28/09/2024: Hello today September 28 around 2:30 p.m. I went to your store to buy two and two inner tubes for my VTC 540. I went to the cycles section and I asked a salesman if he could give me these products. Very kindly he told me that quality tires could be found at Sav. Arriving at Sav, I was once again poorly received by your technician who sent me wandering and did not understand what I was doing there. He made me repeat my type of bike several times because I repeated VTC 540 but I forgot riverside. This gentleman is really not commercial and very unpleasant with customers and as mentioned above this is not the first time. I am at your disposal if you wish. Thank you

29/08/2024: Like the vast majority of IBIS, it is a transit hotel. Despite having resolved a double charge by mistake, which was reversed by my bank, I had the misfortune of being attacked by the receptionist and then by the hotel director when I complained about the electrical risk in which I found myself in my room due to an air conditioner turned on and detached from the wall. The manager got angry for leaving a bad reference in booking, he called me a liar and dismissed the big problem of a fallen air conditioner with stressed cables. I'm not crazy and I don't accept scoldings instead of excuses. Very bad very bad very bad. Ibis never again.

Mention particulière pour le service car très rapide.
Mehdi qui a été très agréable et efficace je recommande ce serveur.

06/12/2024: Un bon souvenir de brunch m’a fais revenir aujourd’hui chez Napoleon Dynamite pour me faire rendre compte que c’est degueulasse et j’ai vraiment eu le sentiment d’etre prise pour une imbecile.
Cappuccino froid, grilled cheese hors de prix et pas bon. Serveuse desagreable.
Riz au lait 6€ et chimique.
Fuyez !!!!

Unfortunately the sauerkraut is no longer as good as before because the one served today was not cooked in beer and was sour, the cold meats had no taste. Too bad because we came on purpose for that... Not to mention the acid reflux that this caused us! 🤢

I arrived at 8:30 p.m. to leave at 10:15 p.m.!!!!
I went there for a special family occasion and it ended very badly because the waiter was absent... He passed by from time to time without paying attention to us even though we had finished our dishes for a while!
It’s very unfortunate because there are other excellent waiters and waitresses that we are happy to have, unlike him where it always ends badly…
When it was time to pay, he hid behind the bar after another long wait, another waiter took the initiative to cash us even though he had no obligation to do so!

Spacious and comfortable rooms
Small downside with the presence of stains on a few seats, cleaning could be carried out more thoroughly
The cinema is not more expensive than any other (well €40 for a couple with some popcorn has become almost a luxury)
The games room located at the entrance is small but does the job of relaxing and having fun

The price, 15.60, is a joke..
Dirty rooms and disgusting chairs
WC or toilet rollers are so big that they are blocked
And you give credit if you want to buy a bottle of water or popcorn
3.50 euros per badoit... It's gold in a bottle
And again this time I was lucky I didn't have to go and ask to turn off the room...

10/12/2024: Agréablement surprise, vue l'emplacement je pensais un "attrape touriste" mais pas du tout, le burger au paleron de veau était un vrai régal. Le serveur est sympathique et le service rapide. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
J'y retournerai sans problème.
30/11/2024: Avec mon conjoint on a mangé 2 fois ici, et c’est toujours pareil, on commande des boissons qu’on nous sert même pas, on nous apporte nos plats sans bouteille d’eau, on dirait qu’on dérange les serveurs (pour être poli parce que l’expression la plus adaptée et grossière) je recommande pas du tout cet endroit vous trouverez meilleurs et plus accueillant ailleurs.
