22/07/2024: I knew Chez Carmen when the restaurant was located opposite the old slaughterhouses and I was not disappointed by the quality of the dishes and the service. A wine list with very beautiful houses (well that adds to the bill...so ladies and gentlemen restaurateurs stop these multiplier coefficients which scare away customers), legendary dishes that cannot be found anywhere else (the winegrower's pig's trotter for example).

23/03/2024: The bread is excellent. My favorite place to eat a tofu banh mi for lunch! The lemonade is excellent too. The only thing missing is a vegetarian option for the pho soups and it would be perfect in any season!
16/02/2024: Very good and plentiful dishes, I go back there very often!
The service can be a little long when there are a lot of people

The husband and wife are excellent...
Not at all commercial, not friendly, even unpleasant!!!!
She doesn't want to have a note below 10€!!!
Just for the money.
Finished for me.
17/05/2024: Food was good, just the portion for lunch was on the smaller side. They do not accept Resto card.

20/07/2024: The unpleasant waitress we ask her for 1 glass of rose she comes and opens a bottle, puts it down and leaves a kind of forced sale which didn't work of course we sent the bottle back no carafe of water we ask for 2 cokes she brings back 1 and the worst yells at us because we smoke while we are on the terrace...it is not noted anywhere as non-smoking and claims that the ash flies to the ground but in a way that has never been seen before the dry one lasts like stone we did not eat it for the price 86 had 3 to be poorly received I would never go back there never ever when we don't like the customers we change jobs there are ways of speaking even loudly in front of everyone I'm really hallucinating

30/07/2024: I ordered a pizza with a tomato base because I hate the cream base. you gave me a cream base (or not at all I think because it's a little dry). You have to pay attention to these kinds of things at the very least.

15/06/2024: Good welcome and good place to eat lunch, the daily menu is correct as well as the menu offered. I ordered a whole duck breast and I enjoyed it... top service.

Finally open… empty tables… but wouldn’t take us!!!!! Bit of a rude waitress… we won’t be back even tho our boat 15 meters away!!nowhere does it say reservation only!!
29/08/2024: Hello, I have known this small restaurant for years, living in the neighborhood. A little disappointed this year despite the atmosphere and the prime location. Significant increase in prices, less generous plates, very long service, less professional staff, it's obvious !a small restaurant in survival, it’s a shame!

02/09/2024: Restaurant trouvé par hasard d'une balade dans Toulouse. Attirées par une carte réduite (gage de qualité), nous nous sommes arrêtées. Nous avons tout de suite reçu un accueil chaleureux. Nous avons très bien mangé, nous nous sommes régalées, l'ambiance était très sympa et conviviale et les serveuses charmantes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et le recommandons chaleureusement.
