19/06/2026: I ordered a country burger: breaded chicken, chopped potato, and vegetables. It was much better than I expected! Yes, it's not a 5-star restaurant, but in terms of value for money, I'm very happy! Much better than going to other burger joints (Burger King, McDonald's, etc.). I'll have to try the other menu items, so I've given them 4 stars for service. Not because of their customer service, though: in any case, highly recommended!

25/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, the dishes are beautifully presented and delicious. We were able to take our time eating, and the servers were very friendly. If you're passing through the old town, don't hesitate! 😉

20/09/2026: We had a Bertoud and found it very good. We do have one comment: at €4 for a Coke Zero, we expected a glass bottle, not a glass poured from a larger bottle. 8g of sugar is enough for two glasses of Coke; you could buy a nice batch of 1.5L bottles.

18/10/2026: We ate there as a couple, ordering a duck fillet and a chicken burger. It was excellent!! The only downside was that the duck was served rare instead of medium-rare, and the cheese on the burger wasn't melted. Despite that, I recommend it 😊

30/08/2026: Delicious restaurant, generous portions, and very reasonable prices for Annecy. The service was also excellent; the lady was very friendly! Vegetarian options available, and a menu with plenty of choices.

28/08/2026: Nice and cute restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. However, unfortunately, they did not take my allergy request seriously, even though I specifically asked for certain ingredients to be left out of my dish. This was disappointing and made me feel that my dietary requirements were not being taken seriously.

01/08/2026: I've been living in Korea for two years, and even there I've never eaten such good Chinese food. The food is delicious, the service is good, and you can tell the chef knows what they're doing. I absolutely recommend it.

20/10/2026: We visited in October 2025 and were very satisfied with both the food and the service. Returning in October 2026, we unfortunately discovered a completely different restaurant: bland, tasteless dishes and interminable service. This is unacceptable for an establishment of this stature! A great restaurant must live up to its reputation, both in terms of the food and the service. To see the quality deteriorate to this extent in just one year is simply disappointing. The setting and the reputation alone cannot justify such a poor experience. We hope that management will take action, because at this rate, customers will stop coming back.
