08/03/2026: they provide snacks and tea to your table and then charge you for 2 pots of tea when you did not even ask for it, the shisha was good however i dont get why you bring tea out the second time and charge for it.

01/03/2026: Don’t recommend it at all, they charge without explanation and menu , specially if they see that you a tourist . Their service and communication ain’t also on an European scale unfortunately, one of them was touching my belongings on the table without permission to make space for two more even though that table was supposed to be all ours .

20/11/2025: I went to this place to film my new video. The staff was very pleasant, the place was very nice, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I recommend it if you're feeling peckish.

25/10/2025: Respectful welcome, unfortunately hygiene is not up to scratch: old chemical meat, lots of charred meat crust, tired fries, dirty toilet. Big health risk if hygiene is not strictly applied. A big spit of chemical meat from the day before was lying on the tap near the counter (to collect the meat?). Disgusting. It's smoking in front of the entrance, it's scary. People watch Indo-Pakistani films without stressing about cleaning. Hygiene needs to be fixed quickly. Very dirty snack bar. Too much neglect. Smell. Danger.... The bins are full to bursting, it's overflowing but it's not emptied... Dangerous...

18/11/2025: Poor quality meat. The service is haphazard. One wonders if they're even professionals in this field. It's a shame because the location is excellent. But they really need to improve the quality of their food.

17/01/2026: The taste and quality of the food more than made up for the lengthy service. We came as a family of four, and everything was delicious and very generous. I highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed!

29/03/2026: Nice atmosphere, good food. Only downside was the portion size: really not much meat. I ordered lamb skewers, expecting two given the "s" at the end of the word, but was disappointed to find one skewer scattered all over the plate. Ideally, it would be better to put all the side dishes on the plate with the main course and present the skewer on a spit. Because when your plate arrives with just small pieces of meat, and then the salad and fries are brought separately, it doesn't seem very substantial.

10/02/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience. The price displayed for a coffee was €2.20, but the manager charged me €3 without explanation. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Prices must be respected or clearly justified. I hope this will be rectified for future customers.

02/03/2026: I ate at the restaurant this weekend, and although the service was a bit slow at first taking our order and one of the waitresses wasn't very friendly, we were pleasantly surprised. We had asked for details about the children's menus because we had seen them on the website with details, but not on the menu itself. We were a little disappointed because the waitress at the restaurant told us that the children's menu offered couscous with merguez sausage or chicken skewers with fries. It was something else entirely on the website. Similarly, drinks weren't included, whereas the website stated they were. But putting aside these minor details, we had a very good time because the food was delicious. And the last waitress we spoke to was very friendly and sociable, which helped us leave on a positive note. Thank you!

09/03/2026: As a long-time customer, I really liked this restaurant until my last visit when I ordered takeout. Total disappointment! The cheese naan tasted like moldy cheese, and my other dishes were indigestible. I usually save food for the next day, but this time I threw everything away. To the owner, if you're reading this, please get a grip; you risk losing a lot of customers 🙏🏼

03/03/2026: Being pregnant, I really wanted to eat a tagine, but I was too tired to eat in a restaurant, so we ordered online. My husband received a very warm welcome when he picked up his meal. The staff was very charming. It was delicious! They even remembered the bread! Honestly, it was fantastic!!!! I highly recommend it!

07/02/2026: The phone service is nonexistent, there's absolutely no welcome from the woman who works there, frankly it's shameful, I won't be going back... The woman doesn't even know how to talk to customers, she's rude, she told me she doesn't work with Arabs, what a shame, no comment...

18/02/2026: Passing through the Amandinois region, we have been staying at this hotel since it opened 18 years ago. In our booking email, we specified that we wanted a quiet room because after a 9-hour and 40-minute drive and a very late bedtime, we naturally wanted to rest. Unfortunately, we were woken at 6:15 a.m. by incessant machinery noises. Angry, I went to reception where I was informed that there was a major problem with the elevator. I also expressed our dismay regarding the cleanliness of the bedding (photos attached). Information about our unfortunate situation was supposed to be passed on to management, and we were to receive an email. It has now been three weeks, and we haven't received any response. I haven't asked for any compensation, but it would have been reasonable to at least receive a sincere apology! I will take the time to send your management a video where the noises of the elevator mechanisms are clearly audible, along with photos of soiled and moldy pillows and sheets. This is completely unworthy of an establishment in your group, whose director, Mr. Partouche, I knew personally from his original Casino in Saint Amand. He would not be proud of this situation…

16/02/2026: Having traveled a long way to enjoy the Valentine's Day show, I must admit my disappointment, despite the belly dancer's efforts. The atmosphere simply wasn't there, and the screens showing rugby and basketball matches were completely out of place on an evening dedicated to lovers.

05/03/2026: So, how can I put it? I order from them very regularly. Sure, there can be a bit of a wait, but it's for something amazing. The team is fantastic, with humor and kindness. The delivery drivers are always smiling and pleasant, and the meals are delicious. So, I would recommend them for all these reasons.
