20/07/2024: What can be said that hasn’t already been said about this true institution of French excellence! The Petrossian house is the best you can dream of for everything related to high-end delicatessen products. Their smoked salmon is the best you can find in Paris, my favorite being the “Tzar à la Caucasienne” cut salmon heart. But what is the highlight of this house’s know-how is the caviar! It is by far THE best caviar in the capital, this attention to detail and intransigence which are a guarantee of excellence are found in the selection of sturgeon eggs. They come from different species and result in these little wonders which sparkle like little black, gray or green diamonds in their emblematic blue box. Imperial Ossetra is one of the best in my opinion, its diameter, its texture, its perfume, its very particular flavor make it an incomparable delight! I obviously highly recommend this incomparable house.

05/07/2024: One of my favourite spots in Paris - great wine selection, in particular the Champagnes, and a nice relaxed vibe if you want to try something on site. A cool vibe inside, unpretentious service and all wines for sale are available chilled to enjoy.

04/08/2024: Der allerletzte Laden, wir sind zur Olympiade hier, hatten reserviert. Nachdem wir eine Stunde warten mussten wurden wir trotz vorheriger Nachfrage des Hauses verwiesen, weil einige Olympia-Shirts getragen haben.

20/11/2024: Servicio muy promedio, evitaría este si puede. Esperó un tiempo muy largo para ordenar, luego tomó aún más tiempo para que el pedido llegara. El personal parecía muy poco interesado y más interesado en sus propias conversaciones. Muchos otros en este carril que son mucho mejores.

16/10/2024: Detenido para desayunar después de llegar en un vuelo nocturno. El camarero era divertido y atento, aunque muy ocupado. La comida era justo lo que necesitábamos.

15/12/2024: Beautiful welcome. They brought my mother a delicious chocolate cake with two candles to celebrate her... complete with a choral Happy Birthday. Very kind indeed!!!

15/12/2024: We had lunch here with the whole family after visiting the Musée d'Orsay. Very friendly staff, honest prices and really good food. Highly recommended.

05/09/2024: There is a special atmosphere in this beautiful place, I like the works of art (changing from time to time with new French works...) good restoration, of course choice of brands present in the store without equivalent...

04/09/2024: The customer service at the tax refund desk is awful! They require your physical passport in order to issue a refund form. Of course this is only because they don’t want to enter the passport information physically. Lazy and stupid! They told me it’s the French law but it is not!! If you expect to get a tax refund avoid this place as there are alternatives

02/12/2024: The first day we arrived in Paris we found it by chance, but we couldn't eat there because of our schedule... Since we were excited, we were very clear that before leaving Paris we had to go. Our hunch did not deceive us. Very good food, local and quality at a reasonable price, keep in mind that we are in Paris, we forget! Better care and service than possible, they made us feel at home. We are very clear, that if we return to Paris, we will repeat! It has been a pleasure.

23/11/2024: Excellent traditional french food! So glad we stopped by for dinner here on a Friday night. We came specifically for the French Poule au pot even though we weren't very hungry. So very delicious and highly recommend you order this dish. The restaurant was quiet with only two other tables enjoying food while we were there which is a mystery because they serve quality food. If you want authentic delicious french food please come here.

05/12/2024: We asked the waiter for a dessert with a candle for our child's birthday. He said that everything would be done in the best possible way. In the end, no dessert, no candle. Of course, we ordered the dessert again. But the waiter still couldn't remember. But he remembered the tips very well, and explained in great detail how I could add them to the bill. I didn't give the tips, I feel awkward about that. But tips are a fee for service, and the service wasn't provided. 30 November 2024.

04/12/2024: The atmosphere is that of a Parisian brasserie which one can expect in this type of area, the cuisine is very good and the services too.

04/12/2024: Café Voltaire is just fancy enough. The steaks were amazing, and green beans and fries were served for the table. I suggest the filet. The servers were attentive, and had no qualms about serving us in English. Desserts were good, I liked the profiteroles I shared. I didn’t really enjoy the chocolate mousse, but then again, that’s not my thing.

25/08/2024: Firmin le Barbier is a gem of a find that we happened to stumble across looking for dinner close to the Eiffel Tower. What we didn’t realize when making a reservation is that there is a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower from the terrace of this restaurant! The food is so flavorful and the host/server and the chef are so incredibly friendly. We loved our meal and time here so much, we booked reservations for our last night in Paris as we were still sitting there enjoying our dessert. Our second meal was just as amazing as the first. Definitely a new favorite restaurant in Paris; we cannot wait to come back!

24/08/2024: A must in Paris! Direct view of the Eiffel Tower. The best restaurant in the area! Super nice people. We'll be back and look forward to seeing you again!

19/09/2024: We have ordered several Nutella creepes, coffee and hot chocolate, everything was delicious, the owner is an older man and he is very very friendly and with more than 40 years of experience, excellent in all aspects😊
