19/09/2024: Lunch for 4 + 1 baby. First time we've seen a restaurant without a high chair. Very racial atmosphere between the restaurant teams. When ordering, the dishes do not correspond at all to the menu displayed in front of the restaurant and the waitress clearly tells us that our choices "emm... The cook". Choice of dessert the waitress did not want our choices and insisted that we take the lemon soufflé (which is clearly not a soufflé). Forced to repeat our choice 5 times with the help of customers at the next table because the waitress seemed completely "absent" Very mixed meal and without much success in terms of dosage. In short, a restaurant that lives thanks to the attractiveness of Annecy but which is not worth the detour

16/09/2024: A great place where the cuisine rhymes with excellent. A top meal, a very welcoming server and a boss who loves what she does. Looking forward to a stay in Annecy where I will return with pleasure.

17/09/2024: It’s a disaster at Fidel Berger! You have to wait 1/2 hour to be served! Not a regard for the customer and a poor server who does what he can. Everything is lost!

14/09/2024: Very unwelcoming and not much memory especially on the change even 50 cents for a cappuccino en.pkus disgusting its lack of consideration and vigor especially before taking a tgv I have been coming to Annecy for years frankly for a breakfast cheaper and better there are better elsewhere too bad now it's yield and money you even have to limit yourself to asking for your change it's sad for the service it's true that the little people don't have wealth they must not have much good luck

04/09/2024: Smash Burger was more like a Double Cheeseburger, the burgers in general are pretty dry. The waiting time for getting your food after ordering it was really long, almost an hour. The food came almost cold. No toilet seats, if you have to go on the toilet you sit on the dirty bowl.

21/07/2024: Arrived from Brest, third time I have tasted a dish in the restaurant, the staff welcomes with a smile, the portions are frankly generous, the restaurant is clean, terrace for sitting in the open air, I really recommend their Turkish sausage : a pleasant fruity taste The kebab meat is tender and in nice pieces (not just mince) and the price is lower for the quality and quantity served (: Keep it up honestly!

15/09/2024: I'm sorry... Really! Because it's good in itself. But I am drastically against this concept. Just a slice of pizza? Between 15 and 20 euros it’s still staggering! How do they justify it? Well, it’s bread dough, so it’s super filling. :/ So to save the filling, here you will be satisfied via this system. I'm a big pizza eater and I can't validate this kind of initiative. And once again I am sorry and happy that others have found what they are looking for. If I want to eat bread I eat bread and if I want a pizza... Well I just like eating a pizza and not having a bread stomach with a slice of topped bread dough. Ps: not to be too mean, the oregano on the pizza is very popular and the food is good. On a pizza it could have been really great. Edit after the manager's comment: After this tornado of bad times, I am coming to regret my order from you more and more. You don't seem capable of questioning yourself, no problem, I also wish you a long life in your brand. We've known you for a long time and your pizzas are still just as good. My husband really enjoyed your Italian wine. You and your daughter are lovely people. Being Italian we love thick dough. 26/08/2024: To flee. We ordered with the Deliveroo app. They delivered the orders without any sauce. After multiple adventures trying to get someone on the phone (paid call - it still exists in 2024), we are “explained” that the sauces are extra and chargeable…. Never seen before, especially since the opposite is written in black and white on the restaurant's profile via the Delivroo application. They ended up agreeing to re-deliver sauces to us but it was useless because the sushi was infected. It’s rare enough to point out, I didn’t even know that you could miss California tuna mayo….

28/08/2024: TO RUN AWAY! If you have lactose intolerance, or simply prefer your coffee with a different milk. This will contain all the milks displayed on the menu. Let me explain. I watch the person at the bar prepare the coffees, she pours cow's milk into a pot to heat it, I then notice that the young girl pours the rest of the hot milk into the carton and puts it back in the fridge after having poured some milk in the coffee 🤢 and then, in the same pot, which has not been cleaned, she pours a vegetable milk and again, pours the rest of the hot milk into the brick. Let me tell you that at the end of the day, in the milk cartons, you have 4 different kinds of milk, heated, cooled and reheated, it's disgusting! It's a shame when we notice that she has several pots and that she could therefore use one for each different milk... and out of pity we don't put the still hot milk back into the cold carton to reheat it for 5 min later 🤦🏼‍♀️are you just from the profession? Between that and the tables not being clean...very mediocre food for the price. Go on your way, there are much better options just a few steps from the...

17/09/2024: Accueil très décontracté. Très joli décor simple et sobre. Repas excellent (poulet sauce aux bolets, légumes, gratin dauphinois) servi copieusement. Café gourmand pour prolonger cet agréable moment. Merci nous reviendrons.

16/09/2024: Accueil froid de la part du patron. Refus de service pour 4 personnes à cause d’un chien de taille moyenne qui nous accompagnait (Berger Australien). La nourriture est peut être bonne mais nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de la goûter pour les raisons évoquer juste au dessus.

16/09/2024: Nous sommes trois adultes et un bebe de 1 mois. La patronne nous demande de patienter “quelques minutes”. Trois tables sont libres mais pas encore débarrassées. Nous restons debout en plein soleil, ma fille finit par allaiter son bébé debout … et nous patientons, patientons. Vingt minutes plus tard toujours aucune table débarrassée ! La famille normande (on a eu le temps de discuter !) qui patientait juste derrière nous va voir la patronne et lui fait remarquer qu’une maman allaite son bébé debout en plein soleil et qu’il y a des tables de libre. La femme revient sidérée, la patronne n’en a … rien à faire. Ils décident de partir. Nous restons, ma fille a trop faim pour aller patienter ailleurs. Une serveuse (adorable et très gênée) nous installe enfin. Les galettes sont pauvrement garnies, les garnitures ne sont pas goûteuses et les galettes collent dans l’assiette ! Nous restons calmes, nous sommes heureux de passer cette journée ensemble que personne, même pas cette patronne, ne nous gâchera. Quel établissement laisse une maman allaiter debout sans même proposer une chaise ???!!! La qualité des galettes est très moyenne, l’addition est surestimée, mais la rudesse et le mépris de l’accueil méritent une médaille : celle de la honte absolue ! A fuir.

10/09/2024: Crêpe salée beaucoup trop cuite et qui s’effrite. Peu de places à table. Propreté douteuse. Le restaurant indique prendre les chèques vacances mais au moment de payer ils n’acceptent de ne prendre que la moitié de l’addition en chèques vacances sans se préoccuper de l’impact sur le budget du client. Pratique inadmissible pour moi à l’image des plats très moyens. Je déconseille

Only one display with the cards intended for tourists, but it was more than enough to cover my needs. The rates were very affordable, which is not common in tourist towns. I just regret that they ran out of stamps, but in these times it's understandable. Anyway, the post office is not far...

23/07/2024: I buy for €20 (cigarettes + sweets for the children), I pay by credit card. I turn around because I forgot to buy a bottle of water for my daughter. And I am told that the minimum per card is €10. I explain that I just bought €20 worth of sweets including €6, I just forgot to add the bottle of water. Bank charges are largely covered. The tobacconist doesn't want to know anything. He suggests I go buy my bottle of water elsewhere. You have the right to not be nice but at least learn to count! Even with bank charges you would have made money on this bottle of water sold for €2 and certainly bought for 40 cents. I will avoid your tobacco as much as possible in the future. (PS: it was Sunday July 21 around 3 p.m., it was hot and impossible to buy water elsewhere)
