15/05/2026: Server 6 was incredibly rude and impatient. A complete disaster. He was extremely annoyed because we wanted to pay separately and tried to force us to pay the bill together. He literally snatched our credit cards from our hands and slammed them against his payment terminal. This behavior was totally disrespectful and really damaging to the restaurant's image.

10/05/2026: I'm forced to give one star for the ambiance of this restaurant, even though we ate very well… The lamps hung so low on the tables are extremely unpleasant! It's an eyesore throughout the entire meal, and we ended up with a headache! Our neighbors felt the same way. Apparently, the servers often receive complaints about this. Could the manager please raise the lamps? Thank you in advance! It's a shame to give it 4 out of 5 because of the lighting!

28/03/2026: The waitress was great, but the food wasn't. I ate several different things, and was disappointed and had a stomach ache (some dishes are best avoided).

15/07/2026: This restaurant aspires to be fine dining, and the chef dares to offer a signature dish—get this: undercooked pasta shells, a slice of ham on one side, and a synthetic truffle-like sauce. (The truffles are the people who are easily fooled.) As for the Caesar salad, the emperor would be better off staying where he is, because once again, the "chef" would be thrown to the lions. A sorry image of our gastronomy, thrown to poor tourists who hoped for a delicious meal. I'd rather not even mention the price; it's enough to make you faint.

12/07/2026: Let's be honest: you don't go to this restaurant for the food. The meal was rather disappointing. But… and there is a "but," the friendliness of the hostess and the smile of the waiter make you forget that it's a chain restaurant. The setting is quite sumptuous. In short, don't go there for the food… and don't forget to leave a tip for this team who give it their all!

10/06/2026: Excellent location for the hotel in Paris. Good variety of small shops nearby. 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Pedestrian zone, very pleasant. Good service and a warm welcome from the entire team, not forgetting the kindness of the kitchen staff at breakfast.

08/05/2026: The food is not bad, but the service is really terrible.... The waiter forgot to bring us water, sauce plates until I asked him to multiple times... And he took away the food without asking me( still have some left...) and he forgot to bring us the dessert and wanted to give us the check without dessert...... Probably just because we are tourists and they know for sure we won't come again so they gave us this bad service??? ( Btw the dessert is much smaller than I expected, but still the food is not bad with a lot of food and reasonable price) ( or probably also they can't speak English that well so they always forgot about us.... So I don't recommend English speakers to come)

07/03/2026: An authentic Japanese restaurant. I come regularly for lunch. It's always good, fresh, and the chef works hard to offer quality dishes and service.

10/06/2026: I tried the cream puffs, which were very good. Some were slightly golden, which made them look delicious. I had a salad for lunch; they also included a piece of bread with it. The chocolate éclair was very good.

20/05/2026: Thank you to Guillaume's bakery, a top-notch establishment that I wholeheartedly recommend. Hooray for their lunchtime sandwiches, pastries, and delicious cakes! Thank you for existing!

19/06/2026: We ordered a signature poke bowl with tofu, one with tuna, and one with shrimp. It was really, really good. We paid €14.90, which was totally worth it because we got a very generous portion and the rice was delicious (sorry about the photo, I only took one). However, the service wasn't great; one of the waitresses was unpleasant.

17/07/2026: It's an Alphonse Mucha-themed cafe, and it's not bad! I ordered the 20-euro breakfast set, and the selection is excellent.

08/07/2026: The staff were unfriendly... the cups looked like they were picked up from somewhere... the hygiene was terrible... I recommend that those with weak stomachs avoid this place.

21/01/2026: scammer alert — after i ordered and paid for takeout, i went to the bathroom and the lady who served me took one of my containers out from the bag, food was also giving mediocre american food court chinese food

30/11/2025: Excellent Chinese takeaway: the dishes are flavorful, well-seasoned, and the portions are generous. Even when reheated, the flavors remain intact. The service is quick, the prices reasonable, and the welcome pleasant. A great place for a quick and delicious meal.

07/06/2026: Spacious, with quick service at the bar (unlike Buttes Chaumont location!). The interior is well air conditioned and has terrific views of several monuments.

08/07/2026: We took pictures and purchased 4 for 60 Eros. We asked for a bag to carry them and they said they would give it, but never gave it in spite of us asking them multiple times. They could have just said they don’t have it. Pretty poor customer service. Food was good.

05/07/2026: I enjoyed the experience; it was the first restaurant I went to outside of Cape Verde. The water was nice and wet, the meat was cooked over a fire, and the waiters served us, took our orders, and even collected the bill at the end. It was definitely worth it!
