05/12/2025: Your restaurant is good. It's a shame the website says it's open when it's almost never open except for a few days, and even then it's rare. They just need to change the area where it says it's open. On the internet, they should say it's closed.

15/11/2025: From the very first minute, we felt incredibly comfortable here. The staff is unbelievably friendly, attentive, and efficient. You truly feel welcome and valued as a guest. But most importantly: the food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed a variety of Italian specialties, and everything—from the appetizers to the pizza and pasta—was freshly prepared and of outstanding quality. A true Italian culinary delight that leaves you wanting more. In short: "Il Giardino" is the perfect combination of authentically good food and wonderfully friendly service. If you're in Lège-Cap-Ferret and craving Italian cuisine, you absolutely must eat here! Highly recommended and a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars! 🇮🇹💖

27/08/2024: Good and well prepared food. Clean and nice restaurant. Near the hotel where we stayed. It was our salvation, there are more buffet restaurants around but they are not as nice.

26/08/2024: I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. Although our server was very pleasant and very polite. We ordered a rare hamburger steak for our grandson. This one arrived perfectly cooked, the waitress ordered another, but unfortunately the second one was not much better. Then, I had to go around to ask for bread, ask for cheese for my risotto.... However, the restaurant was not full at all, and we had the impression that they were under the tide. When I went to pay, the boss asked me if things had gone well, I told him about our misadventures, and that's it, no action on his part. It is certain that I will not come back again.

29/08/2024: Where to start: The waiter who takes us to Australia with his fascinating stories without having to pack our bags? Succulent food worthy of a true Italian gourmet? The ideal terrace for sipping a homemade cocktail with flavors as captivating as the waves of the Canary Islands? You will have understood, for me, my wife and my 5 daughters this restaurant is a must in Lacanau Océan (if I listened to myself it would even be a must in the Bordeaux region but those close to me would tell me that I am exaggerating...). In short, don't wait any longer, go for it, but remember to stop so you don't end up in the oven, you may be a queen but still. ;) Have a good taste experience everyone

09/09/2024: One of the best Margherita pizzas I have ever eaten. We also ordered the Milanese and it was very delicious. Beautiful views and very fast service. Super good price!!

08/09/2024: The warm and friendly atmosphere made this evening particularly pleasant. The pasta I tasted was simply delicious, and I can't ignore the Nutella and banana pizza, which was truly a delight for the taste buds. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Dylan, our server, whose impeccable service helped make our experience even more memorable. His kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and hope to come back very soon to enjoy these delicious dishes again.

12/09/2024: Having been a regular at this restaurant for over 10 years, I have noticed a collapse in quality and service. We were served by a waiter who had consumed certain substances which were clearly visible to all, forgotten orders and incoherent speech. My dish was garnished with hair from a waiter or cook, we asked for bread that was stale, the waiter replaced it with bread from the day before put in the oven. Finally, after complaining about all this, this same server offered us a 10% discount noted on the receipt but made me pay the full amount without the discount. Thanks to my partner who noticed it when leaving the restaurant, I went back and this same waiter continued to have an incoherent and unprofessional speech and he struggled to refund the money in cash. Finally, all of the restaurant's customers did not smile and all seemed doubtful and observing the waiters who were more than incompetent and having worked in the restaurant business, I can recognize people who were not in their normal states. This restaurant is an emblem of Bordeaux and deserves better than that, both in terms of food and service. A disappointed customer.

12/09/2024: I have been frequenting this restaurant for over 10 years and have unfortunately noticed a significant decline in quality and service. We encountered several problems: forgotten orders and difficult communication with a server. My dish had hair in it, and the bread we ordered was stale. When we asked for a replacement, the new bread appeared to have simply been reheated. After expressing my dissatisfaction, a 10% discount was offered, but it was not applied at checkout. Fortunately, my partner noticed this, and we were able to correct it after leaving the restaurant. The staff seemed unprofessional and unorganized, which clearly impacted the overall experience. It’s a shame, because this restaurant, which is an institution in Bordeaux, deserves better, both in terms of food and service. A disappointed customer.

02/09/2024: This is not pizza, the dough/base is wafer-thin and firm. It's more reminiscent of ready-made products... like tarte flambée or something similar. There is no margarita pizza, strange. But many freely invented creations. We were charged €1 for a second plate. Worst pizza ever
