14/11/2025: Just 10 minutes from the TGV station, a verdant oasis by the water! Excellent value for money. Perfect bedding. And the breakfast is delightful, prepared with care and designed to please. There's even a gym, which I didn't have time to try. I'm thrilled to have discovered this place!

22/07/2024: I ordered a kebab and a chicken and 2 drinks I asked for a menu they sold me in units I paid 24th it's too expensive for 2 sandwiches I've never seen kebabs so expensive The kebab was too salty, too much sauce and no taste I'm disappointed I'm going back to eat it again

17/08/2024: Friendly staff, we were well received. Very good restaurant with plenty of choice. Breakfast not taken. Free parking. The hotel is close to everything and a little outside of Verdun, so it is quiet as there is little car passing in front. The hotel is easy to access. There is a swimming pool and games for children, lots of little garden furniture, it's very nice. For us the only small problem was the rather small bathroom.

14/08/2024: A great hotel experience, very quiet, small garden, nothing but happiness and swimming pool that I really appreciated because it was not too big but what you need to relax, nothing but happiness and the restaurant, nothing to say, real happiness on the palate

16/10/2025: I arrived at 5:30 p.m., and even though my lady was finishing her preparation, she only asked me for 1 second to finish and then prepare my order. Very good meat, golden fries, we loved it 😛

14/10/2025: It's not disgusting, but the fries are the worst I've ever eaten. The quality is inconsistent. Sometimes there's a lack of ingredients (but on the other hand, when you ask for a discount because the product isn't what you expected, they laugh at you and say, "No. But I'm not going to give a discount for salad." (Well, yes, I am.) The meat is either pretty good or disgusting depending on the day (sometimes it feels like it's been left to dry before being served). There's never enough sauce. What's more, the cook gives you your change with her gloves on, then instead of giving you change, she touches the food. Go to the competitor 200 meters away. They're new, but much better and much nicer! And they respect at least a minimum of hygiene.

09/10/2024: Charming brasserie with a friendly, spacious and quiet setting. Cordial and welcoming staff, fast and quality service. Very good home-made family cuisine at very reasonable prices. We appreciated the welcome and the cuisine.

29/04/2024: We arrived by chance this evening at the Auberge Restaurant Rive Gauche after another restaurant left a doorstep even though we had a reservation. The chef kindly agreed to welcome us. We ate an excellent meal with a starter + main course + dessert menu for 20€ (and yes it's rare these days!). As a starter there was a choice between cervelas salad/quiche Lorraine/homemade country terrine, as a main course chicken and its juice/fish and small vegetables, and as a dessert, damson cake/apple tart. Everything we ate was really excellent, you can see that everything is homemade. The waitress was also very pleasant. We were pampered and I am delighted with this coincidence; we do not regret our misadventure during our stay in the Meuse. You can go there with your eyes closed, you will enjoy yourself!
