10/12/2025: I placed an Uber Eats order today. I ordered in the morning for lunch so the sandwiches would be made when it wasn't too busy. Imagine my surprise when I found empty paninis that are supposed to be filled with chicken, or at least a little bit. Of the four paninis I ordered, there were practically only four pieces of chicken, sometimes even fewer, in each sandwich. I know the sandwiches aren't that expensive, but come on, you really think your customers are idiots. It's shameful to deliver empty sandwiches to customers. If I wanted bread, I'd go to a bakery. This happened to me once before. I didn't order for a while, thinking it might be a temporary issue. Well, no, six months later, it's practically the same, still an empty sandwich. I didn't put anything in the first time, but this is ridiculous. On top of that, you don't even respect the weights indicated on the website. We're talking between 30 and 50 grams less per product, which is completely illegal. Well, 30 to 50 grams is the chicken missing from my sandwiches. There's a minimum level of professional responsibility required when you sell a product; you have to respect the advertised weights. I sincerely hope you'll get back to me because I'm really not happy. I wish you a good day nonetheless.

09/12/2025: A superb place for a delicious breakfast, with fresh produce and delectable pastries. The staff is very attentive, and the atmosphere is exceptional—pleasant and welcoming. Everything is top-notch; I highly recommend it.

11/12/2025: We came on December 6th as a family and had a reservation issue. However, the owner quickly resolved the problem. The staff maintained a calm and friendly attitude despite a very unpleasant customer. He asked the other customers to speak more quietly (by shouting) and ended by being disrespectful to the entire team. Every year, we come to this restaurant when we visit the Christmas market (it's a tradition). Thank you to the whole team for the delicious food, the friendly service, and for making this tradition a wonderful family moment.

Everything is perfectly balanced: the dishes are good, homemade and well served; the team is attentive, authentic and without fuss (a special thank you for your good vibes with the children!) and of course, the wines are excellent. In addition, thanks to the sommeliers' explanations, we appreciate their history as much as their flavor. A real pleasure when you like to know what you are tasting! So, even if there are too many fennel seeds for my taste (yeah, I think that if you're not team coriander, you're not team fennel either! 😆), I'm not far from saying that Dame Jeanne is one of my favorite places in Arras, to do as a couple, with friends or family! Go take a look, you won't be disappointed! In any case, we will be back soon! 😁

15/12/2024: We went to dinner at this restaurant during our getaway to the Arras Christmas market. The atmosphere is very warm, as is the welcome. As for the cuisine, it’s a real treat for the taste buds with fresh, quality products. Not to be missed.

22/11/2025: A truly beautiful and very welcoming place! Isa and Aurélien are lovely and go out of their way to make you happy. You'll enjoy delicious traditional dishes in a stunning setting! In short, L'envie by Isa is the place to be!

Top-notch service, excellent value for money, regular themed evenings and events... In short, a place where you feel right at home, whether with family or friends. Highly recommended! 😜

10/12/2025: Disappointed, we received a cold welcome despite having booked the day before. The fries were industrially produced, which was a shame, and the chicken fillet with Maroilles cheese was bland—where were the flavors? The whipped cream was like soup. The waiter left before we'd even finished ordering. And at the end, they didn't even ask if everything was alright. We don't understand all the positive reviews. We won't be repeating the experience.

23/11/2025: A truly wonderful place. I've been several times and I always return with great pleasure. It's a pleasure to enjoy simple yet delicious dishes. The service is impeccable and the bill is reasonable.

14/12/2024: Coming for the Christmas market, we had booked a few days before. We were welcomed by an absolutely adorable team! They took great care of us, we were served quickly and the food was excellent (2 burgers, 1 steak and a baked Camembert). Value for money++++ Crowded during the market, remember to book a few days before.
