08/12/2025: We came as a group of four on Saturday evening. When I read the previous comment, it immediately struck me because we didn't receive the same service… The waitress who looked after us was professional, smiling, and funny! So yes, the €37 set menu is offered and not "imposed," but you can choose dishes from the à la carte menu, which is what we did! Furthermore, we received excellent wine recommendations, which we loved! So, kudos to the team, who were short-staffed that evening; we had a wonderful meal! A bill of €260 for four people for a great time is definitely worth it!

28/10/2025: Super cute and delicious! We walked here and left practically rolling our bikes because the portions were so generous. The service was top-notch, friendly, and fresh. Thank you so much for the experience; we'll definitely be back in Toulouse just for Silex!!

17/01/2026: We were lucky enough to have a wonderful family evening at this restaurant. The chef was incredibly kind and explained everything to us. The sushi and maki were fantastic, and the pork teppanyaki that day was truly excellent. The homemade dessert was equally delicious. In short, we highly recommend it and will definitely return when we're next in Toulouse. 🙏❤️

Everything was perfect on the big day: the dishes were delicious, the presentation was elegant, and the service was truly impeccable. Our guests raved about the quality of the food served during the reception and the meal, as well as the quality of the service. A big thank you to Christophe for his professionalism and responsiveness, and a big thank you to his entire team who took great care of us throughout the day. We recommend them to all future brides and grooms!
