20/02/2026: A very cute, very good, and inexpensive restaurant. We ate very well, with a large portion of fries, but otherwise excellent.

01/03/2026: The welcome was adequate, but the food was deplorable. There were three of us, with a children's menu (no complaints there), while the adults ordered the truffade. The worst I've ever had; I sent it back. The potatoes were clearly cooked from the day before, and the cheese was rubbery. Inedible, so it went back. The next one had potatoes cooked that day and good cheese. But there must have been all the garlic from the kitchen in our plates. No better. We didn't even finish. I strongly advise against going there!!!! Furthermore, it seemed like it was for Grandparents' Day, as there were plenty of tables available.

17/02/2026: I'm dissatisfied with my order. I ordered a Nutella and banana pizza, and this is what I received. Is it normal to have a pizza made simply of dough and Nutella, without cream or banana? I would have liked to understand. This needs to be reviewed. In reality, it's absolutely not like that.

30/01/2026: I just bought a high-end bean-to-cup coffee machine and I wanted to buy quality coffee. I was helped by Cyril who gave me excellent advice.

15/01/2026: Arrived at the shop on January 15th at 7 PM (closes at 7:30 PM). No customers, the shop was empty, and the salesperson was leaning against the counter, phone in hand (see photo). I asked for 11 boxes of chocolates, worth nearly €200. The salesperson noticed that some boxes were already prepared but told me he didn't have time to prepare the others (despite it being almost half an hour before closing and the shop being empty). I insisted, saying I needed them that day and wouldn't be able to come back. The salesperson refused and preferred to miss out on the sale. It seems I should consider a radical career change rather than working in retail, and I completely understand why the internet is gaining more market share every year when you see the poor customer service in a shop like this.

30/01/2026: We had lunch at Brasserie du Bessard today, and honestly, we had a very good meal 👍👍👍 The quantity and quality were both excellent. I had booked the day before, and I'm so glad I did, it was packed. The only slight downside was the somewhat noisy atmosphere, but that was due to the coming and going of customers heading to the shopping center. So it wasn't the restaurant owners' fault at all. It was perfect, we'll definitely go back.

22/01/2026: I particularly enjoy sharing breakfast with my colleagues and meeting up right in the heart of Auchan Aubière, in the Bessard area. Fast service, a wide selection of menus, and very reasonable prices: the perfect place to start the day right.

02/01/2026: The meal was very good, as were the cocktails. The staff were also very friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant.

29/11/2025: Four of us came for a drink at 7:45 PM. No problem, we went in, had a drink, it was nice. Then two of us went outside to smoke, and the bouncer wouldn't let them back in, claiming they weren't dressed appropriately. He was also very rude, which I find disrespectful. We're customers, we pay, especially since we'd already been in for a while, and their attire wasn't a problem at all!

29/06/2025: When you order, don't forget the sauces. We pay for them!!! And the same goes for the napkins. I'm not happy about the lousy sauces, I won't come to that one anymore.

27/06/2025: Service is much too slow almost every time whether there are people or not.

28/12/2025: I had booked a room at this hotel and paid for a late check-out until 2 p.m., precisely to have some peace and quiet and not be rushed on the day of departure. However, starting around 12:45/1 p.m., the staff began knocking on my door repeatedly, asking me what I was doing and what time I planned to leave. I explained once that I had paid for the late check-out. Then a second, then a third person came to ask me the exact same question: “What time are you leaving?” — the answer was unchanged: 2 p.m., as agreed and paid for. I was told that this was “normal,” while they continued to rush me, justifying it by saying that “some guests haven’t left yet.” This is not my problem, especially since I had already paid for an extra service. Conclusion: paying for a late check-out is pointless at this hotel, since you receive exactly the same treatment as other guests… while paying more. Disappointing experience and total lack of respect for the service sold, not to mention the non-existent soundproofing of the room.

12/12/2025: I was very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast: local products, French honey, category 1 eggs… in short, perfect!
