22/02/2026: Where to begin... we got our order wrong five times already: a double tasty instead of a single, a tasty without tomatoes (due to an allergy) but with tomato slice remnants inside, and twice we were given fry sauce instead of sauce for the nuggets. The food was cold when we ate there, and there was no sorting of the trash (which was in a deplorable state). We ordered over €70 and they brought us a tray from another table with an apple and drinks. And to top it all off, the guy who cleans the toilets takes out the trash and brings us back the burger with the same hand he used to scratch his backside.

In short, a cult-like and homophobic place: Avoid it at all costs!!!

A rip-off.
The security guard has no concept of respect; some training would do him no harm.
On the other hand, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist who asked if we were following the dress code (pink party).
Upon arriving on the rooftop, almost no one was wearing it. Heels were required for entry, but some women weren't. Most of the women were completely in their everyday clothes, making absolutely NO effort to dress up for the event. We therefore assume these people are staying at the hotel of the same establishment.
This means that if you arrive in the attire required by the establishment for the evening, you will quickly feel out of place because most of the other guests won't be following the dress code and they will look at you as if you've wandered in. Never again.

24/02/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The service is sloppy, the waitresses pretend not to see us, and after waiting about thirty minutes at a table, we order sandwiches and then wait another 40 minutes to receive a radioactive hot dog sausage (somewhere between bright red and fluorescent orange) and three pieces of salami in half a baguette.
The staff is unfriendly and in no hurry to serve the few customers they have left.
Even as I'm writing this, an elderly couple comes to the counter to ask why no one has come to see them after waiting 30-40 minutes.
In short, they're right across from the train station, so they take advantage of the situation to complain, but don't be fools like we were; just walk away to avoid this "bar" overflowing with bad manners.
21/02/2026: A huge thank you to the hotel owner for helping us out at the last minute by renting us a room for the three of us (my husband, my daughter, and me) and our dog. The rooms are a bit dated but clean, and the location next to the train station is convenient.

05/09/2025: Passing through Cap d'Agde, as I often do, and wanting a change of bar because Moda was full, I came here.
I should have broken my knee that day instead of coming here.
Because coming to pay €5 for a Krona did me more harm than good, especially for a Krona.
So in the future, I think I'll come back to Moda instead of here.
Too bad.

28/10/2025: Scam: the dishes listed on the menu are the same as those on the à la carte menu. We ordered two set menus, but when it came time to pay, everything was priced à la carte, resulting in a €62 surcharge even though the dishes were identical! The food was very average and the waitress was rude.
03/09/2025: If the concept of this brasserie is to be greeted by a barely friendly waitress after being kept waiting at your table before your order is acceptable to you, then you've come to the right place! My colleagues and I had to leave without having dessert because the service was so slow and unpleasant; I absolutely do not recommend this place.

20/09/2024: Never disappointed!! On our first visit with 4 adults, we tasted a great bouillabaisse and the 2nd time we opted for the menu at 31.90 and we enjoyed ourselves. Starter of foie gras followed by scallops for the ladies and crispy scallops and rossini sirloins for the gentlemen. The desserts and rosé were top notch. The servers are friendly and very helpful! In short, everything was excellent!!! I highly recommend!! We will come back to see you on our next stay!!

Burger El Dorado leaves something to be desired for the price... very fine ground steak, an industrial Burger sauce, and a tiny portion of "runny cheddar"... Great for fries

06/09/2024: Obliged to call back the waiter (boss) because 1 aperitif was missing, then to take our order. The couscous was dry and expensive for what it was. Finally, when paying, we noticed that the cook had 1 cigarette butt lit in his mouth in the kitchen (more than average). Not very cheerful, pleasant and commercial except for the faithful obviously. I'm disappointed
03/09/2024: A ritual for us every year! ! This restaurant specializing in oriental specialties, from father to son, always brings us satisfaction. Top-notch service and very generous couscous! Neat decor...it's a change from the restaurants in the Cape.
