29/01/2026: Very pleasant, bright, and with a lovely view of the Seine. Perhaps it would be nice to enhance the flavors of the various dishes... or sauces... The staff is extremely kind. The chef's "show," his attention to cooking each course individually, his efficiency, and his humor make the whole experience very enjoyable. See you very soon.

14/01/2026: The sashimi was incredibly fresh, and the homemade California roll was truly unique—probably the best in all of Paris. The gyozas were delicious, and the ramen was excellent, with wonderfully chewy noodles and a perfectly balanced broth. The service was also very friendly and attentive. 😋 I loved this restaurant and will definitely be back!

07/12/2025: My first experience at Matsuya was rather mixed. But I went back once, twice, ten times, and in the end, it's truly excellent sushi. The creative rolls are really very good, and the more classic dishes are just as good. It's become my go-to sushi place; I go at least once a month.

12/02/2026: I had a wonderful time at Sushi Pasha. Sonya and Sathi's kindness, warmth, and respect were truly memorable during my stay in Paris. They made our visit so welcoming and created a special experience. As for the food, I tasted the best chicken spring rolls ever, and the sushi and sashimi were fresh and bursting with flavor. 12/02/2026: We had an absolutely exceptional time at Sushi Pacha! We hadn't planned to go at all, but chance led us there... and what a wonderful surprise! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with rare warmth and kindness. Sonya is simply incredible: smiling, attentive, and highly professional, she immediately puts you at ease and greatly contributes to making the experience unique. Sathi is just as remarkable: helpful, very kind, and always with a huge smile. You can feel a genuine passion and a real attention to detail. As for the quality of the food... a true delight! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care and refinement. We even met some customers who had driven 40 minutes specifically to come here. They told us it was the best restaurant in Paris—and after this experience, we couldn't agree more! A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely come back.

18/02/2026: A visit for Valentine's Day. This restaurant is simply a must if you're looking for Japanese food. The food is good, and the service is equally excellent. Be sure to make a reservation; the restaurant fills up very quickly, and for good reason. I opted for the royal sushi platter, and let me tell you, I wasn't disappointed. Fourteen different types of sushi and an absolutely delicious amuse-bouche. The fish-to-rice ratio is perfect, thanks to the expertise of the chef who came directly from Japan. In short, this restaurant isn't very big, but it deserves to be better known and appreciated!

15/02/2026: It was a pleasant surprise to walk into this little Japanese restaurant, which was still open at 3:30 pm. The sushi is simply excellent, and you can tell it's made with fresh ingredients! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful meal; everything was perfect, and the place has a very intimate atmosphere when it's not too busy! Order the house cocktail—you won't be disappointed!

08/02/2026: The best Teppanyaki in Paris, perfect service with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, using fresh French products, except for the foie gras which is defrosted, but that's normal to be able to offer it year-round. The chef is so warm and welcoming that you'll have a perfect experience.
