02/05/2026: Honestly, a sure thing for years! 🙌 A loyal customer, especially at the La Madeleine location, I never hesitate to drive several kilometers to Roubaix just for their HS kebab… and it's definitely worth the trip! Just yesterday, I had two, and as usual: a pure delight 🔥 flavorful meat, perfect bread, generous toppings… nothing to complain about. It's clearly my favorite kebab, by far. Thank you for your consistency and quality over time. Keep it up, you're a real treat! See you soon 👌

18/02/2026: Passing through the Amandinois region, we have been staying at this hotel since it opened 18 years ago. In our booking email, we specified that we wanted a quiet room because after a 9-hour and 40-minute drive and a very late bedtime, we naturally wanted to rest. Unfortunately, we were woken at 6:15 a.m. by incessant machinery noises. Angry, I went to reception where I was informed that there was a major problem with the elevator. I also expressed our dismay regarding the cleanliness of the bedding (photos attached). Information about our unfortunate situation was supposed to be passed on to management, and we were to receive an email. It has now been three weeks, and we haven't received any response. I haven't asked for any compensation, but it would have been reasonable to at least receive a sincere apology! I will take the time to send your management a video where the noises of the elevator mechanisms are clearly audible, along with photos of soiled and moldy pillows and sheets. This is completely unworthy of an establishment in your group, whose director, Mr. Partouche, I knew personally from his original Casino in Saint Amand. He would not be proud of this situation…
16/02/2026: Having traveled a long way to enjoy the Valentine's Day show, I must admit my disappointment, despite the belly dancer's efforts. The atmosphere simply wasn't there, and the screens showing rugby and basketball matches were completely out of place on an evening dedicated to lovers.

20/04/2026: We were refused entry; my wife and I were refused entry to eat lunch even though there were plenty of free tables. We hadn't booked, and yet we are customers.
16/03/2026: I'm quite picky, and I must admit the food was truly excellent. I didn't understand why the manager advised me to reserve a table for four when the restaurant was empty on Saturday, March 14th. As for us, the three people there (managers and the waitress) were lovely. I know Tunisians well, and like in their country, they are reserved and seem cold at first, but when you chat and show an interest in them, they open up and become very friendly. The food was truly excellent. The only slight drawback, and I think they have no choice given the current situation, is the price and the portion sizes. It's really very expensive for what it is. Whether it was the homemade couscous or the tagine, the portions were really quite small (lots of chickpeas and raisins but far too little semolina: the semolina dish for 3 was really insufficient). The prices are really high! The tuna brick at €7.50 (although delicious) is insane! But it must be very difficult to be a restaurant owner in times of crisis because everything has become "too" expensive. If you're not worried about your budget, go for it without hesitation, it's really delicious! I removed one star because of the price, as the quantity is very small, especially if you have a big appetite. It's also the first time I've been served a tagine in a "mini" terracotta dish. Luckily, my guests were very light eaters; they didn't notice the difference, but I, the cook, certainly didn't! I think that given their friendliness, if you tell them you're a big eater, they They'll make the effort to give you a little more semolina! As for the tagine, it clearly lacked accompanying vegetables, but that's just my opinion. However, I feel for restaurant owners because their work is very difficult and the recognition is sometimes unfair. Thank you to the waitress whose Tunisian smile warms the heart!
