19/10/2026: Paul was incredibly professional and welcoming when I took my order over the phone—the kind of exceptional customer service you'd expect from a top-notch restaurateur. I couldn't wait for the food to arrive because I knew it would live up to his friendly manner, and it was absolutely delicious. It had been a long time since I'd had such a good cheese naan. Honestly, I highly recommend it!

01/10/2026: This restaurant offers simply exceptional cuisine. I've never found butter chicken of such high quality anywhere else. The tandoori chicken is prepared with a masterful blend of flavors. Furthermore, the naan is always perfectly cooked and delicious. I highly recommend this place to all lovers of Indian cuisine.

19/09/2026: Everything was good overall, but unfortunately the dish was cold. The portion size was also a bit disappointing considering the price. It's a shame, because with the dish served piping hot and more generous portions, the experience would have been much better.

15/07/2026: A very bad experience. I wanted to try this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. Over 30 minutes waited for the appetizers, then over an hour for the main courses, which were served one at a time. The waiter forgot the naan I ordered as an extra and didn't even clear the appetizer plates. The service was disorganized and far too slow. An experience I do not recommend. If you can get away, get away!

09/09/2026: Purchase of a defective product and refusal to exchange it. A regular customer is now completely lost. Zero customer service skills. Absolutely avoid.

10/08/2026: So I bought two packs of cigarettes and wanted a glass of water, but they refused. Then a customer asked for a glass of water and gave it to me. Bistros aren't what they used to be. I'm not sure refusing drinking water is legal 🥺🥺🥺 It's really shocking.

03/05/2026: From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and professional welcome, with truly impeccable service from start to finish. The staff were attentive, responsive, and always smiling. The dishes were delicious, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the respect for the authentic flavors of Indian cuisine. Special mention goes to the naans and the butter chicken, which were excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant and exotic, ideal for a truly enjoyable experience. This is an address I will treasure and return to without hesitation.

20/09/2026: The Paneer Butter Masala was very disappointing. The portion size was very small, and the taste was bland and unappealing. It contained capsicum, which I certainly did not expect in a Paneer Butter Masala. It seemed like excessive cream had been used, making the gravy overly rich and heavy. The paneer itself appeared to be of poor quality. I did not like it at all and would never order from this restaurant again. That is why I am giving it 1 star.

09/09/2026: I used to love Le Mahal, and my go-to dishes were palak paneer and chicken karahi. Sadly, as of late the quality has gone down, and most recently the palak paneer was extremely oily, even more so than usual. For the first time I couldn't finish my meal. Here's to hoping they make a comeback.

08/10/2026: ⭐ Very bad experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, I informed the staff that I had found a hair in my food. Instead of taking my comment seriously and handling the situation professionally, the manager spoke to me very rudely. I found his attitude particularly disrespectful and completely unacceptable in the face of a hygiene complaint. Finding a hair in your food is already very unpleasant, but the way my comment was received made the experience even worse. Given this incident and the way the situation was handled, I believe a hygiene inspection would be entirely justified. I do not recommend this establishment and I will not be returning.
