining area, the lawn is poorly maintained, the kitchen is located outside the restaurant, and the cocktails lacked flavor and weren't sweet enough. It's a shame, because I had much better memories of it. For me, this experience was a real disappointment.

22/02/2026: I can't recommend this Senegalese restaurant highly enough. Everything was absolutely fantastic: the atmosphere, the service, and especially the food. It's undoubtedly one of the best places you can find in France. The flavors are authentic, the portions generous, and the ingredients fresh and of high quality. Price and quality go hand in hand, and this is clearly evident here. To those who give zero stars solely because of the price: you should honestly be ashamed. How can you expect fresh fish and good quality ingredients for less than €10-14? Quality comes at a price, and here you truly get your money's worth. An experience I will definitely repeat!

16/04/2026: The owner was pleasant, down-to-earth, and easygoing—just the way we like it. He told me his name, but I've forgotten it, as is so common in places like my beautiful old France, which are disappearing and fading away. The pint was ice-cold. Impressive decor, the pungent smell of stale tobacco—it feels like we're back in the Giscard d'Estaing era. I recommend it. Bastien and Lola

07/07/2026: Appalling. Whatever you do, don't go there! There's always something missing when you order takeout. That's why we stopped going. We made a rare exception and ordered takeout meals and ice cream. The ice cream was melted and liquid—and it was a sweltering day. We asked for it to be remade (we were at the counter collecting our order when we discovered the ice cream was melted). The employee replied that she hadn't made it and that no, she wouldn't do it again. Last time we'll be back. In 2023, it was the nugget dishes with mold. Ms. Renaudin contacted me by email to apologize. Hey Burger King France, we'll go to you next time!
