06/02/2026: Disappointing. Starter: onion soup... definitely dehydrated or freeze-dried, and extremely salty. Main course: cold fish brandade (not even lukewarm), we had to send it back to the kitchen. It was served with a salad swimming in sauce. The dessert was nothing special, but still acceptable (tart).

A long-time regular at this bar, I am very disappointed by the attitude of this "supernanny" who came to harass me while I was on the phone with a friend who had just lost his sister. The waitress rushed over like a fury to remove my chair, claiming that people didn't sit on that side of the terrace. I confess my fear and dismay. What a fine display of humanity!

30/11/2025: The review will be salty like Serrano ham (Johan). This is my third time at this McDonald's, and I always have the same feeling: I'm being ripped off! How is it possible to take 20 minutes to prepare an order but still manage to forget the pickles in a cheeseburger, serve dry, cold fries, and not melt the cheese? I also find it fascinating that they charge for every extra as if you were in a restaurant. The only positive point was the toy, which, unlike usual, was actually quite fun and entertaining, much better than the childish books and building blocks that actively contribute to deforestation. If you want to avoid hurting your bank account and your conscience, run away!

(See photos) I asked to confirm that it was indeed made only with freshly squeezed fruit, but to my surprise, the cashier told me that no, bottled orange juice was also added. I questioned her, asking why it was listed as 100% freshly squeezed fruit on the menu. The cashier didn't seem bothered. Paying €5.50 for a "homemade smoothie," as advertised on the menu, only to receive bottled orange juice is, in my opinion, false advertising. No one questioned their practices. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été entachée par un incident particulier et le comportement du serveur, ce qui nous a poussés à prendre la décision de partir. Lorsque nous nous sommes installés à notre table, j'ai placé ma trottinette électrique sur le côté pour des raisons pratiques. Cependant, le serveur a malheureusement trébuché sur celle-ci, ce qui a provoqué un malaise. Au lieu de s'excuser ou de prendre la responsabilité de l'incident, le serveur a réagi de manière peu professionnelle en me forçant à déplacer ma trottinette ailleurs. En tant que client, je m'attendais à une certaine compréhension et courtoisie de la part du personnel du restaurant. Cependant, le comportement du serveur a créé une atmosphère inconfortable et a donné l'impression que j'étais le seul responsable de l'incident, alors qu'il aurait dû être plus prudent lors de ses déplacements. Face à cette situation, notre groupe a pris la décision de quitter le restaurant. Nous étions déçus de la façon dont l'incident a été géré et du manque de professionnalisme du personnel. En tant que client, j'estime qu'il est essentiel de se sentir respecté et bien accueilli dans un établissement, et malheureusement, cette expérience ne répondait pas à ces attentes. J'espère sincèrement que cette critique permettra au restaurant de prendre conscience de cet incident et d'améliorer son service à l'avenir. Je conseille à l'établissement d'adopter une approche plus attentionnée envers ses clients et de veiller à ce que les incidents soient gérés de manière professionnelle et respectueuse.

10/07/2025: Lots of false rumors, we ate our fill, despite the fries being soggy and cold like everything else, the dish too expensive for a self-service restaurant, the place was clean

07/07/2025: Having been a regular customer until now, I won't be going back. Every night it's a real struggle to find clean cutlery. They're all disgusting with food scraps on them, the same goes for the plates and glasses; it's shameful. The air conditioning is currently broken, so the food served outdoors suffers enormously. Last night, I ordered a rare steak and ended up with an overcooked steak that tasted of nothing. The desserts, all served outdoors in 30-degree heat, are spoiled. The Tropezienne cheesecake is completely dry and hard (does anyone check?). I had a pastry flan that was disgusting and tasted like milk that had gone sour. The result is food poisoning today, and I'm bedridden. No hygiene standards are respected here, neither the legal system nor the dishes, nothing.
