22/02/2026: Passing through Metz to visit the cathedral, I stumbled upon a rather unassuming restaurant at its foot. Excellent value for money... a very friendly owner who only puts her own favorite dishes on the menu... No Lorraine specialties, but dishes she loves, and that makes all the difference... you can go there without hesitation. I loved it!

20/12/2025: A delightful experience, stepping back a few decades. Classic and atmospheric. A very limited menu, but honest products, well-prepared, and generous portions. The interior is in dire need of a refresh, but it also creates a nostalgic atmosphere. It certainly won't be to everyone's taste, but we appreciated it. The service is French-style (initially quite cool), but this relaxed towards the end. A major plus was the very tasty (red) wine. Highly recommended for wine lovers.

13/03/2026: The welcome is truly exceptional!! Warm, friendly, and very attentive. Honestly, I've never been received like this at any other kebab shop. You immediately feel comfortable and welcome, which really makes a difference. On top of that, the kebabs are delicious and very generous. The ingredients are good, well-filled, and prepared with care. You leave feeling completely satisfied and wanting to come back. I recommend this place 100%: for the quality of the kebabs but also for the kindness of the staff. An address to keep in mind! 😁

10/03/2026: Clean place! Unparalleled friendliness of service! The two cooks, or "Chefs," are cheerful and have a great sense of humor; a friendly atmosphere is immediately established, even if it's your first time! Ordering at the kiosks makes it easier to see your choices with a clear and well-designed concept! I loved the "manager," I suppose he was reciting part of his prayers, because I find that singing in Arabic is a beautiful and underrated language! He offers various donation options for outreach to the most vulnerable, as well as the option to leave a tip. As for the food, it's a real culinary experience! I had a 540g burger for €16.50, 540 grams of fresh, unspoiled ground beef, the kind you can find in Montigny... A fair price and cheaper than average, a real pleasure to chat with these two gentlemen in the kitchen! GO FOR IT, THAT'S AN ORDER ♥️

03/02/2026: Extremely good, I highly recommend it. I've never been to such a good crêperie. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that it's a victim of its own success. The place was so crowded that we had to wait for a table. However, this only reinforces my opinion... the crêperie is truly excellent! I can't wait to go back next time I'm in Metz.

14/03/2026: Lunch served at a perfect time and excellent quality, featuring traditional dishes plus a daily special. A real institution for us, as we don't come to Metz very often! 29/11/2025: Great pizzeria! The ingredients are really fresh, and the quality is evident in every bite. Ideally, a slightly thicker crust would be nice, but otherwise, it's very good. The service was good, and despite the crowds, the close proximity of the tables, and the noise, it felt surprisingly pleasant. A place worth trying!

13/02/2026: I came to eat this Thursday evening, February 12, 2026, with two friends. As usual, the welcome was perfect, the food perfect, everything was really good. I highly recommend the food; the 400g Angus ribeye was magnificent. If you order something other than the set menu, it might cost a little more, but it's definitely worth it. 07/12/2025: We had lunch here with my husband and two children during a visit to Metz. We received a very warm welcome and the waiters were friendly. The menu was varied, and all the products were sourced from local producers. The ribeye steak was the best I've had in a long time in a restaurant—perfectly cooked. The revisited steak tartare was delicious, and the burgers were generous. The desserts are a real highlight, with many homemade options! The tarte Tatin was delicious, and the little pistachio and raspberry financiers were equally delightful. We highly recommend it!
