Always smiling, helpful, and attentive, he knows perfectly how to adapt to his customers' requests and requirements. The pizzas are generous, perfectly cooked, with expertly prepared dough and, above all, quality ingredients, including beautiful local produce. César is in high demand, and when you taste his pizzas, you quickly understand why! Despite the busy schedule, he always maintains his good humor and a commitment to satisfying every customer. A true pizzaiolo, just the way we like them: experience, expertise, quality, and a friendly atmosphere. A place I recommend without hesitation!

21/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome and ordered four pizzas, which were delicious. However, we were bothered throughout the meal by cigarette smoke from the people sitting at the next table. Despite our attempts to explain that it was bothering us (I have asthma), they continued unabated, lighting cigarette after cigarette throughout the evening, with the smoke blowing directly in our direction. It was unbearable, especially since the canvas roof provided no ventilation. By the end of the meal, I had to put on my mask because the smoke was so thick I couldn't breathe. This is how a lack of respect and courtesy can ruin a meal. We will not be returning.

21/08/2026: Everything was delicious! The decor is fantastic, the servers are very welcoming and attentive, and the service is quick and efficient. Everything was perfect for a wonderful experience. A truly great find; we'll definitely make the trip from Narbonne again!

01/08/2026: Delicious (vegan friendly) pizza! We ordered the vegetariana without cheese, and it was one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. The dough / crust was very good, the marinara flavour and the veggies fresh and added a lot of flavour

14/08/2026: After seeing the response—which only made things worse—they didn't explain anything they said. There was little enthusiasm; we were with children and they didn't even try. I hope the next family I go there has a better experience. They seemed reluctant to serve us. There were four of us, and one table was empty while another was almost finished... poor attitude!

13/08/2026: A very nice restaurant with charm. The staff are very friendly! However, the pizza was so overpowering! I couldn't finish it. The cheese was piled on way too much! Clearly just plain Gruyère. I'm a pizza fan, but this left me wanting more... I won't be going back to this pizzeria.

18/08/2026: It all started so well with excellent pizzas, kudos to the pizza chef! Our grandchildren were delighted! But then, after a 30-minute wait for three scoops of ice cream and one coffee, an overworked chef, an overwhelmed waitress, and another behind the counter sighing with every order... we decided to leave and cancel the ice cream and coffee! When we paid, the chef didn't even apologize! Not knowing how to say no to late customers, prioritizing quantity over quality... I miss the previous owner! The restaurant business is a profession!

15/05/2026: We ordered via Uber Eats last Sunday, and the pizzas we received (a Reine, a Margherita, and a sort of flamkueche) looked nothing like the pizzas pictured in the other reviews. They tasted like bad frozen pizza. The crust was very thin and seemed undercooked/unrisen. The toppings were skimpy. Surprising and disappointing considering the other glowing reviews.

08/04/2026: The calzone is amazing! One of the best I've ever had, it's definitely in my top 3. It's generously filled, and I love the pastry. If I have the chance to go back when they're open, I'll stop by immediately for another one. The service is very friendly and welcoming 😁 It's a shame I live so far away (Nantes)! 😉

15/08/2026: There's still a great little restaurant where you can eat well, the pizza is top-notch! Thin crust, thank you! There's a real chef in the kitchen, and smiles are guaranteed despite the sweltering heat. The air conditioning in the dining room is a bonus, the staff is very attentive, and the prices are more than reasonable. In short, make a detour to La Belle Volta. It's a shame I didn't have time to try the pasta carbonara; everything looked delicious, and the homemade desserts were fantastic. A successful Saturday night.
