27/01/2025: Typical welcome from a brasserie, instant and direct (in full service). Table offered immediately, the friendly waiter gave us time to choose, the cuisine was very up to the standards of a brasserie both on the dishes and the gourmet coffees/teas/chocolates for dessert, the service was quick. Thanks to the Gers waiter for his good humor and humor, with all due respect to the customers of other tables who perhaps should have chosen a starred restaurant given their attitude. Small downside actually in terms of smells (from toilets and soap) for the proximity of certain tables to the staircase leading to the toilets which are regularly used by visitors from neighboring museums in addition to customers and staff. Regular prices for a brasserie at the foot of a major Parisian museum. Fans of distant tables and dedicated service go your way, for those who like friendly places typical of bars/breweries go there.

11/12/2025: The worst service ever, you have to order as many things as there are people there otherwise they won't serve you, things were expensive as hell and overall the place was a flop.

10/12/2025: Waiter gave himself a tip without asking (has never happened in france to me which is kinda bizarre for the bad service they have, bad overpriced food with no salt, gave us the smallest corner, staff always gives weird looks, they serve no water here compared to other restaurants and they seem like they don’t care about the reputation at all cause the money still comes in from tourists that just stop there cause its the nearest cafe to the Eiffel tower. I think people who write good reviews about this cafe were probably still in a fresh paris mood and glazed everything french but this cafe was so bad omg i was shocked

11/12/2025: Well... what can I say? Our first encounter was with a very unpleasant waiter who violently pushed the table towards us and cursed when we moved it just 5 cm (yes, only!) so it wouldn't be stuck against the glass. The order and service were handled with icy coldness. The highlight of this display of aggression and disrespect, however, was undoubtedly the owner, who, when we brought him the bill at the bar, gave us an extremely nasty look, initially showed no reaction, and then barked at us when we asked to pay: "Well, yes, I'm ready, what are you waiting for?" At least this gentleman is aware that he's the most unpleasant restaurateur in town, because when we pointed out that friendliness isn't his strong suit, he replied spitefully, "Well, yes, that's it, it's not for me, we're not the same, that's all." I wonder if I'd like to work in the service industry in that case? Don't even think about going into this restaurant, because you'll leave disillusioned, annoyed, maybe even in a fight with the owner, who knows (he's not exactly known for his temper). This establishment could serve as a textbook example of everything you shouldn't do when you want to work in the service industry. I feel sorry for the cooks who have to be yelled at all day long.

09/12/2025: At first, I thought the welcome was a bit cold. However, they warmed up over time. It's since become my go-to spot. Great atmosphere and more than enjoyable food.

20/08/2024: Getting worse and worse for the quality, sandwich bread is so stuffy with the minimum possible in it, small donuts that aren't even fresh, and a tartlet like that. As for the smile or the friendliness, we’re not there either. More and more disappointing… and increasingly high prices for declining quality…

17/08/2024: Always grab a pain au chocolat with a coffee at this franchise but for whatever reason the pain au chocolat was mushy and the cappuccino was probably the worst I had in a while. For 7.5€ for coffee and a pain à chocolat, that’s a rip off. The staff was super friendly though.

23/09/2024: No toilets (excluding services) unacceptable in this type of franchise. Especially considering the price, and the poor service, an unpleasant waitress, a waiter who doesn't even know these products. I strongly advise against!!!
