24/06/2026: I was blown away by the warm welcome and impeccable service at "Bordeaux Parme" in Bordeaux. The atmosphere is pleasant and the setting is elegant. The value for money is more than reasonable. There's virtually no wait and the cleanliness is spotless.

26/07/2026: We went to this restaurant as a family this evening to celebrate a birthday. After waiting over an hour for someone to take our order, and then another hour before being served, we waited almost two hours before we could even start eating. We had ordered beef tartare. Leaving aside the taste of the food, there's a lot to say. We found a hair in one of our plates. In another, we had ordered a piece of beef, but the meat served was actually veal. When we pointed this out to the waitress, we were assured it was indeed beef. After checking, it turned out to be veal. The kitchen staff then had the nerve to reply in a very inappropriate tone: "If I tell you it's beef, it's beef." A completely disrespectful response to customers who had remained polite throughout. Sometimes you need to be able to question yourself, Madam. We never attacked you; we simply pointed out that we were served the wrong dish. So we decided to return the dish and leave it at that. When we simply remarked that the service was very slow, we were told, "Yes, but it's 35 degrees Celsius in the kitchen." Yet the restaurant was practically empty. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I can assure you that 35 degrees Celsius in a kitchen is perfectly normal. I would even go so far as to say it's rather bearable. You might think I'm exaggerating, but unfortunately, everything I'm saying is true. A little advice for the kitchen staff: accept criticism, especially when it's given politely. Criticism isn't always an attack; it can also lead to improvement. Finally, to top it all off, we had brought our own birthday cake. Despite the appalling service, we were still charged €3 per slice of cake. Unfortunately, we left extremely disappointed. It was, by far, the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in Bordeaux. I will never go back and I absolutely do not recommend it.

25/05/2026: I ordered a four-cheese pizza. It really wasn't good. One of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The cheese was rubbery and tasteless. We also ordered a charcuterie board. Two pieces of sausage were poorly cut, and the ham was completely uninteresting. It's a shame. Furthermore, we ordered takeout. The order took a very, very long time to arrive. The first delivery driver waited 20 minutes and then canceled the order (with Uber Eats).

18/05/2026: FOLLOW-UP TO YOUR RESPONSE: We are particularly shocked by your response, which attempts to portray regular customers as disrespectful and dishonest in order to divert attention from the real issue: we were ignored for nearly two hours. At no point did we request that customers be "kicked out," nor did we demand preferential treatment. We simply waited, politely followed up several times, and remained patient despite an already very unpleasant situation. What is regrettable is that instead of acknowledging an obvious problem, you are now choosing to invent shameful and completely false behaviors, such as this story about open taps. We have never done that, and this level of accusation is unbecoming of a restaurant manager. We would also like to point out that we were always respectful to your server with the very short hair, who was the only one to maintain a professional attitude throughout the evening. We even told him we knew perfectly well this situation wasn't his fault. Your response unfortunately reflects the experience we had that evening: no self-reflection, no tact, no consideration for loyal customers. Making customers wait can happen. Blaming them afterward to try and absolve yourself of responsibility is a completely different matter. First comment left: Avoid at all costs. As regular customers of the restaurant, we arrived as a group of eight and were told there would be a 30-minute wait. The result: two hours of waiting, repeatedly bothering the waiter, only to finally understand that we had simply been forgotten. The most shocking thing was the manager's attitude: no professionalism, no gesture of goodwill, and above all, an astounding arrogance when we asked him how he intended to make up for such a disrespectful wait. Perhaps he skipped his customer service and relations courses? Making customers wait can happen. Looking down on them after forgetting about them for 2 hours is a choice.

28/06/2026: A top-notch pizzeria... we've been going there for years, the pizzas are excellent, generous, and the crust is soft. Everything is perfect... But unfortunately, I just learned they've sold it; there will be a new owner. I hope they'll be up to the task 😉 because we're regulars... In the meantime, I wish this very nice couple a wonderful retirement and a good rest. 🙏 Thank you for these excellent pizzas.

18/07/2026: The staff were friendly and pleasant, but the pizza was really disappointing. For €12 and some change, it was covered in grease that dripped everywhere, making it inedible.

As for the food... two calzones, too many onions, the bottom crust undercooked, and in one pizza, the egg was completely raw. I pointed this out, and the cook replied that that's how they serve the pizza. I asked for a carafe of cold water, and I'm still waiting. When it came time to pay, they asked if everything was alright. I said not really, then explained why, and they replied, "Well, it's not a problem since we put the pizza back in the oven, everything's fine..." It was a bit cheeky and flippant. Up until then, we had always been happy with the place, but we left disappointed 😞 and we live in La Réole. What a shame.

11/08/2026: Hello, I've been a customer for several years now, but today I'm really disappointed. The pastry is too thick and the filling is almost nonexistent. It's a real shame; things have changed a lot, and not for the better.

31/07/2026: Cheap, and it's easy to see why: it's the worst pizza I've ever tasted. The dough is awful, the ridiculously oversized, cheap toppings don't even salvage the situation, and they don't even adhere to a proper pizza recipe. This is a "Queen" pizza: watery tomato sauce, whole slices of ham, grated cheese that isn't mozzarella, and three olives for show. In short, you wouldn't even serve this in a hospital cafeteria.
