22/09/2026: A 35-minute wait for… absolutely nothing. No bottle of wine, no appetizers. The waiter was clueless, unable to explain a dish on the menu or the grape varieties in a wine. The terrace was infested with mosquitoes. For a supposedly 4-star establishment, the best decision was to leave without being served. Only 1 star because zero wasn't an option.

06/06/2026: APPALLING!!! We encountered a DISRESPECTFUL employee today! A very tall man with a disdainful smile made us a TINY sandwich, clearly just dumped the cheese in, and went to the back kitchen to talk to his colleagues. Not appreciating his attitude, we were ready to leave. A very kind employee stopped us and apologized for him, admitting that the sandwich was tiny and offering to make it again. We accepted because she was clearly kind and deserved respect. His colleague came back, completely disregarding the tiny sandwich and his pathetic attitude, which made us feel humiliated! With a smile on his face, he continued to be dismissive and said, "Anyway, I only have one week left here, so I don't care!" Some kind of manager tried to take charge but clearly wasn't up to the task, telling US to calm down! Is this a joke?! Now the customer has to stoop to paying for terrible service? Another employee tried to get involved and came over, squashing the sandwich while getting angry and saying, "Okay, we'll make the sandwich again!"!! I've never seen an employee SMASH food in their hands! It's unbelievable what's happening at this Subway! I think the employees do whatever they want, respect nothing and no one, it's like a schoolyard!!! (Except for that one very kind young woman, who has no business being there, get out of here fast!)

20/04/2026: Great cookies, but the saleswomen were incredibly unfriendly—no hello, no thank you. They even chewed gum, forget it!

26/09/2026: After several years and meals eaten there, we have unfortunately noticed a decline in quality in the evenings. Now it's more like "strings of meat" than skewers: an Indian beef skewer consists of a bell pepper at one end, three small pieces of beef, and another piece of bell pepper. And don't even get me started on the octopus skewers: three pieces of octopus straight from the fridge on top of a dish of oil and herbs. As for the service, forget it. It's a real shame, but I think the current formula will be successful for a while longer, after that...??? (hoping the owner gets the message...) Etienne

26/09/2026: I just moved to Montpellier and I've already ordered twice, once for takeout and once for delivery. Both delivery and takeout were on time. The two women there were very friendly! The pizzas are delicious, the crust is fantastic, I highly recommend the goat cheese and honey! The size seems standard and just right. One small detail: the price difference between takeout and delivery is a bit high. But otherwise, nothing to complain about!! Top-notch ⭐

18/09/2026: It's very difficult to get there by car as a disabled person. Google is giving me endless trouble, and I don't want to access it. That's why the rating is so low. Sorry about that. In any case, the wait was long. The service was good, and the food was good.

19/08/2026: Lunchtime was quiet, we had a great time. Prices can be a bit high, especially in the evening and during events (more expensive on Valentine's Day, for example). Good food and cocktails. The grilled red meats are excellent 👍

02/07/2026: A very varied Asian buffet with friendly and attentive staff. Worth a visit.

29/06/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! €140 for 2 adults and 4 children! Huge, green-fleaed flies everywhere, and don't even get me started on the rotten serimi, which was at least three days old and smelled awful! I was charged €10 less and they told me they were sorry 🤑 Thanks for this lovely, rotten evening 😉

23/08/2026: We just had dinner at Kitchen & Bar and left with a very good impression. The service from the entire team was excellent, the food was superb—we ordered two gazpachos and a perfectly cooked salmon, and both dishes were spectacular—and to top it all off, the atmosphere was welcoming. Congratulations!

31/07/2026: Honestly, I didn't find it good. I wanted to give this restaurant one last chance since I live right across the street. But in the end, nothing about this restaurant is right. The service is very slow. The food isn't good; I had a pre-packaged salad on my plate, the meat was frankly mediocre, and the seasonings were bland. So, I'll definitely never set foot in there again... I'm really very disappointed for a restaurant in a four-star hotel. Oh yes, and to top it all off, one of the waitresses had a stain on her pants, and it was very noticeable.

12/09/2026: Ordered fish and chips And "freshly squeezed" grapefruit juice. It was watery. It was truly downright terribly unappetizing. The fries had been reheated. The fish was in a rock-hard, dry crust and the aioli had curdled. However, the location is fantastic and the service was friendly.

16/04/2026: After numerous orders over the past three years, despite the prices being quite reasonable, they refused to give me a tiny 2-cent sachet of salt because I hadn't ordered that day. It's the height of incompetence in customer relations and their complete failure to recognize the lost revenue. 🐀

02/06/2026: Best queer bar in Montpellier, everyone is welcome, the bartenders are lovely, and the atmosphere is very friendly, even familial. A great bar even if you come alone, as the regulars won't hesitate to chat and make you feel comfortable. I've been there countless times and I'll be back as soon as it reopens.

Once, I arrived 5 minutes late, at 2:05 pm instead of 2 pm, because the bus was delayed. I asked to pay for the pizza with the discount, and the cashier looked me coldly in the eyes and said it was too late. They have absolutely no customer service skills; they're like soldiers.

Instead of looking for a solution, he refused to correct the mistake, stating that "what happens on the internet is not his problem." This lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service is very disappointing. I hope this establishment will take customer complaints more seriously.

For the price, no receipt, table on the side, anyway, we paid and left to have a drink somewhere else.
