An explosion of flavor in every dish, especially the prawn risotto.
A wonderful culinary experience.
We will be back.

A fantastic place. The service was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive.
The dishes were rich, delicious, and generous. We loved it. Everything was excellent.

15/05/2026: In my top 3 favorite cafes in Rennes, and not just third! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the savory food is fantastic, and the pastries are to die for. And the COFFEE! A superb roaster from Nantes, perfectly extracted, and very reasonable prices. It's no secret that Albertine has been there for so many years :) I've been going for 6 years and I've never been disappointed.
