23/05/2026: The service was impeccable and the waiters were very friendly; we received a very warm welcome. However, our meal was spoiled by misogynistic and inappropriate remarks made on the terrace by what appeared to be the restaurant owner and a friend. The entire terrace could hear these comments about the restaurant's employees, which was very disturbing and gave the restaurant a bad impression. It's a shame, as it completely contrasts with the professionalism of the staff.

17/05/2026: The service was terrible. The waitress spilled drinks down my wife's back. No apology, not even a napkin to wipe her wet back. The fries were lukewarm. The food was mediocre. Philippe should take back control of his chain.

26/05/2026: We were there with two babies and received a very warm welcome, friendly service, and thoughtful touches for the children (high chairs, a table in the shade, etc.). The meal was very good for a very reasonable price.

20/05/2026: I went to this brasserie when I arrived in Montpellier for the Ascension Day long weekend. I was looking for a place to eat and stopped here thanks to the daily special on the chalkboard, which was a good price at €18.50 for a main course and dessert. The service was very quick and the waiter was super friendly. The dish was very good, however, the fries were just overcooked, so they were much too crispy and hard; you couldn't really taste the potato. I still recommend this place for its terrace, its menu, and its good value for money.

06/06/2026: Lamb skewers at €7 for three tiny pieces of meat—the prices are outrageous and the quality is poor! The frozen fries were bland and uninteresting. We would have eaten better at a kebab shop. Get rid of the skewer menu; it's a waste of money, and keep only the main dishes.

10/06/2026: Excellent stay at Parc aux Orchidées in Pointe-Noire! A huge thank you to Damien and Laetitia for their warm welcome and kindness. The gîte is immaculate, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We felt right at home. A superb place to stay in Guadeloupe that we wholeheartedly recommend! 🌴☀️🌺

24/05/2026: The food is really horrible. I asked for it to be sent back and redone. The dessert had chunks of sugar, they forgot to brûlée it sufficiently lol. The coffee is really burned. The atmosphere was nice.

19/05/2026: It felt like we were bothering the waiters to place our order, and there's still no customer Wi-Fi in French restaurants in 2026. It's impossible to hold a business meeting under these conditions. We went to eat elsewhere.

17/04/2026: After a recent visit to Patapain, I was deeply shocked to learn that your company has still not committed to ending these cruel practices, and this clearly tarnished my customer experience. Knowing that sows can be confined in cages so small they can't even turn around, and that piglets undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing, is unacceptable. Columbus Café & Co and Pret A Manger have already made this commitment: when will Patapain take action?

15/04/2026: After visiting your bakery a few days ago, I discovered that pigs raised for your supply are subjected to cruel practices. Sows are confined for nearly half their lives in cages so small they cannot turn around, and piglets undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing. As a customer, this severely tarnishes my experience at Patapain. When will you commit to meeting the Pig Minimum Standards?

16/04/2026: Arogen, the staff wasn't welcoming, the pizza wasn't very good, we ordered a reblochon cheese and it had no taste.

19/02/2026: I order from Uber Eats very regularly, and lately I've been quite disappointed. The first time, I received an absurd amount of pepper in the four pizzas I ordered, indicated I didn't want it in future orders, and still received loads of it. What a shame! 😕

02/06/2026: Best queer bar in Montpellier, everyone is welcome, the bartenders are lovely, and the atmosphere is very friendly, even familial. A great bar even if you come alone, as the regulars won't hesitate to chat and make you feel comfortable. I've been there countless times and I'll be back as soon as it reopens.

03/03/2026: Hello, I wanted to share an experience I had last night at the Mélomane nightclub, organized by the Mercury Bar. I was discriminated against for apparently no valid reason. I was kicked out of the club, according to the organizers, who are clearly not open-minded. I have plenty of details I can give you if you'd like. Your response here is incorrect; are you saying this because you saw it yourself or because you were told about it? Unfortunately, I have witnesses who confirm my version of events: I was neither aggressive nor insulted anyone. However, yes, I did have poppers, which displeased one of the organizers, who did everything she could to get me removed. Neither I nor some people I know have seen your version of events.
