01/08/2024: Nous y sommes allé aujourd'hui. L'endroit est mignon, le personnel très gentil et souriant. Les pâtisseries sont vraiment magnifiques et donnent très envie! Mais le goût n'est pas tout à fait au rendez-vous.. J'ai pris un dessert à la pêche de vigne, j'ai adoré la texture mousse, il y avait aussi de la pêche fraîche à l'intérieur, mais malheureusement je n'ai pas beaucoup retrouver le goût de la pêche, c'était plutôt fade. Le jus d'orange pressé était une vraie réussite ! Étant en vacance dans le coin je n'aurai plus l'occasion d'y retourner mais j'aurai tout de même voulu retenter et goûter d'autres choses car ça donnait très envie!

11/05/2024: We entered the restaurant, no one having heard us enter, we waited and had to move towards the kitchen so that our presence would be noticed. Amazement when we see a woman smoking in the kitchen. The rest of the meal was ruined by what we saw when we arrived. At the time of addition, we ask questions about this and the answers given do not correspond to what we clearly saw. It would be a question of a regular customer who smoked in the courtyard when she was indeed in the kitchen and smoking there. It's difficult to have a good time after seeing such a lack of hygiene. As a reminder, according to the CE 852/2004 standard, a professional kitchen must be well maintained, provide sufficient space and allow for good sanitary practices in order to ensure consumer safety.

24/08/2024: Décevant…. La carte a changé, la qualité n’est plus au RDV. Attention salade Caesar = surtout des feuilles de salade verte, 3 bouts de poulets et des croûtons. Vraiment cher pour ce que c’est. Le dessert avait l’air appétissant, joliment présenté mais le goût est également décevant, trop industriel. Dommage.

20/08/2024: The value for money is meh. Already a very bad atmosphere with employees arguing and insulting each other. A very unsmiling waitress seems to be annoying her. Regarding the dishes, it's okay for a restaurant chain but for the price it's excessive. I don't recommend unless you have money to spare.

08/12/2024: Not knowing Montpellier, I decided to stop to eat at NaturElle. I deeply regret this decision: between the display problem, the unpleasant servers and the meal that was not only cold, but not even cooked, the experience was disappointing. I forced myself to eat because I was really hungry, but considering the price and quantity, I would have been better off going to McDonald's. I strongly advise against this establishment.

06/12/2024: I strongly advise against it. We came to eat this afternoon. When ordering, there are display errors which are not even rectified. The employees speak curtly. We manage to decide, we have country paninis. We ask the waiter to sit at the table, he replies curtly that we should say so before next time. Are we supposed to guess? In short, when we arrived at the table, the paninis were cold, and the cheese had not melted. Advice ; go spend your money at Starbucks, at least they have learned to smile there.

27/08/2024: In a friendly atmosphere, we spent a very pleasant evening. Top service, Cyril took excellent care of us. Always attentive and with a smile, he gave us time to make our choice and was always responsive to our requests. We will return with great pleasure.

27/08/2024: Beautiful terrace with misters. Our server Cyril was friendly, smiling and attentive to our needs despite a crowded terrace. A top server.

23/09/2024: Completely disappointed. Order placed at 8:20 p.m. which was to be delivered at 9 p.m., then at 9:20 p.m. then at 9:35 p.m. then at 9:40 p.m. then at 9:55 p.m....finally delivered when the store closed so it was impossible to call for a complaint, all the sauces taken in addition were missing; scale found in sushi. Really not up to par given the price, I don't recommend it and it will be the first and last time for me.

16/09/2024: This lady sushi has gained a regular customer, the teams are top notch, super friendly and helpful even at late hours and the sushi/chirachi are excellent You will not be disappointed and I will definitely come back, thank you very much!

03/09/2024: Very very poorly insulated hotel! We didn't sleep a wink all night! No access by car, no parking.. cleanliness leaves something to be desired, really not worth the price! I will never come back again!

11/01/2025: I don't know if the two people who served us are there every day but they clearly don't like working here, they are not welcoming at all and when they came to ask me what I wanted I got the feeling of disturbing them. The dishes are not great, except the shrimp which are really terrible and have a rather worrying taste.

01/11/2024: Understaffed and disrespectful to customers. Results: we paid for an imaginary pint, and two pints paid for in duplicates. No professionalism when explaining the situation. In the end, "to not worry anymore", the waiter reimburses us a sum at random, far from the excess 19th. The fault is not so much the server in the middle of a rush, but rather the manager who is twiddling his thumbs and in an unpleasant tone, making us understand that he has nothing to do with it, and that we are making him lose his time. He didn't try to understand for even a second. The server, even if annoyed, at least made the effort to take into account and manage the situation. + the hygiene is obviously as deplorable as the attitude. EDIT: At the time for me, the person cited was not the manager and the situation was resolved the next day. But I stand by my comments on the lack of respect from the evening staff and hygiene to be reviewed.

15/09/2024: Les plats sont bons mais tout est gâché par l accueil de la patronne qui nous a servi. Ok a l impression de ne après être le bienvenu car son ton est sec et on a pas le temps de manger tranquille. Elle nous apporte l addition sans l avoir demandé et à 22h on sent bien qu il est temps de partir. On ne reviendra pas à cause de son accueil et toutes les personnes qui y vont on la même sensation On sent bien que c est que du commerce et c est bien dommage

14/10/2024: Franchement banger, plusieurs fois qu'on commande ou qu'on va manger sur place, tout est bon et les produits sont de qualité, gros banger
