02/05/2024: I showed up today, May 2, at the garden center checkout at 5:30 p.m., this Auchan Calais is becoming a real nonsense...... 06/08/2024: Very bad experience with the boss's son, who welcomed us like rubbish, openly disrespecting us in front of everyone. Not wanting to take our order because we take too long to order (5 minutes). I advise you to go down to the hut below, super pleasant and helpful as we like to receive when we come on vacation.

23/05/2024: I recommend this brasserie where I had lunch this afternoon. Welcoming and clean place (room and toilet). Top notch welcome, service and cuisine! The fried camembert was delicious. In addition, the prices are reasonable. A good address where I would be happy to return.

23/11/2024: Hello, I took a beef bacon burger which was €10.99 including drink, the cashier was very pleasant, however the burger left nothing to be desired there was only the chopped steak, two strips of bacon, two pieces of salad and a little sauce. For the price I find it expensive to pay even at McDonald's we have a much more complete menu for 6.30. I don't recommend this flunch at all.

24/07/2024: Very disappointed... I haven't eaten meat for 6 years and in my veggie salad, on all the breaded goat's cheese I had the misfortune of biting into a piece of chicken which had the same shape as the goat's cheese and left it. return it too late… really not a great experience!

08/09/2024: Very clean hotel and spacious room

07/09/2024: Do not book this hotel without a contingency. We booked the holiday inn Calais in June 2024 for a stay September. Two days before our trip the hotel cancels our stay. This was obviously a nightmare as we were already on our travels, and trying to deal with rebooking on such short notice with no decent hotels left. When we called the hotel, we were told that there was a “very dangerous” flood in “four rooms”. When I asked why our booking was the one that was cancelled, even though we booked four months prior, we were told there was a large group coming so the manager made a decision. This hotel does NOT honour bookings clearly.

24/06/2024: Nous avons été très déçus, un risotto qui nous avait fait saliver sur le menu s'est révélé largement pas assez cuit. Il croquait sous les dents.... Quand, en plus, le chef nous fait dire que c'est normal car c'est pas lui qui l'a cuit.... sans proposer de refaire le plat.... ça dépasse l'entendement. Par contre la serveuse a été très bien.
