Seriously, this has to stop. I'm having two coffees, relaxing while waiting for the bus, just chilling... and you charge me extra for tap water ❓️❓️❓️🤔 And of course, the prices displayed... INVISIBLE, GHOSTS 👻 Incognito mode activated❗️
It's a lottery: you order and you discover your fate when you pay 😭

10/05/2026: The kebab was too small and the fries were soggy; the kebab itself had no flavor. I ordered harissa, but it wasn't spicy. There were no tomatoes or onions, and just two limp lettuce leaves. It cost 8 euros for a sandwich that could fit in my closed hand. I'd never been there before and I'll never go back.

02/06/2026: Just let’s say that 134€ pour an Ibis Styles, it’s outrageous! Especially in Annecy le Vieux.
I paid the day before 124€ at a 4-star from ALL Group in Grenoble, nothing to compare with: The Park Hotel.
Very disappointing.
To top it all off, just stay away from the restaurant, way under staffed and had to wait super long just to get a waiter over.
To conclude: way under the standards Ibis Styles usually gives, especially when you are charged that much money.
22/04/2026: The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the new rooms we discovered were very well-equipped. Thank you again for your kindness despite the staff's working conditions. I highly recommend it.

16/05/2026: A wonderful time spent at the Starbucks in Les Terrasses du Port in Marseille ☕️😍
I stopped there with a friend for a delicious hot chocolate, seated with a view… and honestly, it couldn't have been more pleasant! Between the sunshine, the tranquility, and the view of Marseille, it was a truly relaxing and timeless moment.
The hot chocolate was delicious, generously topped with whipped cream, perfectly comforting, and ideal for a sweet treat. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, perfect for chatting quietly or simply enjoying the moment.
The setting really makes all the difference at this Starbucks: a large bay window, natural light, and a superb view that make the experience even more enjoyable.
A perfect spot for a delicious break during a day of shopping at Les Terrasses du Port.

29/03/2026: I've been going there since I was 4 years old. The people who work there are lovely and have seen me grow up and evolve. It's my favorite restaurant and it always will be. 🤭
28/02/2026: We went as a group of four adults and four children aged 1 to 4. The service was very quick and the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. A very good experience at Mezzo Di Pasta Annecy!

19/04/2026: Delivery was promised within 40 minutes, which was fine, but an hour later, still no delivery… We called, and they told us our order was leaving just now, even though we were 10 minutes away.
20 minutes later, still nothing. We decided to call again, and they told us not to worry, it was coming, but 15 minutes later, still nothing. We called again, and they gave us excuses… then it was coming, then they offered to reorder and pick it up, and finally, they offered us a refund of half the order as soon as we could come in person, which we accepted. Finally, the order arrived, but after a two-hour wait. To top it all off, our meal was cold, and as you can imagine, they don't want to give us a refund.
I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm furious. Paying for delivery and a meal that arrives two hours later and is even colder is unacceptable. Especially when they give us the runaround and then lie to us! This happened last Sunday, April 12, 2026 – avoid it!!!
05/04/2026: I ordered two bowls that were reheated; the cream was as if the dish had been prepared an hour earlier, and it was completely cold.
If I get sick, I'm going to sue you!!!

The woman gave me a glass, but it wasn't even full, not even half full.
That's awful.
See you soon, they'll start charging for tap water.
I won't be back.
Avoid this place.

The "soft" drink was "hot"...
The avocado turned brown in the salad (a little lemon juice would have prevented this)...
The flan wasn't cooked enough...

12/05/2026: Every time I go, it's excellent; I'm never disappointed. It's always perfect, just as I imagine it in my mind, in my wildest dreams. It's the best Subway in the area, by far. Thank you to the employees who make my wishes come true 🙏
12/05/2026: We'll try to raise the rating because, honestly, we're always served incredibly well.
The staff is friendly, but I can understand the occasional "down" moment given the low customer volume and their limited productivity.
The Subways, on the other hand, are absolutely delicious and generously loaded (thank you 😭🙏🏻). Every visit is a pure delight.
We'll be back!
