28/11/2024: First of all the food is good and the quality/price ratio is really interesting. On the other hand, the waiters at the pick-up, they don't see anything, don't remember that she is ordering what table....it took us 30 minutes before we came to take our orders the dishes arrived 30 minutes later so 1 hour of waiting to eat is unacceptable and when leaving no word from the cashier except to find out what we had eaten to pay and zero aurvoir from the staff of the establishment I don't recommend going there in the evening

27/11/2024: Sakura offers a wide menu featuring various maki, sushi, and other Japanese dishes. We sampled different types of maki, which came with soup. The food and service were quite good. I strongly recommend this spot!

12/12/2023: Au bout de cet escalator, à l'étage de la galerie de Centre commercial, une crêperie vous accueille. Dans un cadre sympathique, vous dégusterez tout un tas de spécialités à la bretonne. Galettes, Crêpes, Salades, et autres plats plus délicieux les uns que les autres. De passage à Angers je ne regrette cet arrêt culinaire. A prix plus que raisonnable, vous ferez un repas complet. Vous ne repartirez pas avec la faim, mais avec un souvenir délicieux.

21/11/2024: We spent the end of the day and evening at the station café due to an SNCF delay of more than 4 hours.... Francis and his wife were adorable and very welcoming. The beef bourguignon was succulent! We were able to stay after closing, the kindness of Francis spared us the cold, the snow and allowed us to have a good time despite the notorious incompetence of the SNCF. Fortunately there are still people like them! Thank you so much.

29/08/2024: Très bonne soirée autour d'un excellent repas précédé d'un très bon cocktail. C'est la troisième fois que nous venons et nous sommes à nouveau ravis de notre soirée. Nous suggérons que Daddy propose également un menu ou quelques plats et desserts pour les enfants.

24/06/2025: The best kebab in all of Angers, without a doubt. I tasted through more than twenty kebab shops in the city, and this one is, without a doubt, the clear winner. Not only for the quality of the flavors, but also for the kindness of the staff, the unforgettable fries, and that wonderful Algerian sauce—a burning caress for those who love spicy food. The fries… ah, the fries! They are a poem in themselves: golden like a sunset over the Loire, crispy on the outside like autumn leaves, and tender on the inside, almost chewy, like a childhood memory. They carry the perfect salt, the perfect heat, and that little taste that calls for a return visit, again and again. And the kebab... Served in a warm bun with a light and crispy crust, the inside remains soft, almost cloudy. The meat, in generous chunks, melts under the bite. Sometimes you don't know exactly what meat you're tasting—but it doesn't matter, because it's tender, flavorful, and fragrant like a story from elsewhere. Each bite is a journey. And that Algerian sauce… Red-orange, creamy, it dances on the tongue like a tamed flame. Spicy without being overpowering, it elegantly awakens the taste buds, enveloping everything in a vibrant, captivating warmth. The only downside: the first time, I had a slight stomach ache. But never again. And what a shame they close in the summer! Otherwise, I'd gladly eat my three meals a day there. It's more than a kebab, it's a culinary poem. The best in Angers—and I dare say, in all of Anjou.

16/12/2024: We arrived with my friend on the terrace, and there it was a surprise, although indicated by the locals as the unmissable bar in Angers we were disappointed. After waiting 10 minutes we were served, it was cold even though I ordered a hot chocolate, it's all in the name. But anyway, no sugar or cakes, you have to drink it quickly so as not to drink something cold. I wanted to ask for an ashtray, a waiter came and put an ashtray on us, finally threw it away and a better word of return before we could even thank him he gave us a bad look because our cigarette butts were placed on the table
