07/07/2026: The cold appetizer buffet was fantastic. I made my own salad with the ingredients available on the table. The hot dishes were perfectly prepared and delicious. And the desserts, while simple, were perfectly executed. The place is reminiscent of mountain refuges in the Pyrenees, and it's a welcome respite during heatwaves. Whether you go alone, with friends, or with family, it's ideal.

30/06/2026: We found the "Table d'hôtes" concept appealing precisely because there were only two of us, but unfortunately, it wasn't convivial at all. We were seated at the end of a table for 10 people... we waited 45 minutes for other guests to arrive, who then sat down, leaving two empty seats between us, so there was absolutely no sense of community. The food wasn't bad, but it was simple and self-service. Overall, a very big disappointment.

04/08/2026: A wonderful discovery. We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance, and it was a great find. It's a unique place, perfect for cycling enthusiasts. The meal was hearty with delicious ingredients, and the service was excellent.

28/07/2026: An amazing little cafe opposite Toulouse Train Station. It is centred around a bike shop, with a lovely shaded terrace behind, serving fabulous food and good coffee. Plus the service was superb, especially given I’d turned up 45 min before the regular midday lunch started. I certainly tested the ladies patience with my appalling French. But she was gracious and kind. Highly recommended!

28/07/2026: We had a delicious meal...just like we were in Mexico. The mole enchiladas were amazing. The owner was incredibly friendly. The place is beautiful and well-decorated, and the air conditioning is essential in the summer. We'll definitely be back.

11/06/2026: My friend and I have been going to Madame Bovary regularly for a long time, and each time it's a very pleasant experience. The drinks and pastry menu is excellent with very reasonable prices. The service is also very pleasant; the owners are lovely. We highly recommend it!

06/07/2026: I ordered a kid's taco, but he gave me a medium one. When I told him that wasn't what I ordered, he added the box, the drink, the applesauce, and the toy. So that's cool.

18/07/2026: Proper Thai flavors in Toulouse! 🇹🇭 honestly there aren’t so many authentic Thai restaurants in town but this is surely one of them and sits high up on the list. And they have the green papaya salad which is hard to find! Overall - food was properly prepared, authentically spicy and came out fast. The staff was nice and polite. Recommended 👍🏼

09/07/2026: All the food we ordered were super flavoursome and fresh 😊🫶🫶🫶 Staff were very attentive and were happy to remove the chilli sauce for the children 🫶 For entree we had: - beef and chicken spring rolls which were crispy and perfect 👌 (#3. Nems) - chicken satay (sauce was a little sweet and really tasty) (perfect 👌) (#5. Poulet Satay) - chicken wrapped in pandan leaves gave a beautiful hint of Pandan flavour and the sweet chilli or honey sauce complemented the chicken nicely (perfect 👌) (#7. Poulet Enrobé ) - Sweet and sour chicken was very saucy with jasmine rice 😊 (#33. Pad Priaw Wane) - beef and chicken pad see-eew (nicely presented and full of flavour) (#38. pad si-hauw) - prawn and calamari fried rice - flavoured to perfection (#39. Khawla pad) - fried chocolate rolls with ice-cream (removed the whipped cream) - vanilla ice-creams - drinks

04/07/2026: I had the beef mafé and it was excellent. The beef was very tender and the sauce was nice and creamy with a lovely peanut flavor 🥜🥜 The ratio of sauce to the rest of the dish was perfect: I was able to eat all the rice without running out of sauce 😋😋. The fact that the beef and mafé sauce were served together in a separate bowl was also very nice. This allowed me to adjust the amount of sauce to my liking. It was delicious 💯💯 Thank you, Léna, I'll be back!

18/06/2026: The waitress was unpleasant and nonchalant, making no effort to be a customer. It put me off eating here, even though my health is good. 😠

25/07/2026: We had dinner as a party of six (average age 60, including a 92-year-old grandmother) on the evening of July 15, 2026. What can I say? So many negative points! The terrace was incredibly hot, while the restaurant next door had parasols with misting fans. The round tables were tiny, barely big enough for two people. The ribeye steak was overcooked (it was like shoe leather), as was the duck breast, which we ordered rare but which arrived overcooked and split open! Not worthy of a chef (who clearly isn't one, by the way). We had to send it back. The red wine was very warm (more like mulled wine in winter). There were rats scurrying around on the paved area near the tables and the garbage cans! The only positive points were the very young and friendly waitresses. The bill came to around €300. In short, we won't be back!

22/07/2026: A very good experience at L’Annexe, ideally located in the Saint-Georges district of Toulouse. The setting is pleasant and the welcome warm, which immediately puts you at ease. We started with a generous Caesar salad, fresh and flavorful, perfectly seasoned. For our main course, the flank steak with fries was excellent: tender meat, cooked exactly as requested, with crispy and delicious fries. To finish, the tarte tatin was a real treat, generous and delicious, with a lovely touch of sweetness to end the meal. An address I wholeheartedly recommend for a great time in Toulouse, with simple, efficient, and high-quality cuisine.

11/04/2026: What can I say about this izakaya restaurant… A gem in Toulouse, a culinary haven celebrating Japan! The meal was delicious, the service was top-notch, with smiles all around, and the sake menu was perfect—I ordered it warm, and it was a real treat. I highly recommend it! ❤️
