31/03/2026: MASTERCLASS! Clearly the best pizzeria around. The team is truly amazing and super friendly; you immediately feel right at home! The three-cheese pizza with tons of tomato sauce is pure entertainment; they really don't skimp on the ingredients. I highly recommend it! More seriously, it's not a 5-star restaurant, but the combination of the tomato sauce and the incredibly warm welcome from the pizza chefs makes this little Tutti a thousand times better than a trendy fancy place. I recommend it 100%. BIG SHOUT-OUT TO STACEY, EMMA, AND SALOMÉ, THE QUEENS OF TOMATO SAUCE!!!!

17/02/2026: Emma made four pizzas for me and my colleagues, "Little Italy" and "Mielina." The pizzas were delicious and generous; I felt like I was traveling all over southern Italy with just one meal. Emma is friendly, kind, and always smiling. I highly recommend her.

19/04/2026: I agree with the negative reviews about hygiene (when were the dauphine potatoes from? Certainly not from today, judging by their appearance…) and the rip-off with the half-chicken (I got half of it, and it was nothing but bones…). Avoid this place; it used to be good, but like half the shops in Toulouse, it's become very poor value for money…

03/05/2026: If you want to have a drink without paying because the waiter kicked you out, this is the place to go! No need to go into detail about what's wrong; other reviews cover that. The cute nicknames used aren't signs of kindness, but rather a way to establish a malevolent authority.

01/05/2026: Avoid at all costs! Even an oyster is more pleasant than the waiter. There were five of us, we moved a table 50cm, and the waiter told us, "You have to ask first to move the tables." A simple "good evening" and a warmer welcome would have been preferable. So we left.

06/12/2025: I received a very warm welcome from the chef, Youssef, who offered helpful advice on Lebanese cuisine, and then from the owner, who was very kind and accommodating. The portions were generous and delicious. I discovered a variety of Lebanese dishes while enjoying background oriental music. In our group, we savored grilled meats, salmon steaks, red mullet, vegetables, and a selection of sauces.

24/11/2025: Echoing previous reviews, I was equally appalled by the poor quality of both the food and the setting—a roadside diner in a state of disrepair. Supposedly Lebanese, this Sunday, November 7, 2025. Lunch was exactly as described by previous reviewers: unworthy of a low-end canteen. To this, I must add that the manager stole my bank card PIN and, without my knowledge, charged me no less than €500, in addition to the €50 he shamefully charged for the dreadful meal. Following ongoing amicable negotiations, and after having blocked my bank card, I am filing a complaint for fraud and theft by extortion.

20/04/2026: A long-time customer of Maison Pillon, I've been forced to acknowledge the obvious decline of this establishment in recent months. I even overheard an employee say that some pastries were defrosted and then refrozen! It's a disgrace! Don't be surprised if you get sick. As a long-time customer, I can only advise you to go elsewhere; there are plenty of fantastic pastry shops nearby.

09/04/2026: I'm giving a red card to the Pillon chocolates I tried. I bought a box of assorted chocolates for €35 (260g) as a gift on Friday, April 3rd. Already very expensive, but I figured that for good chocolate, it was more or less acceptable. First disappointment: I gave it as a gift that same evening, and to my great surprise, the expiration date was April 16th, just 13 days after the purchase date... That seems very, very short to finish a box, especially since at Easter you'd think there would be a lot of turnover due to high sales... Well, no... Second disappointment: no booklet was included with the box. So you just pick one at random without knowing the flavors and ingredients. There's no precise information on the website either, just vague descriptions like "ganache, praline, dark and milk chocolate specialties." So I understand that user experience is clearly not a priority for Maison Pillon, and that you just grab something from the box without thinking, like a bag of chips. Finally, it's time for the tasting, and the disappointment continues: basic, bland, lifeless flavors, therefore uninteresting, and I mean it. I was given a Jeff de Bruges gift box this weekend, and tasting both boxes at the same time, the difference is striking: the competitor's box includes a booklet with photos and descriptions of all the chocolates in the range. The price is significantly lower, of course. And the tasting experience is much more intense and original in terms of flavors and textures with Jeff de Bruges, to my great surprise. What originality compared to this bland mix of chocolates from Pillon! My disappointment is very great, I will no longer buy chocolates from you, and I hope that you will put user experience, originality and taste back at the heart of your concerns.

17/05/2026: Terrible experience, avoid at all costs! The meat was cold and tasteless, and you wonder what the extras were—hair or butt hair inside! The kennel manager (because it's a kennel, not a snack bar) was filthy, absolutely disgusting. He was incredibly dirty. I strongly advise against going there and should report it to the health department.

10/12/2025: A warm welcome, pleasant music, and delicious pizzas. The crust is thin and melts in your mouth, the toppings are generous and flavorful. All pizzas are between nine and eleven euros, extremely reasonable for the quality. In short, it's fantastic. I highly recommend it!

08/06/2026: Good evening, I don't think what just happened to me is even significant. We arrived at 12:30 AM, so the ordering system was closed inside. The staff told us to order at the kiosk, but we didn't have a car. They told us it wasn't a problem. Later, we found it rather amusing, so a friend of mine filmed me ordering at the kiosk. When we arrived at the pickup point, an employee suddenly lost his temper and insulted us while slamming the window shut. We didn't understand what was happening because we weren't filming him since it was the kiosk and not the employee. After this, we got in the car and tried to order, but we were told we wouldn't be served. The manager didn't try to understand what put us in such a difficult situation. Thank you for taking what just happened into consideration and for taking action. We need to keep our teams in line and instill the right values ​​in them, something their parents may not have done. There shouldn't be any reprisals as a result. Thank you. Sincerely.

06/06/2026: Good place to sleep near Toulouse airport. Very busy, but it was good to get some rest.

01/06/2026: We didn't sleep a wink in room 56. There were constantly people outside the door smoking because there were ashtrays. As a result, there was a strong smell of cigarettes. We finally managed to fall asleep around 2:00 AM and were woken up at 5:00 AM by the first smokers, who were talking loudly. Despite asking them to speak more quietly, nothing changed. We were supposed to stay in the area once a week for a month, but we ended up booking somewhere else.

13/02/2026: On the evening of February 12th, I ordered two chicken meals at this restaurant, but the impatient attitude and lack of understanding of the old man at the register greatly disappointed me. 22/03/2026: I was disappointed by this place; unfortunately, only the restaurant's name has changed. I was expecting more rustic, family-style cuisine. Oh, the name! The grand buffet hasn't changed drastically compared to the old Fouquet's. As for the desserts, for a supposedly luxurious establishment, I could have found better in a more casual restaurant. The welcome and waiter were pleasant, but being seated opposite a window created a rather cold atmosphere. A shame.

But their sales tactic is well-honed, because they'll direct you to the lounge bar downstairs called "The Samurai," which will undoubtedly empty your wallet! I won't be wasting my time there again...
