07/05/2024: I went there this afternoon for lunch. I had the daily menu. As a starter I chose the buffet with three verrines to choose from: one with zucchini, cheese and a little oil (very good, well seasoned); one with coleslaw (very good); the third I remember more of its composition (but excellent). For the main course, I chose the pulled pork with fries and a verrine of coleslaw as an accompaniment: the verrine was very good and lightly mustarded with grain mustard, the fries were crunchy on the outside and slightly soft on the inside. , the pulled pork in the burger bun super good (heat of the dish, cooking and cutting of the meat, seasoning with the barbecue sauce well distributed on the burger bun and perhaps in the meat, balance of tastes and flavors) . For dessert, I had the apple aumonière and salted butter caramel: good taste of the pancake dough, cooking and good seasoning of the apples (not too sweet, just enough), the three little points of Excellent salted butter caramel. Good welcome and professional and efficient service.

11/06/2024: An interminable wait... whether before sitting down or to take an order that is not even complete... we never got our charcuterie board and we had to cancel the desserts because it was so long... moreover The Manager is disrespectful to us and all the other customers! A disabled lady has no qualms about making her wait standing, a shame. Many elderly people wait standing for 20 to 30 minutes, not to mention waiting at the table. Several tables available, but supposedly understaffed, the two young people in training are 10 times more competent than this poor cardboard manager who is not even capable of being a bit polite and I'm not even talking to you about his haughty side! I think she can go and apply at a job center or stay in an office without seeing anyone. A shame !
