19/04/2026: Coffee for €2.50???? For an espresso! And the waiter's comment: "There's a Burger King across the street for 80 cents!" Luckily for them, there will always be tourists! Appalling service, avoid at all costs!

19/04/2026: Belle Époque… and above all, a wonderful experience! We arrived as a group of nine at 2:45 pm on a Sunday. After being turned away from two restaurants, we stumbled upon this place by chance. A young man with long hair took care of us; he looked after us like a pro: smiling, kind, and energetic. Thank you again for your warm welcome and kindness. All the best!

30/03/2026: I am very disappointed by the small amount of meat in the kebab; however, there is a lot of salad inside... I will not be going back.

29/03/2026: I ate at this restaurant yesterday with friends. It wasn't anything special, just another kebab place in Annecy. The spit was new, and I simply asked for the meat to be a little more grilled and that I wasn't in a hurry. We sat down, and the cook started cutting the meat to grill it on his griddle. Honestly, I almost got up and left him his sandwiches. Anyway, I tasted the meat; it wasn't bad, but it deserved to be grilled a bit longer on the spit. It would have been so much better. A real shame. If I have one piece of advice for you gentlemen, it's to respect your customers' requests a little more. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, unfortunately!

16/02/2026: It was so bad experience as a tourist in annecy. I just step inside to the place and I said “bonjour hello”. The guy in the cash desk didn’t replied and said something in french repeatly. I said “ sorry I can’t understand you, can you talk in english?”. and he said “No I can’t because this is France. You are in France” That was hilarious and so disrespectful. I didn’t order anything and leave the place. If you are a tourist, be careful!

22/03/2026: Great beer, the bar is nice. In downtown Annecy. Of course, there are other shops nearby, selling clothes, fashion, and cosmetics. And all sorts of restaurants, like tapas bars, fast food, and others with waffle and crepe snacks, and plenty of ice cream parlors. Parking is available in several paid parking lots.

01/03/2026: Great discovery, we ate very well, the fondue and the tartichèvre were very good.

18/04/2026: Very expensive for a kebab. €9 for a kebab alone, €12 as a meal.

02/04/2026: The food is halal. The kebab with rice and tacos are delicious, and the mozzarella balls are a must-try! The restaurant is Turkish, and the service is excellent. 👍🏻

20/03/2026: As a loyal customer (and neighbor), I've never been disappointed by the products, the atmosphere, or the service from the Pronto's Pizza team. They're hard workers, and their pizzas are by far the best value for money in Annecy. And what's more, they always have a smile on their face!

17/02/2026: I think it's a joke. I've never eaten a pizza with so little flavor, and the egg was undercooked. Not to mention the awful service; the guy only smiles and speaks nicely when you're paying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Two stars because it's still edible. Fingers crossed I don't get sick.

14/03/2026: Horrible experience. We ordered curried mussels. They were overcooked, gritty, and the cream was curdled and tasteless. We didn't finish our plates and left. The waiter didn't even ask if we had enjoyed our meal. Absolutely avoid this place.

09/04/2026: I'm a regular at Comtesse du Barry in Annecy; I go every week, sometimes even several times a week, and I'm never disappointed! The welcome is always fantastic; you feel truly at ease as soon as you walk into the shop. The two sales assistants are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to offer advice with a smile. The products are delicious and excellent value for money. It's a real pleasure to come here every time, and I recommend this shop to all food lovers!

06/04/2026: Hello, I feel compelled to write this unfortunately negative review regarding the quality of service, which needs improvement. I find the price to be high compared to the product offered. I therefore advise you to go to Comptoir de Mathilde or Jeff de Bruges for better quality and a warm welcome.

21/12/2025: The rooms are nothing like the ones shown on Booking.com. We found the room very expensive for the condition of the room. We slept very poorly; the pillow was like a sheet of paper. On the other hand, the breakfast was decent. We will not be returning.

30/11/2025: I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The room was basic and the bathroom was in poor condition. It was relatively small. And there was no parking available. I had to drive around the neighborhood for 30 minutes before finding a spot in a private residence across the street.

29/03/2026: I've been going there since I was 4 years old. The people who work there are lovely and have seen me grow up and evolve. It's my favorite restaurant and it always will be. 🤭

28/02/2026: We went as a group of four adults and four children aged 1 to 4. The service was very quick and the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. A very good experience at Mezzo Di Pasta Annecy!

19/04/2026: Delivery was promised within 40 minutes, which was fine, but an hour later, still no delivery… We called, and they told us our order was leaving just now, even though we were 10 minutes away. 20 minutes later, still nothing. We decided to call again, and they told us not to worry, it was coming, but 15 minutes later, still nothing. We called again, and they gave us excuses… then it was coming, then they offered to reorder and pick it up, and finally, they offered us a refund of half the order as soon as we could come in person, which we accepted. Finally, the order arrived, but after a two-hour wait. To top it all off, our meal was cold, and as you can imagine, they don't want to give us a refund. I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm furious. Paying for delivery and a meal that arrives two hours later and is even colder is unacceptable. Especially when they give us the runaround and then lie to us! This happened last Sunday, April 12, 2026 – avoid it!!!

05/04/2026: I ordered two bowls that were reheated; the cream was as if the dish had been prepared an hour earlier, and it was completely cold. If I get sick, I'm going to sue you!!!
