03/05/2024: Before ending our vacation in the hamlets of the Cascades, we wanted to have our meal at the Cascades pizzeria. You are welcomed in a beautiful restaurant room adjoining the bar. The room is clean and quiet considering the number of tables served. We had a dozen snails as a starter followed by aflamenkuch, a Nordic pizza and a small salad of pan-fried chicken liver. As an accompaniment, coke, limo, apple juice and a Jura white beer (brewed at ROUSSES) For dessert, 2 ☕️ Liège and a cup of 3 sorbet and pine green followed by a coffee. We enjoyed ourselves for 2 hours without seeing the time tick by. A mention to the chef for the chicken liver salad. The service was impeccable from start to finish despite a certain crowd at the bar and in the dining room. The sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained. The parking lot in front of the establishment does the job... be careful when crossing, the vehicles drive too fast. Access is complicated for PMR unless I missed something. This is a beautiful evening, in a place that deserves to be spent there. I highly recommend this bar/restaurant

26/03/2024: Nice golf club. The track was not in good condition due to the heavy rain in recent months. Nevertheless, a beautiful and difficult job. Hotel was ok, simple but tasty breakfast. Reception was fine

04/04/2024: I have just had lunch with a group from a senior citizens club. Menu paid 41€: Homemade aperitif with appetizers. No entry. Frogs menu 2 passages. That is approximately 15 to 20 pieces per person. I asked if I could have more, I was told that it was 2 passages no more). Frogs accompanied by a small vegetable flan. Cheese, dessert and coffee. In short, I didn't leave hungry but I find it a bit expensive to eat frogs which are also too grilled. They won't see me again

04/04/2024: We have just spent 3 nights half board at this hotel. A superb experience to repeat. The rooms are spotless and the staff is attentive. All the meals we had for lunch and dinner were elaborate and refined. Congratulations to this small team who are giving their all!

01/04/2024: Charming stay. Professional and warm welcome. Magnificent rooms, map and menus to make you lose your mind. Fine, generous, elaborate and refined cuisine worthy of a Michelin star! (Besides, what are the guides doing to not have yet starred this cuisine?) We will definitely come back.

04/02/2024: Setting off on an adventure to find a restaurant, we were extremely lucky to find the Auberge du Pré du Frêne. Extremely friendly welcome, delicious and very very hearty dish, excellent wine. I highly recommend.
