21/09/2024: Exorbitant prices. The meal left us a little nauseated. The servers were condescending.
21/09/2024: Told off as soon as we arrived, as we sat down at a table without being invited to sit. Waiter then tried to be friendly until we only ordered soup for late lunch. Apparently he wanted us to have a 3 course meal at a set price. He said we were taking up a table of 4 and we were the fourth people who didn’t want a full meal that day. He was so rude, we offered to pay for our drinks, then leave. He begrudgingly let us have the soup but charged us for one 3 course meal. The soup was bland, nothing like you expect from French onion soup. Have never been treated this bad at any restaurant ever.

23/09/2024: This Hotel more than lived up to expectations. It is an extremely well run ship. Highly professional staff, very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Location excellent. Food amazing. Spotlessly clean. Only negative - no lift. Staff were on hand to help with luggage.
21/09/2024: We had a great experience there, outside tables were fully booked so we got to sit inside on a high table, food was amazing, staff friendly although the restaurant was packed

11/08/2024: Wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were lovely and very attentive, they made us feel very welcome. The food was exceptional, full of flavour- very tasty! Reasonably priced, will be returning again.

31/08/2024: We went there almost every evening during a week's visit to Annecy, the dishes were good, the quantities sufficient and the price fair. The cocktails are very good too, probably the best value for money in Annecy.

21/07/2024: Ça commençait déjà mal lors de notre arrivé… après avoir signalé au serveur qu’il manquait une chaise à notre table pour que l’on puisse boire un verre, j’ai attendu 15min debout pour finalement aller chercher un tabouret trop haut moi-même pendant que le serveur rigolait avec ses amis (?)
Ensuite au moment de la commande au bar, on a du payé 5cl de Get 11€, j’ai gardé le ticket de caisse en souvenir…! Pour un service au bar et un cadre qui n’a rien de particulier, l’inflation a bon dos !
12/07/2024: Accueil et service sympathique, prix excessif pour la cuisine proposée, plat plutôt simple, sans plus. Le point positif petite cours au calme sans passage.

18/09/2024: - cocktail SCAM: I think they cut the strong alcohol with water. I had 4 cocktails in the evening, I was surprised not to smell alcohol at all. But I told myself that maybe they were just the right amount. In the 4th I understood that he hadn't actually put any on. I'm 1m50 even after a beer in 25 I'm a little tipsy. There I left as if I had taken glasses of water. And I checked it wasn’t mocktails. We were just taken for pigeons. Same goes for the other people at the table.

- service one chance in two of being served by a pleasant person
- atmosphere way too much noise. But very nice decor.

Noirs avons du demander à plusieurs reprises notre commande quand les boissons sont arrivé nous avions terminé morte planche mixe

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée au café curt ! L'ambiance est chaleureuse et conviviale, Le personnel est vraiment au top : accueillant & attentif. Nous recommandons vivement ce bar pour une soirée réussie !
