11/09/2026: Our absolute must is perfectly cooked, pearly-white fish! Finally, we found a restaurant that understands this concept, and where the swordfish was perfectly seared. Everything else was also perfect: the presentation, the quality of the ingredients, and the quantity. We highly recommend it! And we'll be back ❤️

10/09/2026: What a wonderful experience! Just steps from the Place du Capitole, this little restaurant is full of charm. A warm welcome, excellent service, and refined cuisine. The €28.00 bistronomic menu features a succession of dishes, each one a delight in both presentation and taste. High-quality ingredients contribute to a perfectly balanced menu, all accompanied by excellent wines. We promise we'll be back to enjoy a delicious cassoulet!

10/09/2026: A very pleasant restaurant. The lunch menu is €17, including a starter and a main course, plus tea regularly served by the chef. The shrimp ravioli were amazing, the pumpkin ravioli mix was delicious, and the satay chicken was very good (although I would have preferred it a bit spicier). I highly recommend it!

23/08/2026: I had a rather unpleasant experience at Boli Café a while ago; I went with a friend who ordered food. I ordered kimchi myself, as I couldn't eat anything else on the menu due to my condition (phenylketonuria). When it came time to pay, the waiter pointed out that he had made an exception and that if I wanted to come back, I would have to order something larger. I explained my condition to him, but it didn't make much difference. As a result, in their quest for profit, they lost a customer. It's a shame, and I sincerely hope that the staff at Boli Café will take a step back and be more considerate of future customers in the same situation. On a positive note, the kimchi was very good.

15/09/2026: A fantastic spot in Toulouse to unwind after a long day at work! An impressive selection of beers and wines, including Belgian beers, and what's more, they're on tap! The staff is always welcoming and offers excellent advice, not to mention the delicious charcuterie boards. They have several activities depending on the day, such as music quizzes, pétanque, and wine tasting evenings. The atmosphere is always great; I highly recommend it!

23/08/2026: Excellent cuisine, refined and as beautiful to look at as the amuse-bouches, to the dessert. Delicate trompe-l'oeil. A perfect choice for children aged 5 and 7. Charming staff. A very pleasant evening.

22/08/2026: It all started with a "Good evening, gentlemen." My wife appreciated that. If that were all, we could have called it an unfortunate but forgettable misstep. Unfortunately, the rest was much the same. At €40 a dish, we thought we had a right to expect something decent. We received monkfish that was overcooked for my wife and a pigeon lost amidst side dishes with no apparent connection between them. It's worth noting that these side dishes were the same for every course. The dessert was like the rest: bland, except for the tarragon vinaigrette on the forbidden fruit, a welcome touch of freshness. In short, a lot of pretension but not much to back it up. At prices that are within €5 of Michelin-starred restaurants, the choice is unfortunately made far too easily.

20/06/2026: I tried the tasting menu, which was very good, and paired with a good wine. The waiters were perfect; they struggled to explain the dishes to me in English, but that wasn't a problem for me; they did their best. The egg dish was incredible. When I return to Toulouse, I'll eat here. Maybe with friends. Thank you!
