07/02/2026: It's such a shame more people don't eat there. I went for lunch today and had the set lunch menu. It was delicious, peaceful, and perfect for a lunch break. I highly recommend it. And I had the fish biryani, which was excellent, especially considering I'm not usually a big fan of fish.

11/04/2026: Fantastic experience! We came at lunchtime, which made the restaurant quieter. But it seems to fill up much faster in the evening. The dining room is small, but the atmosphere is friendly. The service is warm and attentive! We ordered a starter and a main course to share because the portions seemed quite generous. The dishes were delicious and very flavorful! I highly recommend it.

10/04/2026: Exquisite cuisine and the best naans I've ever had. I ordered the masala mix; the sauce and spices were delicious. I would have just liked the lamb cooked a little longer, but that didn't detract from the dish's overall succulence. I highly recommend Madras.

26/02/2026: We just arrived 30 minutes ago with our two-year-old daughter. The owner was incredibly unpleasant because the little one wouldn't stay still, there was no high chair, and he was huffing and puffing. So we decided to leave but ordered a flatbread to go. The naan was full of onions, and there were little crunchy grains, like small pebbles. I'm almost 100% sure my cheese naan fell on the floor. Impossible to eat, disgusting! Three stars! It felt like eating pebbles. Yuck!

30/04/2026: It pains me to give them such a low rating because they did everything they could to be pleasant. They're clearly struggling and are trying their best with the service. But the food simply wasn't up to par. I was very upset by the raw chicken pieces. And the absolute worst part was the pink semolina cake, which tasted like it had been frozen! Had it been thawed and then refrozen? Is there a problem with bacterial growth? I don't know, but I spat it out as soon as I took the first bite! Honestly, this last point is a major issue, and these small cost-cutting measures can be very costly in terms of reputation.

28/04/2026: The staff is incredibly attentive and caring. I highly recommend the all-you-can-eat menu, which offers a wide variety of dishes. We went during the week: even though the buffet wasn't self-service, we received table service with all the buffet items, and we were able to ask for seconds of anything we wanted. An excellent experience!

18/04/2026: We ordered takeout. We were told it would take 20 minutes, and that was accurate, which allowed us to double-park and quickly pick up our order without causing too much of a problem. This is the second Indian restaurant in Vence that we've tried, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The portions are generous and the dishes are expertly prepared. We'll definitely be back!
