We loved the Manek pizza. What can I say? A thin crust topped with quality local ingredients, especially the cheese. I'm at a loss for words to describe the experience. As you can see, I switched from French to Spanish without even realizing it. In short: fantastic! I highly recommend it.
24/09/2026: Passing through the area, we stopped for dinner on Wednesday evening!
The welcome was warm and the pizzas were good. The setting is cool, with the pedestrian street right in front.
The owners are very friendly and attentive, simple and efficient. As a bonus, we even left with a small souvenir from the restaurant.

15/09/2026: The setting is beautiful, which is why we chose this restaurant, but I was very disappointed by the food. I found my parillada dish tasteless. In short, a little disappointed.
15/09/2026: Two of us went for dinner last night. The sharing platters were very good (the mussels were delicious and the grilled baby squid was excellent). And the Mona Lisa pizza was really good.
What we didn't like was the waitress's service: she was unfriendly, rude, and seemed angry at the world. Another table next to us said the same thing. The rest of the staff who served us, however, were fantastic.
It's a shame that bad service marred what was otherwise a very good meal.

19/09/2026: Long wait after the starter, mussels in cream and cheese sauce served without a plate for the shells or a finger bowl. It's a small restaurant, but there should be a minimum standard. Fish and chips were decent, but the gnocchi were hard and tasteless. I would have told you if, when I paid, they had asked me if I was satisfied. But there you have it!
20/08/2026: Passing through the region on vacation, we discovered this restaurant and we weren't disappointed! 😊 A very warm welcome, pleasant and friendly staff. An excellent meal, with generous portions just the way we like them. Everything was truly delicious and plentiful!
A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend. 👍 We will gladly return on our next vacation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The terrace, although it borders the road, is pleasant and well-concealed by its potted olive trees.
06/09/2026: We waited an hour and a half for our pizzas, then the owner reacted inappropriately, yelling at his waitress in front of us and not even offering us a discount! Zero management skills and zero customer service. Our evening was ruined! It's a shame, we used to like this pizzeria.

04/10/2026: What can I say? The food is deplorable and the staff are unpleasant! Pre-cooked prawns reheated with a little dried parsley were served under the name "gambas." A disgrace! And don't even get me started on the Portuguese-style cod, which was tasteless and, to top it off, of very low quality. Everything is expensive, the quality is mediocre, and it's poorly cooked. A very bad experience; I absolutely do not recommend it.

24/09/2026: A lovely pizzeria just steps from Pau Castle, in a pedestrian zone. Attentive and quick service. You can eat inside or on the terrace. Good value for money. I recommend it.
20/09/2026: The timing of each course was good. I don't speak much French and I was with my family, but there were no problems. One guy approached us in English and the other spoke Spanish, so the time was very pleasant. I'll be back. Italian food in France! 😂
