17/09/2026: This is the third McDonald's I've been to, and it's filthy. The floor is greasy, and the toilets are disgusting. I don't go to McDonald's very often, but I think I'll be going less and less often.

04/09/2026: Honestly… avoid this place… awful! Terrible service, horrible food… nothing is good, truly awful!!! We had terrible stomach aches after eating the American sandwich. And by the way, please specify the size of the sandwiches… we weren't expecting two sandwiches that were almost 60 cm long… far too big for such mediocre quality!! Reply: I find your response quite revealing of how you view reviews that don't align with your own. We left a review after an experience that we genuinely found very bad. Saying that "nothing is good," that the food is "horrible," or that the service is "terrible" reflects our experience during that visit. A negative review isn't necessarily "systematic denigration" simply because it's particularly bad. Regarding the stomach aches, we described what happened after our meal. We never claimed to have conducted a scientific investigation to determine the cause. So, to reassure you, we had to call you personally before we were allowed to mention it in a review? A curious concept of customer experience. Regarding the 60 cm sandwiches, we understand that this is your concept. We're not criticizing their size, but the discrepancy between the advertised size and the quality we experienced. And we certainly didn't think it was necessary to conduct a preliminary study of the concept before ordering a sandwich. Finally, you state that you accept criticism "when it is justified and constructive." However, criticism doesn't need to be pleasant to read to be legitimate. You are free to disagree with our experience, just as we are free to have disliked yours. From what you've written, the problem seems to be less our experience than the fact that we dared to share it publicly. Don't forget, it's thanks to tourists that you operate...

09/08/2026: Hello, I do not recommend this restaurant. The staff are very friendly, but it's extremely expensive, the portions are small, and there's a lack of choice. I do not recommend it.
