04/09/2024: The customer service at the tax refund desk is awful! They require your physical passport in order to issue a refund form. Of course this is only because they don’t want to enter the passport information physically. Lazy and stupid! They told me it’s the French law but it is not!! If you expect to get a tax refund avoid this place as there are alternatives

13/12/2024: Je fréquente avec grand plaisir la grande épicerie et ai fait un test avant de commander pour une petite soirée amicale! 85 euros pour un plateau fraîcheur désastreusement moche et insipide et un plateau de petits fours chauds gras, lourds et sans intérêt. Énormes déception! Même Picard aurait été mieux.

20/09/2024: The boat had an overhead shade/ceiling and the view was very limited. No warning was made about this on the webpage. There were also people standing in the front of the boat blocking the view even more. I think it is the only ship that crosses the Seine with such view blocking. Very disappointing experience.

02/09/2024: An impudence - tourist rip-off before the Lord! Had coffee here with my family. It's incredibly overpriced: we paid €32 for 2 cappuccinos and 2 colas (0.33)! When paying, my sister was boldly asked what percentage of tip she wanted to give... 10, 15 or 20 percent. The overwhelmed answer was 10%. The waiter then took her bank card from her hand and paid. Unfortunately, he apparently couldn't give out the receipt and it was only handed over when I asked urgently. However, the bill was €42, which is 10 euros instead of a 10% tip. An impudence. Only after further inquiries was the €5 cash handed over again. According to the other reviews, this is obviously not an isolated incident. The bottom line is stressful, overpriced and clearly not recommended!

27/12/2023: Servireste una cioccolata calda in un bicchiere di vetro? Correggereste il francese parlato ad un cliente? Paghereste il supplemento per il servizio al tavolo per ordinare alla cassa e portarvi da soli il vostro ordine in un vassoio?

08/09/2024: Scoperta piacevole tra le strade di Parigi locale bello, pulito e i piatti sono davvero molto buoni. Personale molto gentile e prezzo nella norma per essere praticamente a 10 min dalla tour eiffel.

25/08/2024: I visited this lovely restaurant with my two daughters after reading the reviews and also looking at the location It was a last minute booking and the restaurant manager was very accommodating when I was worried we would be running late Our experience with the food was amazing and the service was spot on I would definitely recommend this place
