15/07/2026: Needs work. Bathroom tap water is always scolding hot. The ac is weak as main entry doors are left open. In general it is not well organised and clean.

11/07/2026: Avoid this place! Disruptive individuals occupy the tables and chairs outside, even though they aren't customers. The staff don't seem bothered, but it inconveniences the other patrons. Keep walking.

10/07/2026: The saleswoman, wearing a cap (Sasha), had a rather unpleasant tone. It was as if she were being bothered, even though her job was simply to serve customers. I ordered snacks worth almost €30. She responded curtly, pointing out there was a mistake in the order. She didn't offer me a bag, even though I had many items. When I asked for one, she gave me the smallest size. Unable to fit everything in it, I asked if there was a larger one. The answer: no. Logically, she would suggest a second one, but instead, she moved on to something else… so I asked for a second one, which she gave me with disdain. I've shopped at Marie Blachère stores all over France, but this one is unacceptable. Update: I was then taken care of by Malena, who significantly improved the level of service.

29/06/2026: I saw plenty of negative comments about this place, but wanted to go for a DJ. As expected, security did not allow our banana bags which is to protect our mobile phones…Parisiannes know that pickpocketing is famous here. So whole night we spent checking our phones. As told by security, we thought only a small handbag was allowed. However, when entered, we saw plenty of people were w large bags!!!! Égalité? Zéro! Going there again? Definitely no One star is for the free water they provided at the entry.

09/07/2026: The staff were very unpleasant, except for the young man at the till. We asked for the remaining sandwich to take away, and the woman made no effort to change the order; she even sighed.

09/07/2026: Pathetic! We arrived at 2 PM, and the employees were cleaning while the wait for orders dragged on... everything was put away, and no one was taking care of the customers! At 2:10 PM, the staff finally started taking orders again! When is it normal to stop taking orders and serving customers to clean, right in the middle of service??? It's unheard of!! Many customers turned around and left because they were fed up with waiting for the cleaning to finish before being served!!!
