23/03/2026: After several visits to Sakura, we can say that we enjoy it every time! We highly recommend it. They are very attentive to allergens, which is a huge plus!

08/02/2026: Three times in one week, and I can confidently say it's excellent! Very good, traditional Japanese cuisine at very reasonable prices! Grilled skewers, miso soup, Asahi beer, and all sorts of sushi, maki, etc. Okay, because I like to point out areas for improvement: the wasabi and ginger seem a bit too processed; authentic products would be ideal. And the decor/general ambiance isn't amazing; it could use a refresh. But I'm completely satisfied with the meals! (And that's the main thing!)

09/01/2026: The wait time is unacceptable: over 1 hour 30 minutes for delivery, and that's if you call ahead; otherwise, you can easily wait 2 hours. I used to be a regular customer, but that's it, I'm done. I'll never order from there again. However, their food was very good.

15/03/2026: It was absolutely delicious, the mussels from Dunkirk are the best!!!! And a special mention for the poached pear for dessert – it was excellent! However, we would have appreciated a bit more sauce with the mussels. The fries were fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time.

14/03/2026: I visited this establishment on a Saturday evening after making a reservation. Upon arrival, we were welcomed into this charming little restaurant, conveniently located in Dunkirk. The decor reflects the owner's style: a warm, lively, and simple space that also reflects the overall ambiance of the place. The staff is pleasant and attentive, although there was a very slight misunderstanding regarding my order in the kitchen. This didn't affect my meal at all, as the staff were understanding and immediately rectified the situation, which clearly demonstrates their professionalism. As for the atmosphere, the dining room is a bit noisy, reflecting the lively spirit of Dunkirk, but don't expect a room where all you hear is the clatter of cutlery. The appetizers—the vol-au-vent and the roasted Camembert—were very good, the Camembert being perfectly seasoned. For our main course, we chose the classic Flemish carbonnade and the grey shrimp croquettes. The portions were generous, well-presented, and delicious. I must highlight the excellent preparation of the shrimp croquettes, which perfectly showcased the delicate flavor of these small crustaceans while remaining incredibly satisfying. The dishes are served with fries and a salad; other side dishes are available, and the staff is very accommodating to any special requests you might have. For dessert, we had French toast, a scoop of ice cream with caramel, and a Liège coffee. Simple, satisfying, and perfectly executed—we couldn't have asked for more. The French toast was warm, very soft, and bursting with flavor. In short, if you enjoy good food, appreciate simple, well-prepared, and flavorful regional cuisine, and enjoy the warm atmosphere of Northern brasseries, you will leave this establishment thoroughly impressed. I recommend it and I would gladly return.

13/03/2026: My husband had booked for my birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed the mussels with Maroilles cheese and the delicious homemade fries, finishing with a Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce). The service was quick once it got going, but still allowed us time to enjoy our drinks or meal. Absolutely fantastic, we'll be back!

08/03/2026: The atmosphere and service were excellent; our server ensured we arrived on time for our play. However, I was disappointed with the bread... bland, white, and tasteless. My shrimp salad was great, but the fries were undercooked.

26/02/2026: Aside from the snack bar atmosphere, it was the best pizza I've had in a long time. Anyone who complained about the dough has no idea what real pizza is. Certainly not Neapolitan, but excellent for a snack bar. Keep it up!

21/03/2025: Frankly disappointed Greco, it has changed a lot... The meats are dry and are very poorly seasoned! The service is long and above all we arrived early for the evening meal there was hardly anyone in the restaurant the atmosphere was freezing, the service certainly didn't help nor the absence of music... You expect something else when you go to a Greek restaurant, I won't be coming back.

04/03/2026: The only appealing thing about it is the seafront. The service was mediocre, and the staff weren't very friendly. The sandwiches were low-quality. The ice cream scoops were artificial, the ice cream in the tubs was dried out, full of sugar, and clearly mass-produced. If there were more businesses along the seafront and more competition, they would go bankrupt.

25/03/2026: Friendly welcome. The rooms are ideal with a very practical kitchenette. A nice touch of chocolate was always appreciated. The bedding is comfortable and well soundproofed. Dogs are welcome. The breakfasts are very generous and offer something for everyone: several kinds of bread, cereals, yogurt, very good coffee, scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, cheese or bacon, and butter (plain or salted) – a real treat! I highly recommend it. See you soon.

16/02/2026: After a room with an unbearable cigarette smell, we were given a more basic room with a non-adjustable radiator. The room change was made upon our arrival, but two days later, upon our departure, the receptionist refused to refund the price difference. His reason: we should have mentioned it on the first night! That's not very honest.
