11/11/2024: The moral is that in the “Hospitality Business” sector, it is imperative to be welcoming and respectful towards everyone, and not just towards regular customers or acquaintances because you never know who you are dealing with… After having lunch in group in this establishment, as a customer, I returned on a Saturday evening to order a takeaway other than pizza. I was confronted with a deplorable welcome from the owner's daughter, in a restaurant that was practically empty that evening. His lack of business sense and kindness manifested itself in curt and sometimes insolent responses to simple questions. I was surprised to find that they didn't offer takeout, and when I asked if I could bring my own container, the response was particularly curt, whereas in many nearby pizzerias it is possible. to take away all the dishes and that the welcome is much warmer. Despite my hesitations about returning since this summer, when I was confronted with a humiliating and aggressive welcome from the owner, I still decided to share my experience on Google Maps. Additionally, I noticed that he seemed to encourage his friends and customers to immediately post positive reviews to outweigh the negative ones, which is against Google Maps policies. This manipulation is frowned upon by other restaurateurs, in particular because of the closing times at 9 p.m., a subject of ridicule among them. Finally, I find it unacceptable that customers already seated are refused the possibility of ordering a pizza one minute after 9 p.m., under the pretext that the kitchen is closed…. Unfortunately, his responses to comments leave something to be desired, with no professional apology to any of the objective but negative comments about his restaurant, nor any acknowledgment of the problems encountered.
