12/02/2026: A very cute restaurant with a great, family-friendly atmosphere, and the waitresses are very nice. It's a small restaurant; when we went, it wasn't very busy, I don't know what it's like when it's full. The food was very good, but perhaps a little more expensive than similar places elsewhere, but that's a minor drawback compared to the positives. We had a great time, thank you!

25/12/2025: Homemade food, homemade desserts, very reasonable prices, fast service... I recommend it and we'll be back next week.

25/01/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! I grew up in Annecy, and what I ate today was anything but a tartiflette. The potatoes were undercooked. There was only one piece of bacon divided into four, no onion, and loads of cream. It didn't even taste like Reblochon cheese. The mini faisselle cheese cost €7 and was served in its plastic bag, without sauce, cream, or sugar. I did, however, get little packets of sugar for my coffee. I shudder to think what the fondue must be like, probably made with Kiri and Babybel cheeses. And you tourists? Stop getting ripped off in Annecy's pedestrian streets. Take the time to go up to the Glières plateau, for example; all the restaurants up there are worth it. And you won't be eating cafeteria food.

02/09/2025: Pleasant service despite the language barrier (we speak only English). The lady could see that we were getting bitten by mosquitoes, so she brought us insect repellent. Excellent pizza with lovely chewy but light crust. The dressing on the side salad was wonderful. The outdoor eating area is cute and hidden away out back. Highly recommend!

25/08/2025: While staying in France, my husband and two children had the opportunity to visit several restaurants that were truly excellent in terms of food, service, and atmosphere.Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about this restaurant. We sat in the garden, where no one was. A lady/lady started serving us and was unpleasant from the start. Either she doesn't understand English, or she didn't want to understand. The two older children each had a pizza, saying that I would just taste some of theirs. So the order was two pizzas and 3 plates.She told us that whoever doesn't eat anything will pay 5 euros because we are taking up someone else's place in the restaurant. (no one else was there) I ate half of my son's pizza. The edges of the pizza were burnt, but that's how it is sometimes. Unfortunately, I can't rate the taste because the person in question ruined the atmosphere for us. My husband had a beer and asked if it was enough for him to sit there with us. She said it was ok. . But when paying, she wanted an extra 10 euros because my husband didn't eat anything and neither did I. She even lied when my husband called and said that she said the beer was ok.I was very angry 😡 I took a picture of the empty restaurant. And left. The owner, her boyfriend, probably ran up to me right away, saying that I had offended her! He doesn't understand English, so how did I offend her? I don't know English, French.I found out that the gentleman is nice, solid. And he just listens to his mistress 🙄 So in conclusion, for me this restaurant is the absolute worst in terms of the behavior of the person in question and the fee for just having a drink. They just take the money from you whether you want it or not. For me, absolutely unacceptable behavior and a disgrace to the country!!!!

09/11/2025: Amazing burger! Everything was high quality, we really enjoyed it.

15/10/2025: Very disappointed after placing a takeout order this lunchtime. Forgot a drink, ketchup instead of mayonnaise, no napkins, limp and cold fries, not to mention the price/quantity ratio. Tiny burger and few fries even though I don't have a big appetite.

27/01/2025: Very warm welcome, generous and refined cuisine (wow, the Saint-Pierre!). We had an excellent time in this lovely, quiet restaurant. The wine recommended with our dish was very good too. We will come back, for sure! THANK YOU !!!

02/01/2026: Every time I come, I try their hot chocolate, which is always delicious. However, and this is the first time since July that I've been coming once a month, the waiter was not at all pleasant.

23/09/2025: We go there regularly with colleagues for takeout. It's fast and the menu is very interesting and comprehensive for the price. The owner is also very kind.

01/12/2025: The saleswoman should find another line of work. She offered no help in choosing products, just sat behind her computer. She had no knowledge of the products, where they came from, nothing. Very disappointed.

01/01/2026: Very good food, I recommend La boite chaude for starters, given the quantity served, the price is too high, pleasant and helpful service.

01/01/2026: The waiter wasn't very friendly and kept pacing back and forth. He seemed incapable of multitasking or carrying two things at once. So, quite a long wait for very little. The food was served quickly, but nothing special.

17/01/2026: We thought, "Great, this restaurant looks nice," as we walked by... and we weren't disappointed. The waitresses were pleasant and friendly, but unprofessional and inexperienced. The owner was invisible behind the counter. They were out of burgers on a Saturday at 8 pm; it can happen, but it's usually mentioned when you order. The tartiflette was excessively greasy. The andouillette was good, but served with cheap frozen fries. When you go to a restaurant, you expect homemade food... especially at €21 for the andouillette and €23 for the burger... it's simply highway robbery. This kind of restaurant is a tourist trap; it worked on us. So, I'm taking the time to do you a favor and warn you against going there. I mean it. There are so many other restaurants to discover; avoid this place. Forever, the little chimney sweep.

02/12/2025: We arrived as a group of four without a reservation and received a very warm welcome! The meal was good, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. We returned in the afternoon for a drink. It was very busy, and there was only one person serving. He told us it wasn't possible given the number of people, which we understood. While we were looking online for another place to go, tables became available. So we asked again if we could be served, and the answer was yes, but with a delay! We had time, so no problem. And we didn't wait long. Thank you for the lovely welcome. We will definitely come back when we are in the area again 😊

22/01/2026: Pizza served cold and with a stray hair found inside. I won't be back.

28/06/2025: What a miserable attitude. Wanted a quick beer because it was 33 degrees and we were hot and tired. We were sent to the non dining tables (fair enough) except the only ones free were in the full heat of the sun. So we asked if we could have our drinks in a shaded area. No. Well can you please put up the umbrellas in the drinking area. No. They are broken. Then we noticed that there were people drinking right where we were talking, in the shade. They overheard and said we’re leaving, have our table. No you can’t said the waiter. They are for diners. Yet it was barely past 6pm and there were no diners. We said we’d be 10 minutes. Nope. Manager’s rule. This place will never see our custom and we cannot recommend it at all. Who knows, we may have enjoyed our drinks and stayed for dinner. Too many other places that have good service and treat people with kindness. Avoid this place.

21/06/2025: The service is bad, a lot of noise and the prices are way too expensive, there are better addresses in Annecy!! Never again
