14/11/2025: Very tasty and well-prepared. Impeccable service. I just found the wine a bit expensive for the amount served.

10/11/2025: Extraordinary cuisine, lovely setting. It's impossible to say what we liked least about the food because everything was excellent. The cabécou cheese with its goat's milk ice cream and thyme confit was exceptional, as was everything else. We had the tasting menu. One small drawback: access isn't easy for people with reduced mobility, but they will help you over the step at the entrance, and for everyone else, don't hesitate to go. You won't be disappointed.

19/12/2024: Small establishment in size and big for the succulent cuisine of the talented and friendly Chef Julien Chabert! Both at lunchtime and in the evening, we enjoy ourselves in this restaurant and the service is efficient, friendly and pleasant. Obviously, it is advisable to reserve because the capacity is not large. I recommend this establishment without the slightest restraint as the flavors are there! 23/11/2025: As for the food, there's a good selection, and most of the cakes and desserts seem to be homemade. I tried the tiramisu, and it was excellent. Hot chocolate with melted chocolate. The overall atmosphere is nice, but the cleanliness could be improved, especially the restrooms... Almost full this Saturday at the end of November during teatime 😁

01/12/2024: I went to dinner at this restaurant today. But the lady was very rude, saying that there was no place. I just wanted to go to dinner with friends who were already there, at first she didn't let me go to the salon and call them so they could explain if they had made a reservation and in what name. And very rude, speaking loudly. I don't see why they treat people this way... just imagine having to pay for a service to be mistreated. I didn't feel well, so I left. See you never again.

01/09/2024: There was no wasabi! It's the basis... it's infuriating! Also missing the cutlery and ginger (less important). The wakame salad was not good and although I like it, it clearly lacked freshness. The spring rolls are undercooked: when the dough is still white it lacks crispness. I would also have liked the spring rolls to have salad and mint but that's personal. The coleslaw is good. Decent ravioli, maybe a little more filling is missing. The sushi is good, too bad the wasabi was missing!

25/01/2025: Des années que je connais ce lieu qui reste pour moi la meilleur adresse de Clermont-Ferrand. Encore une fois j'ai voyager en mangeant les saveur son indescriptible, les portions son plus que copieuse =). je ne peux pas finir mon avis sans laisser un mot sur le couple qui tien le Panadura des gens très gentille plein de bienveillance avec qui il est très agréable de parler. Allez s'y les yeux fermer et laisser vous emporter dans un voyage culinaire exceptionnelle. Merci a vous deux pour ce moment de bonheur

19/12/2024: I have known this restaurant for years and the managers have never disappointed us. Not only is it very good, but they are both of rare kindness, outgoing, funny and pleasant. Allain and Sirima run my favorite restaurant in all of Clermont, and as a local I've been to quite a few. I will return there again with great pleasure! <3

21/01/2025: One of the best quality/price ratios that I have come across. The cuisine is excellent, from appetizers to dessert including everything I was able to taste, the service as pleasant as possible, the atmosphere is that of any good restaurant where many people meet and the only small flaw What I was able to note is that for a restaurant focusing on regional cuisine, a decoration based on photos of Paris, even if they are superb, does a bit of a job in the setting. Other than that, there is nothing more to say about it, other than: go for it, enjoy yourself, from the tapenade to the aligot through the childhood memory or the rougail which was served as a dish yesterday , none of these dishes is disappointing and each offers a moment-to-moment pleasure. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team working in this restaurant.
