05/09/2024: I ate falafel last night and got sick overnight. I should have consulted the Alim'confiance site beforehand which assigns the hygiene level "Needs improvement" to Marianne as of August 2, 2024.
I (unfortunately) also agree with the comments which say that this is no longer the Marianne we knew...

11/09/2024: Ce restaurant est une pépite : l’accueil que nous avons reçu était excellent. La salle est petite mais chaleureuse. Le monsieur qui s’est occupé de nous était d’une gentillesse extrême. Les plats étaient tous excellent, en commençant par l’entrée (celle au crevettes) avec de très bonne quantité. Si vous êtes fans de fruits à coques, je vous recommande le poulet Shahi korma. En plus de ça le gentil monsieur nous a proposé de nous resservir en riz. Les prix sont raisonnables surtout quand vous savez qu’il n’y a aucun produits surgelés cela a été certifié par le gentil monsieur. N’oubliez pas de goûter les naans !
En bref, endroit très accueillant avec une très bonne cuisine ! Je recommande ! 🦐

Nothing to say, good value for money, we opted for the all-inclusive discovery menu.
We will come back without problem.

29/09/2024: The best Halal restaurant outside India so far. If you are going to Paris around the Eiffel Tower, this is the best place to eat. Very reasonable price and high quality food with awesome taste. I would recommend it to everyone, especially asians who want to experience Indian or Pakistani non-veg food. The staff is well-behaved and looks professional. I tried Lamb Biryani and Keema Naan. The lamb was very flavourful and tender. The real gastronomic and appetizing I would say.

25/08/2024: Nice place, nice terrace, pleasant service. Very average food (my grilled sea bass really wasn't) and in the end, with a bottle of Chablis at 37 euros (!) the bill was too high. It was a nice "canteen", it has become a "classic" restaurant. Go there when it’s too hot in Paris!

The mussels are excellent.
On the other hand, please make an effort on the fries, even at McDonald's they are better....Too big and mealy, all the tables next to us left them...
Homemade fries in a restaurant in 2024 are the basis...especially when the restaurant's flagship dish is mussels and fries...
It's a little more preparation of course but it's not much more expensive...
Limit I am ready to pay €2 more for the dish and for the fries to be good.
21/08/2024: We had mussels with cream and curry. Very good in taste and quantity.
The 2 young waiters are very friendly and efficient.

04/08/2024: dish that is bathed in oil, and without any seasoning or spices or salt and pepper, nothing supposedly because customers have heart problems and cannot eat salty... the joke, it's not just the salt in life and it's a restaurant not a hospice... otherwise for the desserts how do they serve them without sugar and without milk and put it on the table too??? Because customers may be diabetic or lactose intolerant at this price... We come to the restaurant to eat a finished and seasoned dish, not to have to prepare our meals with salt and pepper if we dare to ask for it because it is not on the table.. In short, oil perfumed dish, no thank you. Bad liver response as a bonus
04/08/2024: We knew the 3 paying places where we ate the best couscous in the region (year 2010) but unfortunately this is no longer the case! Bland broth, very few vegetables, tasteless meat, lots of bones and no flesh, frankly the quantity leaves one wanting more.
The desserts are very classic and comparable to those at the local Buibuis!
Great setting and very pleasant servers!

08/09/2024: Too bad the vegetables aren't cooked, the chickpeas are separate, just out of the can so not cooked. The meat is not cooked in the broth either.
Beautiful decor nonetheless and kind staff.
There are only 3 digestives instead of all those offered on the menu.
Really a shame!
