Chez Mamie Lise
Annecy
20/10/2026: We visited in October 2025 and were very satisfied with both the food and the service. Returning in October 2026, we unfortunately discovered a completely different restaurant: bland, tasteless dishes and interminable service.
This is unacceptable for an establishment of this stature! A great restaurant must live up to its reputation, both in terms of the food and the service. To see the quality deteriorate to this extent in just one year is simply disappointing. The setting and the reputation alone cannot justify such a poor experience. We hope that management will take action, because at this rate, customers will stop coming back.
20/10/2026: A truly wonderful evening at Mamie Lise's! Warm and friendly staff, a thoughtful welcome, and an excellent meal: everything was perfect for a delightful time. A timeless escape, just the way we like it. Thank you to the whole team! ✨

La Rotonde
Annecy
27/09/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
✨ A magnificent evening at La Rotonde, in Les Trésoms, Annecy ✨
Last night, we celebrated Fabrice's birthday with the 9-course L'Odyssée menu… and what an experience! ❤️
We were absolutely delighted by Éric Provalski's cuisine, which we were so happy to experience again. We truly felt a wonderful evolution since our last visit. His way of combining seafood, so dear to his roots in the Arcachon Basin, with the wonderful products of Haute-Savoie is simply magical. 🌊🏔️
Magnificent dishes, surprising flavors, finesse, creativity… a true delight from beginning to end.
And what can we say about the team! A huge thank you to Nathan Marin and his entire team for their warm welcome, kindness, and absolutely perfect service. Everything was professional, attentive, and welcoming. ❤️
We savored every moment of the evening, every dish, every discovery… and left with stars in our eyes. ⭐️
Thank you for this magical interlude, and congratulations to the entire team at La Rotonde!
A truly wonderful way to celebrate a birthday. 🥂💞

The Craic
Annecy
23/08/2026: Excellent! Friendly and courteous service. Very good buffet with fresh products. I recommend it 100%. We had a very enjoyable and high-quality experience.
17/08/2026: We came for Sunday brunch, which was quite basic, and it's a shame it wasn't replenished more often given how busy it was.
Otherwise, the food was tasty.

Bon Pain Bon Vin
Annecy
01/09/2026: Spoiler alert: don’t go there.
Service was a disgrace.
Got there and was spoken only in French, was given a menu in French, when was trying to get some help with understanding the menu the male waitress shows a real snobby, rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. “Explained” to us that we need to go on instagram to see the dishes, which doesn’t make sense because you can’t really understand what the dish is made of only based on the picture can you.
Asked him to recommend to us but he answered in French and left.
Had to finish our drink and leave because we couldn’t order anything, people in the restaurant felt bad for the terrible human skills and offered to help but we were too upset to stay there.
31/08/2026: The atmosphere and food are very unique and high-quality. Excellent, highly recommended!

Taj Mahal
Annecy
10/09/2026: A loyal customer for about fifteen years, I can say the quality is always there! The samosas, naans, main dishes, and lassis are excellent! It's a shame the amount of meat in the dishes has decreased in recent years…
11/08/2026: While in Annecy, we were very pleased with our meal at the TAJ MAHAL restaurant. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We'll definitely be back (the prices are really reasonable)! Highly recommended!

03/09/2026: There were no occupied tables. The waiter's response: No dogs allowed... Then I'll take my money somewhere else.
28/08/2026: Excellent welcome, a friendly waiter with just the right balance of humor and professionalism. The food was of the expected standard for the price. I highly recommend it.

Bar du Pont Morens
Annecy
10/10/2026: The atmosphere was wonderful; we were treated like princesses, especially considering the rainy weather.
Well done to you all!
Our service was quick and excellent. I highly recommend it.
It's rare to see such young people serving us with such respect and warm smiles. Thank you to them.
30/08/2026: Outrageous service and absolutely no sense of customer service!
Six of us came to sit on the terrace for drinks after a walk around town. One of us was just finishing an ice cream he'd bought earlier on the street (he only had three bites left).
Instead of welcoming us properly, the waiter approached us aggressively and completely disrespectfully, demanding that he finish it as quickly as possible, claiming that "the manager won't approve." Rules are one thing, but there's a way to say them. To show no consideration whatsoever and disrespect a group of six customers who came to eat a nearly empty piece of ice cream is absurd business practice.
To top it all off, the entire staff was unpleasant and completely unfriendly. The overall atmosphere was truly uninviting. I wasn't expecting anything special, and yet I was still disappointed.
Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Greenpoint burgers
Annecy
06/10/2026: Overall, it was pretty good, however the portions are ridiculous!! They'll have to start putting in more fries. (I'm not very happy).
03/10/2026: What a descent into hell... this past year, prices have increased enormously and quality has drastically decreased...

Chez papa
Annecy
28/05/2026: Disappointed. I ordered the chicken bobun: the dish didn't have much flavor, the spring roll was hard to chew, and there was a bit of a skimpy meat portion. A shame because it looked promising. The only positive point was the fast service.
20/04/2026: My boyfriend introduced me to this little restaurant (takeaway only at lunchtime) for our lunch break. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had the gourmet rice with sweet chili sauce, and it was delicious! However, I recommend that people who can't handle spicy food decline when they ask if they want the sauce. It's a fantastic place that I regret only discovering now 😁

Restaurant L'Etage
Annecy
20/09/2026: Absolutely incredible!
Despite my rather inappropriate attire, we were treated like royalty!
The raclette was fantastic!
I highly recommend it.
20/09/2026: Eight of us at a table, each ordering different dishes, including one special dish. Everything was excellent, and the service was exceptional. We will definitely return someday when we're passing through this region.
