03/01/2026: Authentic Chinese food, wonderful service and nice atmosphere. The lady who took our order was very pleasant and welcoming. We ordered the fried squid with garlic, fried noodles with shrimp as well as crab meat and corn soup. All are tasty and delicious. Highly recommended and definitely value for money.
03/01/2026: Really surprised about the reviews here. And I was deceived by these reviews.
Ordered 4 different dishes and none of them are even edible.
You can judge me, saying I don't know how to appreciate your food. BUT, in my 17 years of living in Singapore, I never had worse Chinese food like these.

Au Vizir Cafe

11/02/2026: Unpleasant staff. Upon arrival, the waitress jumped on our table to ask what we wanted to drink, even though we hadn't looked at the menu. We ordered five crepes, but were told there were only two left. As soon as our order arrived, they immediately demanded payment, complaining that we wanted to pay separately. Ten minutes later, an employee sat down to eat with a crepe on his plate, even though we were told they were sold out. Very disappointed, despite the lovely view.
10/02/2026: A brasserie with a bar.
There's a terrace with plenty of seating, and the interior is divided into two sections: a few seats downstairs and an upstairs area. The upstairs is primarily for the brasserie, but we managed to get in because there weren't many people eating.
The place is relatively quiet, and we had a very friendly waiter.
Be aware, however, that it's primarily a restaurant, and it can be difficult to get a seat inside "just" for a beer.

21/12/2025: We stopped for a beer and we weren't disappointed! The whole team had a great atmosphere, and we were so well received that we came back the next day! I highly recommend it 🤩

07/10/2025: It doesn't look like much at first glance, from the outside, and yet. I love the interior decor, the friendly and healthy atmosphere. We feel good there, like we're staying with friends. Fresh and incredibly homemade dishes. We enjoy it and we love it. See you soon

14/01/2026: The lady working continued her conversation before serving us. We asked for 2 cappuccinos, she brought a mug of espresso with hot water and milk separately which we found very strange. I even asked for Cafe au Lait in French. The pain au chocolat tasted 1 week old. We couldn’t drink or eat either. It was a shame as the place looked really nice and other cakes and pastries looked nice too.

26/10/2025: The restaurant opens at noon, we arrive at 11:58, a waiter tells us that the restaurant is not yet open and that there is no point in staying there. Too bad, we ate somewhere else!
18/10/2025: Excellent brasserie with well-prepared products. Fast and friendly service. Cozy atmosphere. We will gladly return during our next stay.

13/01/2026: Disgusting, run away! The hygiene is appalling, enough to make you vomit. I'm not from the area, but it's revolting. Give me my money back, it's too expensive to come here, you're being ripped off. Food poisoning, don't eat there!

It could be a 4 or even 5 star if it wasn't for the god awful music choice. Constant pop-punk / early-2000s alternative rock like Green Day blasting in the background completely kills the atmosphere — way too loud, aggressive, and out of place for an otherwise relaxed pub.
