09/07/2026: We booked the day before for 5 people, and when we arrived, we were turned away by the waitress who hadn't written us down in her book. This was because the other waiter who had spoken to us on the phone—thanks azdil—hadn't informed his colleague and hadn't even noted the reservation himself. Thanks to the waitress who wasn't at all bitter (that's sarcasm; she was awful) and to the other waiter who didn't write down our reservation.

13/08/2026: Despite friendly waiters and a lively atmosphere, the quality of the food really left something to be desired... it just wasn't good.

23/07/2026: A very bad experience. We received the wrong delivery, and when we reported the error, the manager was extremely rude to us on the phone. Instead of looking for a solution, he refused to correct the mistake, stating that "what happens on the internet is not his problem." This lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service is very disappointing. I hope this establishment will take customer complaints more seriously.

02/08/2026: The Food was really bad... frozen pizza are used and not even baked properly. We neede to sent rest back because it was undercooked. The fries arw being fried in the same pan as the fish, which is really noticable. Cocktails were fine.

29/06/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! €140 for 2 adults and 4 children! Huge, green-fleaed flies everywhere, and don't even get me started on the rotten serimi, which was at least three days old and smelled awful! I was charged €10 less and they told me they were sorry 🤑 Thanks for this lovely, rotten evening 😉

17/07/2026: Charged €6.90 for a simple cold matcha when it's listed at €4.50 hot... Update to answer your question: How is a classic matcha (it wasn't the one with raspberry, just plain matcha, just matcha with milk) a signature drink? Read your menu again; it's not listed.

09/07/2026: Very good, generous salad, delicious chocolate mousse, welcoming and professional staff, clean shop, I recommend it.

24/08/2026: I bought fruit juice on August 18, 2026, and realized a few days later that the expiration date was July 15, 2026... Luckily, I can tolerate eating some expired products, but it's outrageous to sell this as a regular product alongside everything else...

06/07/2026: Always my little moment of comfort before my meetings in the building! The coffees are good, and the raspberry-mint iced tea is too. The milk and dark chocolate truffles are delicious. But what I love most here is definitely the service. The baristas are ALWAYS so kind, always friendly, always attentive, and quick. It's truly a pleasure. I hope they're treated with the respect they deserve! The young guy who seemed to be just starting out was also super energetic and kind. :) The little chocolate that always comes with our drink is always a lovely touch (but don't forget it in your bag during a heatwave! 😩).

23/05/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. I'd wanted to try Coffea for a while, and I came in one morning to do some shopping and explore the products. Unfortunately, the reception from the three saleswomen completely put me off. They were deep in a personal conversation, which seemed so engaging that they completely forgot about the only customer in the store: me. I waited, looked at the products, and hoped for at least some assistance or advice, but nothing. What's most surprising is that they waited until I was leaving the store to ask if I needed any information or assistance. This kind of welcome and attitude make me absolutely not want to return or explore your brand further. Thank you nonetheless for this experience; at least it will give me something to talk about with others.

27/07/2026: Well, I've seen it all! Not even a "hello," and they were in a hurry to serve us, even though there were more sales assistants than customers. The food was so-so, not very fresh, and not particularly appetizing. The croque monsieur was served cold inside. But the worst part was the owner and the sales assistants: no smiles, no enthusiasm, and what's with those outfits? Tight shorts for everyone, no safety shoes (which are mandatory because every employee goes into the kitchen), and no hairnets. I watched them all touching their hair, biting their nails... and not washing their hands! Not to mention, they were sitting on the floor filling refrigerators with their hands on the floor. I'm in the food industry, and believe me, if hygiene isn't an issue, there's a serious problem. I was just passing through, but seriously, don't go there. It's shameful.

17/07/2026: 😬 Rather disappointing experience at Brioche Dorée. The products lack flavor and have a very mass-produced feel. The selection is varied, but the quality doesn't really justify the price. Convenient for a quick meal, but nothing more.

13/08/2026: Frozen products. The food would be nice with fresh ingredients. The menu is simple and doesn't live up to the standards of other restaurants in the area. The value for money is far from ideal. I don't recommend it.

17/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! We were staying at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The food is incredibly fresh, which is evident in every dish. The menu is intentionally small—3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts—which is very reassuring, as it guarantees high-quality, expertly prepared ingredients. The wonderful welcome also makes all the difference: the staff is warm and attentive. Finally, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality. A truly excellent place that I highly recommend!

But this time, the small ones became tiny, and 8 out of 10 pizzas weren't even what I ordered. I paid for the extras, but they weren't there. Next time, I'll go somewhere else.

22/07/2026: Mushrooms on pizza, seriously? Is that supposed to be a queen? It's the first time I've been served that there, and their pizzas are usually very good. Not to mention the completely soggy and undercooked crust. Someone with proper training would surely have done better; it's obvious this person has no qualifications to make pizzas. After I called to complain, the person simply told me, "I was shown how to do it, so I do it this way." Perhaps this person should have worn glasses that day.
