07/02/2026: It's such a shame more people don't eat there. I went for lunch today and had the set lunch menu. It was delicious, peaceful, and perfect for a lunch break. I highly recommend it. And I had the fish biryani, which was excellent, especially considering I'm not usually a big fan of fish.

29/05/2026: One of the worst dining experiences I have had. From the moment we arrived, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive, making us feel completely unwelcome. Customer service was practically non-existent, and any concerns we raised were ignored. The restaurant itself was not well maintained and appeared dirty, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. To make matters worse, the food quality was disappointing, lacking both freshness and flavor. The service was painfully slow, and the overall experience felt highly unprofessional. Considering the prices charged, the value for money was terrible. A restaurant should make customers feel respected and comfortable, but unfortunately Ratn failed on every front. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will certainly never return. The owner is VERY VERY RUDE SO DO NOT GO FOR SURE

25/05/2026: The Art of Remembering Why You Don't Go Back I used to go there regularly until two years ago, and I had fond memories of it. That's precisely what makes the disappointment all the more bitter. Today, Bouillon Pigalle feels like a masochistic experience: you suffer, you wait, and you leave wondering why you even bothered. The waitress who "greeted" us seemed to be doing us a huge favor by condescending to take our order. A sidelong glance, a disdainful tone, a blank smile—you'd think you were intruding on her privacy. In a place that prides itself on being popular and accessible, this level of arrogance is truly astounding. The service, meanwhile, has reached new heights of inertia. Between ordering and receiving our food, we could have read War and Peace—and debated it. As for the food… it has clearly lost its luster. The dishes lacked soul, as if the recipe had been photocopied too many times (and lost its essence). In short, Bouillon Pigalle is living off its past reputation. It's a shame, because the fall is all the more dramatic.
