The chef showcases the ingredients beautifully, blending classic and modern techniques. The lobster and sweetbreads were cooked to perfection, their flavors enhanced and never compromised. The amuse-bouche (asparagus cream with hazelnut oil) was exquisite. A special mention goes to the goat cheese, its ice cream, and its sweet thyme jus! The service was attentive and warm, even for our little dog, who received special attention, as did I, whose birthday it was. The setting was both elegant and cozy. The service was attentive, warm, and professional from beginning to end. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the dishes. We chose the set menus and were delighted with each course. 05/06/2026: Restaurant located next to Place de Jaude in Clermont-Ferrand. I booked lunch for two on Wednesday, June 3rd. We chose the set menu. Everything was excellent, flavorful, and prepared with fresh ingredients, from appetizer to dessert. It deserves its Michelin star. Well done!

Special mention for the fried food; I love it but hadn't had it in years—it was delicious! Regarding the food, there was only one problem: the octopus was cooked without any real flavor and had a "mushy" texture... not what one expects from grilled octopus (and no, people from Auvergne aren't used to eating "mushy" octopus... I'm from Auvergne myself...).
