13/08/2026: After a rather tiring day at work, living in Saint-Dizier, my wife and I wanted to enjoy a relaxing meal at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The arrival and welcome went smoothly, as did the ordering process. The appetizers were fairly average, but nothing disastrous so far. However, once the main courses arrived, things started to go downhill. My wife and I ordered a four-cheese pizza. The waiter, or perhaps the owner himself, seemed unsure of what he was serving. We asked to replace the gorgonzola with mushrooms… and this simple change cost us an extra €1.50. Seriously? Charging €1.50 to replace one ingredient with another when the gorgonzola was simply removed is quite surprising. But if that had been all, my review would probably have been positive. For my part, I had ordered a pizza with a cream base. I ended up receiving one with a tomato base. Mistakes happen, I completely understand. Despite my comment, I accepted it as is, without making a fuss. The waiter/owner then offered to give us the half-bottle of Evian we had ordered for my wife. Fine, I thought, the intention was there and the incident was closed. But what happened next is frankly incomprehensible. Once we had finished our main courses, we placed our plates to the side to clearly show that we were done. We then waited for the dessert menu. 5 minutes… 10 minutes… 15 minutes… 20 minutes… Meanwhile, the waitress had plenty of time to clear three empty tables around us and reset them. Well, again, I told myself that these things happen. And then, the icing on the cake: the table right behind us, which had barely finished its main course, saw the waitress rush over to offer them the dessert menu. We, on the other hand, had been waiting for almost 30 minutes. At that point, we simply decided to leave. When we got to the till, the owner, who seemed to be aware of the various problems we'd encountered during the meal, did indeed deduct the cost of the bottle of water. Fine. But no apology. Not a word. No attempt at discussion or explanation. An extremely cold attitude, as if we were almost at fault for expressing our disappointment. And that's ultimately what's most regrettable. For some, offering a discount seems to be the way to resolve a problem. But that's absolutely not what we were expecting. I would have much preferred to pay €50 more and get exactly what we ordered, be able to enjoy our desserts at our leisure, finish with a coffee, and leave with the feeling of having had a pleasant evening. Instead, we received a pizza that didn't match our order, a €1.50 charge for a change, nearly 30 minutes of waiting for nothing, and then had to pay the bill in a particularly cold atmosphere. A €3 discount is absolutely no compensation for such a bad experience. We came to have a pleasant time and unwind after a long day at work. We left disappointed and with the unpleasant feeling that customer satisfaction was clearly not a priority. It's a shame, because with a little more attention, communication, and above all, consideration for the customer, this evening could have been very different for both parties.

17/08/2026: Unsolicited mineral water was served. We asked for water, but at no point were we offered "carafe" or "bottled mineral water." Furthermore, it arrived uncapped, so we assumed it was tap water. We were unpleasantly surprised when the bill came to €6 a bottle! The main course was served lukewarm with only a tiny amount of garnish. There were six desserts on the menu, but only three were offered. When we asked if ice cream was available, the response was, "We have a frozen soufflé," and the waiter left before getting our consent, but it was served to us anyway. The table behind us was told, "You can't have dessert," and the chef left. The only thing worth visiting is the setting. Avoid at all costs!

15/08/2026: We've been wanting to go for ages, and we finally tried it tonight – no regrets at all! The food was excellent, refined and delicious, and the staff were very friendly! A great place we'll definitely be back to, thank you! ☺️

14/08/2026: Honestly, this restaurant is fantastic! The tagines are delicious, the pizzas are excellent, and the portions are generous—absolutely nothing to complain about. The service was equally warm and friendly, and the waitress was incredibly kind. We were served quickly, and even our dog was served. In short, this restaurant truly deserves its 5 stars!

14/08/2026: Frozen products, insufficient quantities, and prices far too high for what's offered. The cold buffet is varied, but nothing is homemade except the mayonnaise. Really not great. A shame, because the owner is friendly.

25/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, we had a wonderful meal. Not a single flaw. The food is homemade, and the dishes are beautifully presented. We had a set menu, and it was a 10/10. The service was impeccable; the waiter, who was in a suit (which is unusual), was very efficient. He managed the service single-handedly. There was no waiting and nothing was forgotten. He was very attentive to the customers and genuinely friendly. We don't understand the recent reviews because for us, it was truly perfect. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

12/08/2026: One of the best restaurants in terms of value for money, and especially beautifully presented! I highly recommend it! The cocktails and wine are also very good! The waiter was incredibly attentive! And as a bonus, a lovely, magnificent terrace!
