06/09/2024: We were warmly welcomed by Claudine on arrival. The restaurant is run by her and her husband who are both very sweet.
We had fondue and it was magnificent.
It's a bit pricier than the outside of town but it's worth the extra money. We would definitely go again.
26/08/2024: I recommend this restaurant. They are very welcoming. They offered us an aperitif and a digestive. The trout is excellent. The decor is nice and rustic

26/08/2024: A beautiful place, in which we were welcomed with enthusiasm.
Our very friendly waiter knew how to liven up our evening with his good humor and his witty jokes.
We were able to try the classic fondue and the porcini mushroom fondue, and it's good value for money.
The second server entertained us at the end of the meal, thanks to him!
25/08/2024: We had an excellent evening and ate a very good Savoyard fondue. This is an address that I recommend to those who want to eat in a good atmosphere.

15/09/2024: Le choix de neuf est varié. Nous avons opté pour celui à 31€ avec entrée, plat et dessert ( 2choix possibles pour chaque catégorie). Les mets sont de qualité les assiettes ont une présentation soignée. Le personnel est sympathique et malgré une salle pleine, le service est relativement rapide. Bravo.

17/09/2024: Une adresse hautement recommandable. Des plats très bien tournés, avec des cuissons parfaitement maîtrisées , des mélanges de saveurs entre tradition et modernité.
Cela mérite une étoile Michelin !
Le service est accueillant, souriant, efficace , le tout dans un cadre très agréable, au sein de la ville fortifiée.
À réserver impérativement, car le nombre de tables est limité.
10/09/2024: Une très belle découverte. Un chef et un personnel au top pour réaliser et proposer une cuisine de qualité avec des saveurs et finesses hors du commun. Ce restaurant n’est pas loin de l’étoile qui serait méritée
Belle carte des vins avc un très bon rapport qualité prix. Je conseille vivement cette adresse ce n’est que du bonheur
Et dire que nous aurions pu passer à côté pour des soucis de confirmation de réservation

15/09/2024: Crêperie that I knew 15 years ago during 2 vacation trips. I went back last month. The owner changed but the soul remained which enchanted me because I had very good memories. The quality and service is impeccable. The decoration is nice. I just regret that there isn't Nutella like before (I never buy it at home but like to eat it with a crepe on occasions like this even if I know it's not quality 😌!!)
Just be careful of the Google times which do not always correspond because we showed up the first time at the times indicated and they were no longer used.
We will return with great pleasure next year 😊
28/08/2024: The only creperie in Briancon. Impossible to reserve by telephone. Lots of people. Very good pancakes.

24/08/2024: Gastrocosmic restaurant deserving of a star in the Michelin Guide. Small family restaurant developing a gastronomic power that is the pride of French cuisine. An unmissable stop in Briançon. Thank you to the entire Gastrologue team for showing that it is feasible on this scale and in the mountains.
12/08/2024: A very warm welcome and carefully prepared cuisine. Be careful, however atypical flavors that may not please everyone.

09/09/2024: Good hotel with closed parking. Ideal for motorcycles. Room and bathroom small but manageable. Everything made of wood in the old style. Don't expect any modern fuss.

25/12/2024: A very successful first experience, good and plentiful traditional cuisine.
But we had a reservation confirmed for 9 people on Christmas Day even though the restaurant is closed!
We left several messages on the answering machine. No call back, no message from them.
Very disappointed and we will not return there, if one day it deigns to reopen!
09/11/2024: Very good dishes, fresh food, affordable prices.

14/01/2025: An intimate place in Fort Vauban in Briancon, on the square of the magnificent church with two bell towers. Vaulted room, stone walls, wood stove...a cozy atmosphere to enjoy a chocolate or a Liège coffee, a hot apple juice with spices, a grog. Bar & tea room and also restaurant that we were not able to experience. As the fort is pedestrianized, you cannot come by car. Park outside the Citadel.
