27/06/2024: By far and very easily, the tastiest Indo-Pak cuisine I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten in some brilliant curry houses. I honestly wasn’t expecting to say this about a curry house in Paris...my wife and I had ordered a chicken jalfrezi, lamb rogan josh, palak aloo along with some tandoori roti and garlic naans. Each dish was prepared to absolute perfection. The chutneys were spiced just right. A mint chutney with I believe, a touch of raw mango and separately, a plum sauce (I think!) When I say the blend of spices were spot on, they were spot on!! I don’t hand compliments outs easily. If you’re looking for some curry in Paris, you have to visit here, I know I will again. After we had eaten, I asked about the teas on offer, to which they replied with a well balanced karrack chai, made fresh and not overly strong, slight hint of fennel and on the house! We followed the food and drank tea, with a lovely conversation about our shared experiences as first generation Muslims living outside of Pakistan, us from the UK and the manager from Paris. All in all, this felt like a home away from home, really topping our night off! Thank you so much!

31/08/2024: What a delight! All dishes are succulent, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Perfumes and spices that take you on a journey! The service is very professional. We have tried many Indian restaurants, and this one is the best.

06/09/2024: Ordered the “suggestion 2” from their express menu. It said Palak Paneer and the dish had no paneer. The owner said “it was a mistake in the menu”. My friend had ordered mutter paneer but it came with some cheese clumps that was confirmed by the owner when I asked him about it. The price point is low because theyre serving low quality and unauthentic food. If you do end up going there, ask the owner why he hasn't stricken the palak paneer from the express combo, since he promised he would.

06/09/2024: I came here to eat some yummy indian food but couldn’t because how can Bangladeshis make “AUTHENTIC INDIAN” food ? THE OWNER WAS IGNORANT AND THE WAITER DIDN’T KNOW ENGLISH OR HINDI !!! Which is pretty inconvenient for tourists or students. They also said that the paneer is made out of some white powder which is god knows WHAT ????

07/09/2024: 3 tables occupées, j'entre, je peux m'asseoir, si je ne veux pas déjeuner longtemps.. pas terrible comme accueil, enfin, je commande, un poulet sauce noix de cajou, on me propose du riz, j'accepte, une biere? il ne reste que la biere indienne, plus chère. Pas de Nan, le four est éteint. Bon, pour 15€50, j'espérais quand même un peu mieux: 3 (petits) pilons de poulet, une sauce orange, sans vrai goût, salée, et.. avec 3 cacahuetes se battant en duel.. pas une seule noix de cajou! Riz: fade,sans parfum. Vere de vin= OK... Quand j'ai signalé l'absence de noix de cajou de la sauce, la patronne a prétendu qu'elles étaient "cassées". Prend la cliente pour une andouille? Fuyez ce pseudo indien, il est aussi mauvais maintenant qu'il y a dix ans.. (j'avais espéré un changement!). Aussi: Je m'étonne de l'agressivité arrogante de la patronne, quand un commentaire ne lui convient pas (je viens de lire les commentaires sur internet google). Si les clients se donnent la peine d'écrire, c'est pour prévenir d'autres gens, et pour indiquer qu'il faut mieux faire. Pourquoi attaquer? Ca vous avance à quoi? Il y a au moins un tres bon indien à Angers, ouvert lui aussi depuis longtemps, vers le Jardin du Mail.
