29/10/2024: Des sushis vraiment délicieux et savoureux (plus que dans des restaurants japonais habituels). Accueil très sympathique, même si service un petit peu long.
03/09/2024: Nothing to say after all the times we go there, the people who work there are very helpful, smiling and welcoming. The kitchen is always fresh and they know how to adapt according to the customer's request.
The restaurant is always clean!
I highly recommend: all their dishes 😂😍❤️

24/09/2024: Passing through Nice for our family trip, we had a great time as a family in this Japanese restaurant. We were all pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes (Katsudon in particular). Each flavor was authentic and perfectly mastered, a real treat for the taste buds! Even my Japanese in-laws, who are used to traditional Japanese food, were impressed. It's rare to find such quality outside of Japan, and even more so in France.
If we pass through Nice again, we will come back without hesitation!
Congratulations to the chef for this successful culinary journey.

OMG, cold ramen!!!
A logical (and yeah, that's what you should order at 40° - duh) and gustatory (absolute delight) revelation.
Since then, I've only had one idea in mind: to go back and order several portions, just for me.

Homemade ramen, delicate broth, beautiful Japanese dishes. Simplicity but also a warm and smiling welcome. There's a bit of a wait, it's true, but I really liked this place. Staff attentive to food allergies.

Everything being prepared to order, you of course have to wait.... but isn't that better than having something reheated in the microwave like in many of the bloated menus? Here, everything is prepared with meticulousness and care by the chef with whom you can even exchange a few words. Thanks to Amine for his enlightened service and wise advice

20/09/2024: Food is of very high quality, lovingly prepared, aesthetically pleasing with enough fusion (samosa in a Japanese restaurant!) to keep it interesting. The aubergine may be the best ever. The proprietoress came out of the kitchen and engaged in a fun discussion with us. A gem in Nice.
12/09/2024: Been here a couple of times and loved every single dish. The service is friendly, well informed and passionate. The food is great and the sake selection matches the quality of everything.
Highly recommend heading to maido.

12/09/2024: Reading the positive reviews I thought the sushi was good, unfortunately it was the worst sushi I have ever tasted. The rice was overcooked, as if it had been reheated several times, it was also sweet, I have never tasted sushi like this.
The fish was not fresh and the fish eggs were sour.
The service is nice and welcoming, but I don't recommend it.
Very high prices given the low quality.

The sushi is generous and fresh, interactions over the phone or through delivery always go well. It’s one of the best sushi in Nice ❤️

Food is okay but please don’t forget: “It’s a restaurant not a bar or a cafe…”😉

11/05/2024: We have been coming as a family for many years!! And we have always been very well received. The kindness of the staff, never seen elsewhere! They take great care! Besides, I no longer eat sushi anywhere else because theirs are PERFECT!! You can go there with your eyes closed! Their miso soup, ditto, I have never had it so excellent anywhere else!
