12/12/2025: I've lived in Carcassonne for two years now, and I so regret not having discovered this restaurant sooner! The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the smiling servers, and the excellent, generous portions (the pizza dough is simply amazing!) will have us coming back very, very soon!

08/04/2026: A tiny Italian restaurant on a charming little square. Everything is homemade with fresh ingredients. The menu is small, but every dish is excellent. The chef is the sole chef, working both in the kitchen and the dining room. He warned us that the service would be a bit slow, but it was well worth the wait—everything was delicious. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it!

08/08/2025: I normally like the crust crisper. BUT I loves how thin it was. The flavors were great. The man was working alone, help was on vacation. I felt bad for the man. Answering phones, cooking fixing pizzas, doing payments. One his own.

07/04/2026: I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I've never eaten such bad pasta carbonara. The tagliatelle was swimming in cream, with undercooked bacon and an egg yolk with no seasoning or binding agent. Instead of cheese, there were three pieces of Parmesan. It was rather sickening.

28/02/2026: Highly recommended. We went as a group looking for a nice place to have dinner in Narbonne, and it truly exceeded our expectations. I tried one of the restaurant's suggestions: breaded chicken fillet with cheese and mushroom sauce, and it was delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the creamy sauce had a spectacular flavor. Definitely a great choice. My companions ordered pizzas and pasta dishes, and we all agreed: tasty food, well-prepared, and generous portions. It's clear they pay attention to both quality and presentation. In addition, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the service was attentive and very friendly, which always enhances the experience.

10/12/2025: It was hard to find because I wasn't expecting it. The service was excellent, although the language barrier makes a difference. He made a real effort to understand us in Spanish. The pizzas were delicious, and the prices are good. You can see him making the pizza the whole time; you can tell he enjoys his work. I definitely recommend him 100%. Thank you!

16/03/2026: Incredibly well located, near the city walls. It's clear it's been recently renovated. Everything is very well maintained, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. Free parking is included with the overnight stay.
