03/04/2024: I don't understand the good comments about this establishment. I criticize the food, not the hotel. The quality of the dishes is really bad. Sauces without taste, meat neither marinated nor fresh and dry. It seemed to me that certain products, including fish, were frozen well. Boiled or steamed vegetables without taste. Finally, I think the chef lacks imagination or doesn't really want to cook anymore. It would be enough to make a homemade broth, a good marinade and sauce and the experience would have been much better. Especially for the price! It’s really not cheap. Dessert... I highly doubt it's homemade. Especially the kind of white cake that tastes like nail polish. A dry and tasteless brownie, Mirabelle plum tart with a commercial touch in my opinion. Children's menu nuggets/steak and frozen fries, at 11 euros... it's still a lack of imagination. However, the welcome was very warm and the atmosphere nice. I hope this comment can help or re-motivate the chef to improve his cooking. thank you and maybe see you next time if I see signs of improvement.

15/02/2024: I reserved a table for two for Valentine's Day evening. It was not mentioned that it was a special single menu for €75. Anyway - I fell into the trap... This menu featured meat accompanied by a morel sauce that was gnashing in the teeth. The plastic ice bag to keep the champagne cold was not very clean. It could have been rinsed first. In addition, the rose placed on each table supposedly intended for Madame should have been the subject of a message from the boss in order to prevent it from ending up neglected on the counter...

The first thing he told us to eat is to pay in cash or with card 😬.. We paid but nothing to choose from for the first course four leaves of lettuce and a little pâté..... Without further ado, a plate of minced meat with puree like a gratin and again four leaves of lettuce 😜without further ado .... Then if you ask about cheese.. Not Tedan.. 😔😬😔 I am very sorry for our bad experience... We have been thinking that we were going to find those dishes that you have in the reviews... But NO"" Very bad.... 24/03/2024: Homemade pasta unavailable on a Saturday evening. Pizza with little topping hard dough is dry. The pizzeria claims to be Italian but no Italian would use Emmental as a base cheese. Sorry but as a passing tourist I wouldn't come back.
