On the restaurant side, the top would not be shocked by paying more.
Second stay which confirms our first impressions.
We wish them continued success.
18/03/2024: We had lunch at the Expression restaurant on the occasion of a family birthday on Saturday March 16, it was a total success.
The 2 servers present that day were absolutely kind and caring.
The refined cuisine revived our taste buds where the flavors blended wonderfully.
The wine list also allowed us to taste a very fine Saint Estephe.
This charming restaurant was the perfect place for this festive meal.

05/04/2024: The place is nice, very calm, very nice rooms, friendly staff, everything is good except for eating there, there are not many people and only 2 dishes to choose from, very expensive for what you eat, and you also have to eat too early dinner, you don't have much time, it's the same with breakfast, it's not bad but the schedules are not good, we have been to many hotels and this is the first time we have encountered this, my recommendation is to arrive at the hotel already eaten, In addition, it is the first time that they tell us to leave before 11:00 am, otherwise I really liked the tranquility, cleanliness and very beautiful..

We serve you while you order a really delicious little cauliflower soup.
It’s simple and well-made homemade. I had a vegetable and goat’s cheese tart. The chocolate cake is perfect, the chocolate is intense.
It's warm and cool.
I would love to go back there for brunch!

06/04/2024: Were there three years ago and it was great, now it's a different owner and today the quality of the food wasn't that great (tourist trap)? Everything was very dry or old, a shame actually! Looks better on the video than it is 😞

04/04/2024: We were delighted with the Auberge du Born. The cuisine offered was absolutely perfect, the dishes were tasty and prepared with care. We really appreciated the variety of dishes available and the quality of the ingredients used.
The welcome given by the hostel team was very warm and friendly, we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The waitress who attended our table was extremely kind, always smiling and attentive, which added to our comfort and pleasure throughout the meal.
We really had a great time and we highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for fine cuisine, quality service and a pleasant atmosphere. A big thank you to the whole team.
01/04/2024: We stopped to eat as a family (couple and 3 children) because the restaurant was on our route. Everything was honestly perfect. Excellent welcome, service, cuisine. Very well prepared and cooked homemade dishes and desserts. Thank you for this good time with the family and for little Raphaël’s internship 😉. Don't hesitate to come and eat there. We recommend 200 percent. We will come back during a next visit.
