05/11/2025: A true culinary gem with a warm and authentic atmosphere, run by people of a kindness and kindness that is sadly rare these days! We ate there with our two children, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The buffet was perfectly suited for our 3-year-old! He forgot his book there, and the staff were so kind to carefully send it back to us by mail! A must-try when you're in Châlons!

12/12/2025: Honestly, this is the second time I've bought chocolate croissants in bulk there, but avoid it at all costs!!! They're completely flat and nothing like the ones displayed in the window. I don't recommend it at all, and what's more, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired; it's quite disgusting for a bakery…

24/01/2026: We ate at Le Gourmand restaurant on January 20th. We had a wonderful meal; the presentation of the appetizers, main courses, and desserts was visually appealing and a delight for the taste buds. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely return.

07/12/2025: It would be much appreciated by the residents if you learned to calm your intoxicated customers who enjoy shouting after 11 p.m. for dozens of minutes (I was woken up just now at midnight, and it's not the first time). The "customers" were imitating dog barks and yelling: people talking and laughing on the terrace is perfectly normal and acceptable, but shouting is not. We've already had to endure monkey noises and chants in praise of Bardella at other times of the year. It's best not to say anything to them given their state; I thought I heard a lot of shouting after a resident complained from their window... For your information, this constitutes a noise disturbance. Your response confirms my suspicions: you are undoubtedly a bunch of backward, disrespectful, and arrogant people who think they're beneath contempt.

28/02/2026: We were very poorly received by the assistant manager, who was unfriendly and condescending. She treated us like simple customers, and the food wasn't very generous. She was particularly dismissive, especially regarding desserts, which were completely unavailable. She served us bad, frozen cookies. I was very disappointed with this place and will never return. The assistant manager was extremely haughty.

28/02/2026: On Saturday evening, we arrived at 9 a.m. We were offered a children's table and an adults' table 😌 How can I describe it? A pleasant, friendly, and more than satisfying evening 😉 During the evening, we met the establishment's mascot to celebrate my husband Emmanuel's 42nd birthday. And yet, the evening started off great for this service with a disgruntled customer over 20 cents!! 🤣🤣🤣 We could actually thank him because in the end, we shared a wonderful time with the entire team. Thank you again for this evening 😉

31/01/2026: Passing through Chalon for the day with my daughter, we stumbled upon this place and were immediately welcomed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the service was efficient. While the menu was small, that's what made everything so perfect. So many flavors, and the quality and quantity were just right. A place to try and return to. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

13/01/2026: Great! I ate there with colleagues. Very welcoming. The food was delicious and plentiful. The decor is also fantastic. A really nice atmosphere, especially with the heater at your back when it's cold outside :) I really like the style of the tables and how they're set.

10/11/2025: We got sick after the couscous. We were vomiting all night and all day... it had never happened to us before. It's a shame because the service was good.
