12/09/2026: Very disappointed. I arrived at 7:24 PM, even though the restaurant closes at 8:00 PM, and was refused service, told they were no longer serving customers. I find this completely unacceptable: if the establishment closes at 8:00 PM, it's only fair to be able to be served at least until a reasonable hour before closing time. A very disappointing experience.

01/09/2026: I arrived at 1:30 PM today, and I'll recount my exchange with this extremely unpleasant man: Upon arrival, we noticed on the display board that they were out of savory waffles. I approached the counter and politely said hello. I then asked him if there was a problem, given that the waffles were sold out. His response was a look away from what he was doing (without even saying hello): "No, there's no problem." Surprised, I said, "Already sold out of everything at 1:30 PM?" His response: "Well, yes, it must be good." With memorable arrogance and disdain. I think I've rarely experienced such disrespect in a restaurant setting. Perhaps you should consider a different line of work, sir? This one apparently isn't for you. We obviously left without ordering anything and won't be returning.

14/09/2026: The meal was excellent, with fresh ingredients and a fantastic gourmet coffee; I highly recommend this brasserie. The staff, especially the women, were always smiling and cheerful.

20/06/2026: I don't usually write Google reviews, however, I couldn't help but notice that the working conditions imposed on the saleswomen are deplorable during this heatwave. Between the saleswoman who could be heard vomiting, the two pathetic fans meant to serve as air conditioning, and the staff visibly affected by the heat… This is also evident in the products (pastries that are dry and lack butter). I find it disappointing to make people work in these conditions; the shop's opening hours should be adjusted to the weather conditions to better protect the health of the employees. All of this does not reflect the reputation this bakery enjoys.

16/06/2026: The products may be excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. The old lady at the till was really unpleasant.

15/09/2026: Not great. The meal was bland and rather expensive.

13/09/2026: Warm welcome, friendly and efficient waiter. Simple and good French bistro-style cuisine (deviled eggs, andouillette sausage, mussels and fries, tarte tatin...) at a reasonable price. I recommend it.

12/02/2026: The establishment is closed 😭 Thank you so much for your delicious meals that I enjoyed for years! We will miss you.

09/04/2026: A very pleasant surprise at this restaurant. The menu has a small selection of dishes, but everything is homemade and absolutely delicious! Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. Definitely worth a try!

01/08/2026: The waitress was incredibly cold. Barely a hello and no goodbye. The atmosphere made me want to leave as quickly as possible. And to top it off, I was sick all evening. Avoid at all costs.

09/05/2026: Overcooked, tasteless pasta – “yes, but some customers don’t like salt,” except this was just bland, the kind of pasta you’d find at 6 a.m. after a night out, forgotten in water. The waffle was drier than the waitress, and the St. Moret cheese and smoked salmon were the kind you can get at Franprix. Typical Monday night meal after work, too lazy to do anything more. For €18 a dish, keep walking. A quick McDonald’s will always be better, and at least you won’t be eating between your swimsuits and shoes.

30/08/2026: I've been going to this pizzeria for a few years now. The pizzas are good, the service is good (very few mistakes). The wait time varies depending on the time of day. It's well located. They regularly have new items on the menu.

24/08/2026: The woman at the counter is unfriendly.

12/08/2026: The waitress was very friendly, a Caesar salad of average quality for 15 euros.

12/08/2026: I had an inedible burger today, way too salty.

24/08/2026: Order placed at 7:35 PM by phone. They have all my information because I order regularly. I never saw my pizza. No explanation was given over the phone despite my multiple calls. They offered me express delivery, which would take 30 minutes (I live 1.8 km away). Zero professionalism on the phone.

20/08/2026: So I ordered at 6 PM for delivery. The app told me I'd be delivered at 6:50 PM. I already thought the wait was very long, but oh well, it was 7 PM. The app said my order was delivered, but I still hadn't received it. I called, and they told me to wait 10 minutes. Ten minutes later, my order still wasn't there. Then I called again, and they told me it was on its way. And sure enough, my order arrived at 7:35 PM. When I opened my pizza boxes, I found they were cold and practically inedible. Half were burnt, so overcooked, and the rest were either damaged or looked unappetizing. It's already quite expensive, and I'd like to get my money's worth. I'm very disappointed. It's not the first time I've eaten at Domino's Pizza, but it's the first time I've eaten at the Tours Grammont location. I do not recommend this restaurant; avoid it at all costs. I had one of my worst experiences. If you can eat somewhere else, go somewhere else, honestly. And the worst part is that they didn't even offer me compensation or anything. Which, in these circumstances, would have been perfectly reasonable.

27/08/2026: A slim, blonde waitress with glasses was extremely unpleasant twice on the same day, August 27, 2026 😒 (3 pm and 6 pm). She didn't even greet me and made a cold reprimand because she was the only one working… I still recommend the establishment for its ambiance, as there's a similar restaurant in Orléans, where I've had a pleasant experience on two separate occasions.

26/08/2026: While waiting for a friend to leave from the bus station, we went for a drink. We sat on the terrace and received impeccable service. We were served by a very pleasant young woman with a charming accent, perhaps Brazilian... she'll know who she is. The rest of the team was absolutely fantastic. The fries that came with it were amazing! Bravo! 👍

14/09/2026: What a disaster this store is! Between the restaurant closing whenever it wants, and the unfriendly staff at the snack bar... I only go there because I have to, but what a disgrace! They're tarnishing the store's reputation.

13/09/2026: Don't change a thing, you're exceptional! I wanted to buy a product, but no luck, it wasn't available in store. Good news: an extra €15 for in-store pickup. When you buy a €1000 piece of furniture, it's not the extra cost, it's just the customer service that's being trampled on.
