14/06/2026: A truly beautiful place. We opted for the menu with wine pairings. Impeccable from the amuse-bouche to dessert. Excellent value for money. Bravo!

16/05/2026: My wife and I were making a quick stop near Vesoul to take possession of a property we'd bought in the area. We'd looked into restaurants in the region and had decided to go to one in a larger town, either Vesoul or Luxeuil. And then, during our conversation with the seller, he recommended Restaurant Rémy in Saint-Loup. "You'll see," he said, "they offer everything from a classic menu to a gourmet menu." We went to Saint-Loup without much enthusiasm. Wow! A magnificent building! The courtyard is extraordinary! So, we went inside. Wow! The decor was perfectly suited to the occasion. Wow! The dining room was impeccably designed. We took our seats, and the owner gave us a choice between the "gourmet menu" (the quick option) or the "gastronomic menu" (very tempting). We had 200 km to drive home, so we opted for the gourmet menu. She then presented us with the menu, featuring incredible ingredients. We nodded, not quite knowing what was in store for us. Here we are. The amuse-bouche (made with ingredients we would never have thought of) arrives. "Enjoy your meal, my love!" Incredible, amazing, delicious! Now for the starter! Incredible, amazing, delicious. And this continued right through to dessert. I should add that the wine was excellent as well. And then, it was time to leave! We had carefully read the menu before coming in, but "This is impossible," I told ourselves! "It's a meal costing over €50/€60 (per person)!" Drumroll: Less than €40 per person. Bravo, congratulations, excellent, delicious, to the chef first and foremost, to the staff, for bringing these exceptional flavors and combinations to life in this superb setting, this tradition of a love for food. Ahhh, how disappointed we'll be next time we go to a restaurant near us. (They're excellent, but not the same.) Note: I'm absolutely not the type to write reviews that will be read by the whole of France, but unfortunately, it has happened far too often that we've been disappointed, even very disappointed, by the food. So I'm sorry for writing such a long rant, but it was necessary, for them, for tradition, for the obligation to eat properly. Thanks again, and I hope to see you very soon.

Vincent delights our taste buds with generous, flavorful cuisine prepared with passion. Julie always welcomes us with a smile and makes sure everyone has a wonderful time. As for Jennyfer, her service is simply exemplary: smiling, attentive, efficient, and always in good spirits. It's the kind of place you love to return to again and again, as much for the quality of the food as for the warm atmosphere and the kindness of the entire team. A big thank you to Vincent, Julie, and Jennyfer for their professionalism and hospitality. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation!

15/07/2026: A very friendly and professional young couple. This caterer prepared our entire menu, from appetizer to dessert, for a birthday celebration. Everything was delicious and the portions were perfect. I highly recommend them! 👍

04/08/2026: Saturday evening, a beautiful setting, a very original menu, generous portions, and a lovely presentation of the dishes and drinks. The diverse and original flavors were a refreshing change. We'll definitely be back and will tell everyone about it. (The eggs meurette were cooked to a surprising perfection; I've never seen anything like it, and they were delicious.) Friendly staff.

04/08/2026: What can I say? Exceptional service with smiling, pleasant, and professional waitresses, especially Élodie. A delicious, generous meal—even our biggest eaters couldn't finish their plates. It's wonderful to experience such a warm welcome and such a delightful culinary experience. Go without hesitation, but keep your mouth open. Brilliant.

02/07/2026: I arrived to find a sign that said "FULL," and indeed the terrace was packed. I ventured in anyway, and the owner suggested another place. After politely insisting and mentioning that I had a dog, he agreed, specifying that they only had beef fillet left. Perfect, I wasn't going to be picky, and I love meat. What a meal for such a simple dish! Homemade terrine with salad, a perfectly rare beef fillet (finally, a real chef!) accompanied by homemade fries, of course, and homemade tiramisu with whipped cream—a delight. All served with a smile and genuine friendliness. Thank you so much for your kindness.

26/06/2026: Group meal for the "Class of 1968 of Essert" on June 25, 2026. From the aperitif to the coffee, everything was perfect with an excellent wine selection. A big THANK YOU to Mr. Louys' team, both in the kitchen and for the impeccable and friendly service. We will be back.

A must-visit in Haute-Saône for a wonderful time with family or friends. We will definitely be back!

02/05/2026: Absolutely wonderful and characterful hotel and restaurant. We were made to feel at home from the second we arrived, the room was small but perfectly appointed. The restaurant is run by the propieters and the food was absolutely incredible. Great variations in french cuisiine, perfectly cooked and a cheese course to die for!

19/07/2026: No hello, no goodbye, outrageous price, half-cooked meat. I understand better why everyone says not to go to this kebab shop anymore; it seems it's not what it used to be.

19/07/2026: Bravo, congratulations! I think it's been a long time since I've had such good tacos. The prices are reasonable. The lady at the counter is very friendly. Be careful though, parking isn't easy, but it's still possible. The dining room is incredibly beautiful. In the dining room, you'll have the pleasure of sitting on very comfortable sofas with a TV. For me, I assure you that you can go there without hesitation; you won't be disappointed. Well done to the whole team for this lovely restaurant, and see you soon!

28/05/2026: A first for us! We were very warmly welcomed and seated! The staff were friendly and helpful. They were attentive to the customer's comfort throughout the meal! We ate very well from appetizer to dessert. The only slight drawback was that the dishes were a bit pricey.
