02/04/2026: A friend and I came to eat here. The atmosphere was very pleasant; it was calm, quiet, and the staff were respectful and friendly. We were served very quickly, in less than 10 minutes, and it was delicious. (Very reasonable price.) Thank you very much, we will gladly return 😊

28/03/2026: It's a shame to repeatedly encounter the lack of politeness and unpleasant mood of the management, particularly the younger sister, who is about as welcoming as a prison guard. Luckily, the older sister and the rest of the staff make up for it with their professionalism. Otherwise, it's been a very good tea room for years, with superb chocolates, delicious pastries and viennoiseries, and a top-notch Viennese hot chocolate.

20/03/2026: Visited today at 10 a.m. I'm very disappointed with this establishment, which I used to frequent. I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, so I went to this restaurant and politely asked if they had gluten-free options. The extremely unpleasant woman replied: "I don't know anything about that, vegetarian, all that stuff, I don't know anything about it and I'm not interested." I explained my condition (no wheat). Then she went into the kitchen without giving me any information. I asked for the allergen list so I could make my own choice without pressuring her. There was no allergen list (which is mandatory), and she was of no help whatsoever. So I chose a salad, hoping I was making the right choice, and at the register, she offered me bread... Being sick is already complicated (because yes, it is an illness), but to make us feel it as an inconvenience for an establishment with such a deeply annoyed expression is truly disconcerting. I will never set foot in that store again, even though I used to love it.

12/12/2025: Excellent value for money. Finally, a place where you can eat well and heartily. I recommend the daily special, always delicious and well-balanced (for the price of €10.20, a rarity in Annecy) and the very pleasant welcome.

29/03/2026: Discovered thanks to the gourmet passport. A very lovely place. The menu was excellent, and the service and atmosphere were very peaceful. We then enjoyed some time at the casino... A truly wonderful experience!

12/04/2026: I arrived with a good first impression thanks to a seemingly friendly welcome, but unfortunately, my enthusiasm quickly waned. The service was disorganized, with a waitress who was visibly intoxicated, which significantly impacted the experience. Orders were mixed up, the wrong dishes were served, and the entire meal unfolded in a state of confusion. As for the food: the pizzas, if you can even call them that, were undercooked and dry; the tuna pizza was questionable; and the Milanese salad was as dry as shoe leather. First and last time at this restaurant.

07/01/2026: The real deal. We had a takeaway meal, which was prepared rapidly and was delicious. Chef is Cantonese, and you can taste the authentic flavors.

20/10/2025: We ordered for two and it was flawless, everything was delicious and perfect for a chill evening, we'll definitely recommend it.

26/03/2026: Closed at 7:30 PM this Thursday. Another restaurant that only opens when it feels like it... My advice: change careers!

23/03/2026: As customers of Le Bastringue (former owner), we decided out of curiosity to experience the authentic version. We received a very warm welcome, the food was refined and plentiful, and the service was efficient and discreet. I highly recommend this restaurant.

01/04/2026: Their music is driving me crazy, playing on a long loop while they serve pizzas that are already prepared but just sit in the same place instead of giving them to us. The staff is unpleasant.

28/06/2025: What a miserable attitude. Wanted a quick beer because it was 33 degrees and we were hot and tired. We were sent to the non dining tables (fair enough) except the only ones free were in the full heat of the sun. So we asked if we could have our drinks in a shaded area. No. Well can you please put up the umbrellas in the drinking area. No. They are broken. Then we noticed that there were people drinking right where we were talking, in the shade. They overheard and said we’re leaving, have our table. No you can’t said the waiter. They are for diners. Yet it was barely past 6pm and there were no diners. We said we’d be 10 minutes. Nope. Manager’s rule. This place will never see our custom and we cannot recommend it at all. Who knows, we may have enjoyed our drinks and stayed for dinner. Too many other places that have good service and treat people with kindness. Avoid this place.

21/06/2025: The service is bad, a lot of noise and the prices are way too expensive, there are better addresses in Annecy!! Never again
