10/12/2025: I placed an Uber Eats order today. I ordered in the morning for lunch so the sandwiches would be made when it wasn't too busy. Imagine my surprise when I found empty paninis that are supposed to be filled with chicken, or at least a little bit. Of the four paninis I ordered, there were practically only four pieces of chicken, sometimes even fewer, in each sandwich. I know the sandwiches aren't that expensive, but come on, you really think your customers are idiots. It's shameful to deliver empty sandwiches to customers. If I wanted bread, I'd go to a bakery. This happened to me once before. I didn't order for a while, thinking it might be a temporary issue. Well, no, six months later, it's practically the same, still an empty sandwich. I didn't put anything in the first time, but this is ridiculous. On top of that, you don't even respect the weights indicated on the website. We're talking between 30 and 50 grams less per product, which is completely illegal. Well, 30 to 50 grams is the chicken missing from my sandwiches. There's a minimum level of professional responsibility required when you sell a product; you have to respect the advertised weights. I sincerely hope you'll get back to me because I'm really not happy. I wish you a good day nonetheless.

09/12/2025: A superb place for a delicious breakfast, with fresh produce and delectable pastries. The staff is very attentive, and the atmosphere is exceptional—pleasant and welcoming. Everything is top-notch; I highly recommend it.

14/03/2026: Disappointed with the Flemish carbonara, only 4 pieces of meat. I complained to management because €16.99 for approximately 80g of meat is expensive for such small portions. I was told that this was due to the portion size.

11/03/2026: The burger patty was burnt and there wasn't much on the plate. A huge difference compared to the office restaurant in the shopping center. I wouldn't recommend the one downtown.

14/02/2026: What better way to celebrate Valentine's Day than with a meal at St Germain! Ribs, butcher's cut, mocktails, and tequila cream—a generous meal in a warm and inviting setting. A perfect balance between the revamped menu and the iconic St Germain atmosphere.

16/01/2026: We had a lovely meal at this cozy restaurant. The service was quick and the staff very pleasant. We tried an iced tea and a sparkling drink, which were very nice and original. The pasta with meatballs and the curry korma were delicious; I highly recommend them! Afterwards, despite a general power outage on the street, service continued, and we had the super tasty Ptit'Nuts dessert!

02/01/2026: Not bad. However, the service was very slow despite the restaurant being empty. A major drawback was the cooks smoking in their kitchen clothes outside the restaurant, looking incredibly happy to be there...

11/12/2025: We came on December 6th as a family and had a reservation issue. However, the owner quickly resolved the problem. The staff maintained a calm and friendly attitude despite a very unpleasant customer. He asked the other customers to speak more quietly (by shouting) and ended by being disrespectful to the entire team. Every year, we come to this restaurant when we visit the Christmas market (it's a tradition). Thank you to the whole team for the delicious food, the friendly service, and for making this tradition a wonderful family moment.

13/02/2026: Le 58 is the restaurant at the Mercure Arras Centre Gare Hotel. I particularly appreciate the refined, generally calm atmosphere, which is suitable for both a business lunch and a more relaxed meal. The service is generally professional, courteous, and competent, although, as everywhere, there can be occasional lapses in efficiency. I've even arrived almost at the end of service: the staff were very professional and understanding, and did everything they could to find me a table so I wouldn't go hungry 😄. I eat there regularly, and it's a good, reliable, and pleasant restaurant in Arras.

10/02/2026: The atmosphere is certainly quite nice, but it's difficult to find something to your liking on the menu... and the service is slow... What a shame!

23/02/2026: This was our first time here, and honestly, I don't regret coming at all. The restaurant is great, and I love the decor! 😍 We had a wonderful meal! They just forgot to bring us more bread, but otherwise, everything was perfect. Thanks to the team and especially to Audrey, who was so kind! We'll be back! ☺️

22/02/2026: A very pleasant experience. The fish and chips were absolutely excellent! The batter was crispy and truly delicious, and the fish was fresh and perfectly cooked. The desserts were also very generous and delicious. The waitresses were friendly and efficient. A nice touch was being able to pay the bill directly via our mobile phones, and we could also leave a tip of any amount we wished. We'll be back.

28/10/2025: The labels are clear. Very good products for a hot food spot. There's a good selection. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The prices are affordable. It's a meeting place for my children and me, so it's very dear to my heart.

17/09/2025: A sure bet in Arras, a top-notch welcome, diverse and varied products and professional advice when I don't know what to choose! Go there with your eyes closed! The pesto sandwich is simply incredible!

I asked what was left, they told me donuts, I ordered a donut, and then they were out of those too. I ordered a pistachio McFlurry, but there were no pistachios. So what am I supposed to eat since there's nothing else??
