06/08/2024: De passage à Vesoul nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant. Belle terrasse, agréable jusqu’à la tombée de la nuit puis par manque d’éclairage un peu compliqué d’y rester à la tombée de la nuit. Serveuse pas très pro, un peu perdue dans les commandes, ne connaissant pas vraiment la carte des vins….mais charmante et pleine de bonne volonté. Jeune homme qui a pris le relai un peu mieux mais un peu léger sur les réponses à nos questions sur les plats. Bref, tout cela est un peu de l’amateurisme. En ce qui concerne les plats, ils sont corrects. Malgré une viande qui ne respectait pas la cuisson demandée. Bonne andouillette à la cancoillotte, salade du berger avec du fromage un peu sec et le miel prévu était un « peu absent » 😕 Gagnerait à être plus pro au niveau du service Peut-être que, comme dans beaucoup de restaurant, des difficultés de recrutement expliquent cette situation

10/09/2024: The professionalism of the boss is remarkable. The cuisine is exquisite, it is an excellent brasserie, with an almost gastronomic level. The atmosphere is good and the owner and chef bend over backwards to satisfy customers' requests. I highly recommend the pasta for dessert 😉❤️❤️❤️

16/09/2024: I'm absolutely not in the habit of denigrating a restaurant, but here I can't do anything else.... The manager spends her time "yelling" by taking phone calls and commenting (please Mrs, a little dress!!) and getting involved in a private event, very unpleasant when you are at the table...we don't care. fuck 🙄 The single meal (pork cheeks that day), a disaster!!! And what about being on top of each other (we could have eaten off the neighbor's plate) in addition to the toilets near the tables where the sliding door is stuck....

13/12/2024: Discovered the restaurant by chance during a business trip, I highly recommend this address both for the setting (2 ambiances of room decor), the varied menu at a reasonable price, and especially for the team in the dining room, welcoming, natural, attentive and smiling (increasingly rare these days) The carp fry ordered for dinner was delicious and filling. Very satisfied with my evening, I had lunch the next day choosing the daily menu at a very reasonable price and generously served. Personalized croque monsieur and salad as a starter and an excellent duck breast as a main course. I skipped dessert because otherwise I would have had to take a room to take a nap... 😉 I will definitely return there during my next business trip, and this time, I will try the hotel at the same address. Good luck to the whole team and don't change anything!!!

11/04/2024: Inn located on the heights of Saint Bresson, very beautiful view of the Vosges massif. Local cuisine in a warm, simple and friendly atmosphere. Sandrine, a local, took over this inn a few months ago and brings a lot of joy to your lunch. She regularly organizes themed events, check out her Facebook page! She knows how to put local artisans to work (cheese, wine, charcuterie, etc.), which contributes to the dynamic life of the Vosges Saônoises.

15/05/2024: Nous avions découvert l'établissement à l'occasion d'une cure thermale il y a quelques années. Plus rien à voir aujourd'hui. Très déçu du début à la fin du repas. Erreur entre la commande et le service. L'andouillette était sèche et les pâtes insipides, de même que les lasagnes sous une couche de "cramée" pour l'une des assiettes. Le soit disant chef a refusé de préparer une assiette sans salade. La pièce de viande (en trois petits morceaux), était bien réduite. La coupe de glace à la fraise était en fait une "malheureuse" boule en fond de coupe recouverte de morceaux de fraise. La situation m'a amené à demander si le cuisinier avait changé depuis notre cure. Bref, nous ne pouvons dorénavant que déconseiller vivement "Le Rallye". Continuez ainsi et vous allez droit vers une sortie de route 🤔😡.

09/11/2024: Accueil professionnel et de qualité L’ensemble des serveurs est souriant, disponible et très professionnel (service rapide entrée, plat, dessert en moins d’1h30 un samedi soir !) La présentation des plats est très jolie et les accords de saveurs sont parfaits ! Choix d’un menu à 44€ : Mise en bouche avec une panna cotta à la moutarde, entrée avec du foie gras aux mûres et cacao, du veau pour le plat et un dessert alliant chocolat noisette et orange. Première visite pour nous dans ce restaurant et nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir ! PS : Petit + pour cet établissement qui accepte de nous recevoir avec nos animaux ! Merci.
