04/12/2024: Top notch service. A large choice in terms of drinks. Very well prepared cocktails.

03/11/2024: Disrespectful staff. Who almost opened the door to get us out of the toilet even though we had been there for not even 5 minutes. Uses informal terms with customers and is unpleasant. I don't recommend this bar at all. Supplement: the clientele is more than doubtful. If you are a girl, avoid!

09/12/2025: Ordered today, just now. I have the feeling the cook was hungry… What else can I say… oh yeah, I ordered potatoes. And of course, I got half potatoes, half cold fries. It was already disgusting last week, but this is the absolute worst. And of course, when you call, nobody answers.

08/12/2025: Paying €20 for a free box of 20 nuggets that turns out to be only 10 is frankly ridiculous. You really need to improve; I'm increasingly disappointed.

15/12/2024: Poor The sandwiches (when they are not missing) are more twisted than the Tower of Pisa, the ice creams are soup (but only in half portions), the sauces and napkins are either for a regiment or non-existent. Whatever happens, no matter how long the order is, something always goes wrong.

17/11/2024: Frankly it leaves something to be desired, the last time excellent service, but here 30 minutes to take an order and almost as long to be served. Normally the waiter had finished his service and did not do what was necessary. It's Sunday okay but be at least professional damn it 😅.

15/08/2024: Crepe much too greasy and thick. Not all bottles are available at the fridge in large format, so we had to take several for the same quantity and those at a higher price. However, the view is great and the terrace is ideally located

28/09/2024: Staff, very unpleasant, speak badly to their customers. I came to order ice cream with my pregnant cousin and my boyfriend. my cousin not having enough money, I took an ice cream that I planned to share with her and my boyfriend also had an ice cream. so we headed upstairs to be able to settle in warm An employee came to confront us, telling us that there were only two ice creams so only two people could go upstairs, we tried to negotiate, but to no avail he stood in front of my friend , he told her “stop acting like you’re not happy, you’re going home” I am extremely disappointed to see the staff react like this to their customers. the security guard did not intervene and therefore made us leave the McDonald’s.

27/09/2024: The staff is really unpleasant, the manager allows himself to speak badly to customers, he insults them and respects no one, this McDonald's should really be avoided, choose the one at the station which is 5 minutes from this one.

05/12/2025: The customer service was awful. Two customers were stuck waiting for 15 minutes because two salespeople were laughing together. Staff like that damage the brand's image.

10/11/2025: The service was generally quite fast, but I was disappointed by the staff's attitude. I ordered a pistachio milkshake and was served a strawberry one. The waitress simply replied, "Oh, you said strawberry," without offering to make it again or providing any solution, even though my companion and I were certain I had specifically asked for pistachio. A complete lack of professionalism; I do not recommend this place. Avoid it.

11/10/2025: The Montpellier esplanade is magnificent, but the bar is a real disappointment. The service is very, very slow, and the waiter is cold and visibly disinterested in his customers. The prices are high for the quality of the service provided. Honestly, avoid it.

11/09/2024: Yes it has a priced menu for all the public to see on the outside wall however when the bill came our sandwich which is clearly priced at 5.50e suddenly cost 11e When we queried the bill we were told we asked for it toasted. Avoid this place

08/12/2025: And while there were compliments on the new atmosphere, the welcome was very warm. The young people are friendly and helpful. I found the DJs to be absolutely fantastic; they really set the place on fire and created a great atmosphere. The owners are impeccable, the security guards are super friendly, Everyone took excellent care of me. I was the only woman over 60 to party, dance, and fully enjoy the festive atmosphere, mingling with the young people who came to dance until the early hours. Highly recommended. The security guards were absolutely perfect. I love it and I'm happy to come back every weekend unless I'm sick and can't go. Grandma Fiona...

23/12/2024: Bland tagliatelle! Pasta and tagliatelle and cream on top! No simmered onions, the cream is cold and thick because it is added at the end! Instead of adding it at the end of cooking so that it warms up, dilutes and takes on the flavors of the dish! Which ones anyway…
